THE PINEAL ~ A WHITE STONE~ A NEW NAME
INSIDE THE CRANIUM there is much activity relating to light and sound. It has been discovered, for example, that within the Pineal is a tiny crystal of sabulous (gritty) matter composed of phosphate and carbonate of lime, phosphate of magnesium and ammonia afloat in a transparent viscid fluid. This tiny white crystal is reportedly radiant with light energy for several minutes after death. This discovery carries considerable spiritual significance seeing as how it has also been discovered that cells give off a flash of light as a means of communicating as well as when they die.
In his monumental work, Vibrational Medicine For The 21st Century, renown definitive authority on energetic medicine and medical physician Dr. Richard Gerber describes what is being called today the “vibrational-medicine model” of the human body as possessing a more subtle communication system than that of the brain and nervous system wherein light is the medium for messages between the cells of the body:
Most information that the organs receive is in the form of chemical messages that help to regulate the function of each organ within the context of the body’s daily needs. But the organs and the cells making up each organ also communicate with each other using non-chemical forms of information-carrying messengers.
For instance, we now know that the cells of the body actually emit weak pulses of light. Those weak cellular light pulses seem to be part of a light-based communication system that helps to coordinate the actions of the cells within each organ. The pulses of light emitted by cells are just one of the many different informational codes the human body and its individual cells use to regulate the function of organs on a day-to-day and moment-to-moment basis. Our cells communicate through the coded messages carried by hormones and biochemicals, as well as through electrical signals (such as those carried by the nerves of the body), and also through weak light signals. The cells of the body appear to have their own inherent intelligence that allows them to understand and use this coded information in its many forms in order to maintain the body in a state of health.
It is clearly evident that light plays a central role in the generation of life and in the maintenance of function and coordination within the body, and that the Pineal, nestled in the center of the brain and connected to the corpus quadrigemina—a part of the brain which relays light and sound frequencies and vibrations from the outside world to this inner most sanctum—is the appointed place of rendezvous between the light of the sun coming into the body through the eyes and the light of love emanating from the angel incarnate. For here in this inner sound and light chamber are blended the seven-dimensional vibration of light, sent to the pineal by the hypothalamus—as we shall see shortly—with the seven-dimensional vibration of love. The outer and the inner, earth and heaven, are unified as one.
The fact of the presence of retinal tissue in the body of the Pineal may well account for the pulsating colors some frequently see while the eyes are closed during meditation, even when they are open at times. The light of love enters the temple through the violet colored window of the Pineal Body. This photo-receptor is sensitive to the radiation of the light of love entering it from above and pouring through it into the body temple. As this same light of love radiates outward through the eyes, it stimulates the cones and rods which then translate it into respective colors in the brain. One may see colors of red, brown, yellow, green, blue and deep purple contracting and expanding around a sharp focus of violet light. At times one may sense that heaven’s portal will open up and allow one to peer right into heaven. As the pulsations stimulate the olfactory bulb, the taste as of sweet nectar fills the mouth raining down like pulsing showers of honey dew. Is this the sweet nectar of the gods that nourishes the cells of the inner sanctum and takes away all hunger and thirst? From my own experience, I believe it is.
Is this tiny gland perhaps the vibrational receiver and transmitter the LORD God and Man use to communicate, the origin of the “inner voice” of intuition and the means by which God hears our prayers and songs of praise and thanksgiving? Here surely is where the Creative Word is spoken by the angel incarnate, in concert with the LORD God: “Let there be Light!” And there is light, the light that is the life of Man sent forth into the body temple by way of crystal emissaries of hormones to bring the perfect patterns of design and firm control of life to each and every tissue cell, organ, gland and system. In form and in function here is the very real and practical way by which the Word of Creation is spoken by the angel incarnate in his or her temple, not only to maintain and re-create the body temple, but to re-create the world.
The Pineal, then, may be said to provide a physical point for the radiant focus of the Spirit of Love, not only in these temples but in this world. As a sacred gateway, it gives entrance to highly refined spiritual essences that purify and refine the courser substances that sometimes enter the heart—our sacred heart because our heart is truly sacred to us as angelic beings. It is a crucible for intensifying love’s regenerating power that makes all things new. It is here in our hearts that we know love and in that knowing experience a sense of oneness with all things.
As we learn how to keep our hearts open, yet contained and governed by love so as to conserve and preserve its contents of golden substance, the transforming power of love brings about transmutation, thereby fulfilling its purposes and perfect plan for salvation in our body temples and in the world. For clearly the purpose of the body temple is the incarnation of angels on Earth. The Pineal Body plays a key role in transmuting the physical substance of human flesh into pneumaplasmic flesh (spirit substance) for the angel’s spiritual body in this world.
For that transmutation to occur an arc of fire is needed. That arc is present between the positive centers provided by the endocrine glands and their responsive centers in the Brain and Spinal Chord, though obviously not hot enough to transmute the substance of the physical body. It is hot enough, however, at the higher levels of being where the Pineal and Pituitary glands interact in highly-charged currents of spiritual energy.
Uranda speaks of this so very beautifully in his Steps To Mastership, as well as in his book The Triune Ray. The transforming spirit of love creates the currents of life that move through our body temples by way of the working of the One Law of positive radiation and spontaneous response, which attracts atoms into the transforming fire and brings them into a state of union with the angel incarnate. This positive radiation emanates from the seventh level embodied by the Pineal Body at the apex point in the physical body where the Arc of Life is created that runs the affairs of the Body Temple. That arc is initially established between these first two seals at the seventh and sixth levels. The Pituitary provides the initial pattern of response and yielded openness to the radiant ray of light emanating from the Pineal. All the rest that hereafter emerges in the physical body relates to the administration and governance of this primary current of life created and sent forth as a River of Life into the garden of the Temple of the Living God, and the returning ascending cycle that lifts atomic substance up into the body temple. SACRED ANATOMY ~ FOURTH EDITION
I SUBMITTED THE MANUSCRIPT of the FOURTH EDITION of SACRED ANATOMY to my publisher this week. I’m looking forward to seeing it fresh off the press and to celebrating its birth. It’s been a work-in-progress over the years since I published the first edition back in in 2005, ten years after I had begun writing down my musings and meditations toward the end of the last century. It was time to update it and develop the theme further.
Thanks to the encouragement of a colleague and fan in Wisconsin, Dr. Kati Ghess, and my longtime friend and Attunement colleague, John C. Gray, who gave freely of his magical word-smithery and editing skills — along with the generous funding of a dear benefactor in Hawaii, Laurel Cox — and my dear companion in life, Bonnie, who gave generously of her editing expertise — we took the task in hand back in mid November and together transformed SACRED ANATOMY into a fourth edition.
Dr. Kati Ghess (Kate) was especially encouraging to get my book out into the hands of more young people like herself who are in search for the light of truth on their troubled and often traumatized paths and clouded understanding. She wrote the following testimonial:

You could write a new forward, and polish anything you wish to say more completely or thoroughly now than then… Updating the font would give Sacred Anatomy 2.0 a new look. I feel it would be timely to have a renewed version of your work out there—a rebirth, as it were, in the current cycle. Something to think about?”
I thought about it while reading a few pages in the third edition for the span of less than an hour, then shot back an enthusiastic response of agreement. Actually, by request, John wrote the new foreword himself — thank you my friend — and it turns out to be a fourth edition, as I had re-published SACRED ANATOMY twice since the first publication, the third edition lightly revised and published with a soft cover. This fourth edition will have a hard cover. I anticipate it will be available from Amazon Books sometime in March. (The advertised price will be $45. Previous editions will no longer be available.)
Eager to share thoughts and meditations from my new book, here are a couple of short excerpts, the first one addressing a topic notably circulating on social media lately. It’s just a sampling of what lies ahead for my readers.
(Parenthetically, there’s a lot being shared lately on Facebook and other social media giving evidence of a radical shift and awakening in the collective consciousness, which appears to be vanishing into Divine Consciousness, absorbed by the Light of Love. These are exciting days of transformation. Buckle up your seatbelts ’cause the path forward’s going to get a lot rougher before it levels out as we fully inhabit the New Earth dawning — through US!)
Woman’s Body is Sacred
It is written in Sacred Scriptures: “The Tabernacle of God is with men.” (Rev 21:3) The literal meaning of “tabernacle” is dwelling place, so we can understand this verse to say, the dwelling place of God is with and in human beings. I’ll paraphrase this passage to also indicate, “women are with men.” According to the account in Genesis, the body of Eve was created out of Adam’s, to be with him, right alongside. Women are gifted to embody the womb for the creation of the body temple, the tabernacle for the presence and action of God on earth. Lack of awareness and appreciation of this has resulted in the lustful way men have historically viewed the female body and treated women, and how women feel about their own bodies. The truth is, the human body is sacred.
A change in consciousness is obviously called for, andis underway. Human consciousness is made new in divine identity, and is known as part of the ordinances of the New Heaven for the New Earth. Experience of the new displaces the old ways of seeing these things. All things are being made new in these extraordinary times. As our hearts and minds ascend the “Great Tree” within and enter the Temple of Light, the attitudes and voice of the world fade into the background. The noise of the old earth is passing away and can no longer be heard. Silence fills the temple of the living God on earth.

To that silence I would add REJOICING! “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind . . . . But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.” (Isaiah 65:17)
John in Revelation shares his vision of things to come: “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (Rev 21)
This is all going down in our day on our watch!
“The sea of human consciousness is disappearing into Divine Consciousness in this day of restoration and ascension. It continues to be taken up and absorbed into the Consciousness of the One who dwells in the midst of the Disciple John’s seven golden candlesticks. From this New Heaven, the design of the New Earth is descending. In the sacred soil of Divine Consciousness, the ordinances of Heaven are planted for our knowing and for our work of setting their dominion in the earth.”

The Lord may be creating a New Earth, but not without the means of hearts, heads, hands and feet on the ground. I will close this blog post with a little story about a farmer and his preacher my mentor used to tell. It goes like this: The farmer invited his preacher to come out to the countryside and see his newly renovated farm. So one day the preacher took a ride out to the country to see the farmer’s farm. When he got there, he looked around in amazement and exclaimed: “My, look at what the Lord has done with this land!” With a look of dismay, the farmer replied: “Yeah? Well, you should have seen it when the Lord had it all by himself!”
I WILL CONTINUE from my previous consideration of the fascinating field of “Biocentrism — How Life and Consciousness are the Keys to Understanding the True Nature of the Universe” as explored and elucidated by Robert Lanza, MD.
So, why do we need to understand the true nature of the Universe? Well, for one thing, we are creating the Universe in our consciousness. We are creator beings, whether or not we are aware of it. And this leads to the second reason: What we think about comes about. We must take great care, then, with what we think about and with what intensity of life energy we infuse our thoughts, for life is a creative energy, as is light.
Light is a medium for the creating spirit of Life. The entire Universe is shaped and fashioned by light in its myriad colorful frequencies. Quantum physics clearly demonstrates that light is both wave and particle simultaneously. A photon is regarded as a particle when it interacts with matter, is absorbed and emitted. It is regarded as a wave when related to light propagation. When we see light, we are looking at particles.
Now here is where its behavior turns weird. The only time photons or any other subatomic particle can be described as a wave is when we are not looking at them. For that matter (pun not intended), everything in nature has a particle aspect and a wavefunction, and small objects’ behaviors exist only as probabilities. Their place and behavior is assumed only when its wavefunction is collapsed by observation or by being photographed or impacted by any kind of force. In fact, simply thinking about it collapsed its wavefunction. How weird is that!
But it gets even weirder in the case of “Entangled particles or twins.” This phenomenon occurs when two particles are created with resonant frequencies and share the same wavefunction. Their behaviors are identical, no matter how far apart they are. When one’s wavefunction collapses, so does the other’s. When one twin spins in one direction, the other twin spins in the opposite direction. Their behaviors instantly mimic one another in a complementary way. It’s as though they have ESP. A few scientists believe that some unknown force is being transmitted instantly from one particle to the other. Could this be the Ordinances of Heaven exercising their dominion in author Michael Talbot’s Holographic Universe?
Scientists will never find the origin of consciousness until they stop looking and awaken to the realization that they are that for which they are looking. A state cannot observe itself. So the cause of everything in creation cannot be found. Cause can only be known by experience. I AM THAT.
As in Heaven so on Earth
There are profound implications in this phenomenon of “entangled” or “twin” particles, one being that we are not on this earth alone. We each have a twin in a parallel universe, only not of the hypothesized multiple “parallel universes.” The parallel universe I’m referring to is a heavenly universe, which in reality is half of a duality rather than a parallel. Heaven-and-Earth is a duality. That twin in the heavenly half is my authentic Self. The other twin here in this earthly half is my human “self” for incarnating on this planet. It even bears a name, as my twin does. My ancestral root name is Palumbo, which in Italian means dove or messenger pigeon. I am a messenger from Heaven to bring the Light of Love and Truth to Earth to create Life. In our true identity, we are emissaries of Heaven’s Light. We dwell in the heavenly realm of Light as angels and we each have our analogous entwined twin in the earth.
You may see where I am going with this seeming dichotomy of contradictory characteristics, the one being of a spiritual nature and the other being of a physical nature. They are, rather, morecomplementarythan contradictory. They are a true duality: Human Being. The One (Being) manifests the other (Human). The other is manifested to reveal the qualities and virtues of the One.
Now, the spiritual twin is by nature always attuned to the frequency of love, is love, and moves about in the invisible realm of Heaven in harmony with all other heavenly beings. When the earthly physical twin is attuned to the same frequency of love, it mirrors perfectly the qualities and movements of its heavenly twin. They behave as one, which they are.
I’m drawn back to those haunting questions in the 38th chapter of the Book of Job: “Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? Canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?”And the preceding one: “Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season, or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?”And the one before that: “Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?”These challenges all have something to do with the stars and constellations, the Zodiac and the Science of Mazzaroth, the feminine and the masculine energies, and with Arcturus the Great Red Giant and father of stars. This question particularly piques my interest: “Who hath put wisdom in the inner parts? Or who hath given understanding to the heart?”
All of these demands are preceded by the Lord’s answer to Job from out of the whirlwind: “Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me. Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast understanding.” (Job 38:3-4) We’re supposed to know these things consciously and understand them in our hearts, where true understanding takes place. We are createdand equipped to participate in the manifestation of Creation from out of the “inner parts“—the parts that scientists have bumped up against and by which they’ve been stopped in their tracks and left gazing into the ineffable, formulating theories about what they imagine is occurring there.
Yet, I dare ask, are they only theories? Has the repentant mind of Man, exhausted from crawling on its belly “to and fro in the earth and up and down in it” (Job 1:7), looked upward and ascended to the heights of Heaven? Has it been invited into the “inner parts” of Creation; been restored to its ordained place in Heaven, humble and no longer behaving as Satan, the prince of darkness and destroyer of life, but now functioning as a bearer of the Light of Truth? That is, after all, the literal meaning of the word “Lucifer:” Light Bearer. My answer to this question is, “Yes it has! This book gives evidence of that return.”
In the Beginning when Man’s mind was in Heaven, it was the light bearer called Lucifer, and the Morning Star, Day Star and Son of the Morning. Morning, the beginning of a new day, is also the herald of a new creative cycle. Light is needed at the dawn of new cycles to show the way forward. This is what has been occurring over the last several centuries, evidenced by the rise of spiritual guides, mentors and teachers the world over—a rise in the Consciousness of Man to be an open window in Heaven out of which the Light of Truth shines into the world, including the minds of scientists and physicists who apparently have sufficient resonant substance in their hearts to perceive spiritual implications in their research and experiments.
Have we been drawn to the very threshold of Creation, the Gate leading to the Garden of Eden where the angel with a flaming sword that turns in every way stands, guarding the way to the Tree of Life? Has the restoration of Man to his ordained state thus far moved us toward enlightenment since this cycle was initiated by the Lord of Love over two thousand years ago? Are these the end times of a dark age and the first days of a Golden Age of Light?
How shall we view and receive these explorers of the Quantum World of atomic waves and particles, the stuff of creation, the “dark matter” of which the cosmos is made? Yet unformed waves of energy between the stars await the Command of Love: “Let there be light!” And who are the ones chosen and designated to speak Love’s Command in this part of the Cosmos if not we who have incarnated for this very purpose? Am I asking the right questions for our time in the sunlight? Is it too much to ask that we leave the old world behind and enter the Garden of Heaven at hand? As waves of limitless possibilities, the New World awaits our command. Let us tarry no longer in bringing it forth into manifestation, together. Let your light shine! Let our Light together radiate a unified current of creative love into our beautiful world, and make it new. (From Sacred Anatomy — Fourth Edition.)

I AM WORKING ON A FOURTH EDITION of my book SACRED ANATOMY—which was written some 30 years ago, the first edition published in 2005. In creating and publishing this Fourth Edition—I might add at the whelming request and encouragement of friends and associates, and with the generous editing gift of my friend and Attunement colleague John C. Gray—besides making updates and corrections, along with a couple of insertions like the story of “The Great Tree”—I’ve taken the opportunity to share some of the wisdom and inspiration published in this blog. My insight and outlook, as well as my understanding of things spiritual, have undergone change and radical transformation over the past thirty years.
To accomplish this objective, I have simply added a new part under the heading “Instrument For Creation,” which is part of the subtitle of my book. I will share excerpts from this new section to give you a sneak preview. I hope you will enjoy the content of this added section and glean bits of wisdom, insight and, most importantly, enlightenment and inspiration.
Empowering Our Sacred Anatomy
“For behold I create new heavens and a new earth…” (Isaiah 65:17)
Our Father’s business is the radiation of love, the power that creates and sustains the Universe. Man was created to bring the Father’s love into this world that we created with Him. Man fell out of harmony with the Father’s love and left the Garden of Eden, a paradise, and created this fallen world. The Father’s purpose ever since has been the restoration of Man to a state of harmony and oneness with Him, and through Man the restoration of the world to a place of beauty, peace and harmony. In this day of awakening to our true identities as divine creator beings, this work calls for our cooperative and co-creative participation. We are, after all, creator-beings, made in the image and likeness of our Creator. Through us and by us God is in action creating life on earth.
As I have labored in love to share my inspirations and meditations on the wonder and beauty of the human body as a temple of worship, it is also clearly evident that our sacred anatomy is designed and purposed to be an instrument for creation. We created and endowed our remarkable human forms with creative capacities just for the purpose of carrying out our Father’s business—which is our business.
Spirit, moving through and encoding hormonal chemistry, for example, informs and empowers cells to carry out their roles in the body temple in concert with billions of other cells. Communion with Source is strengthened as the silver cord of spiritual substance (pneumaplasm) connecting our body-mind-heart continuum with our angelic spirit increases, thus joining our human nature with the divine being we are.
Our sacred anatomy is nourished and empowered by love divine when, like a river, it is allowed to flow from above, down, inside and out through it into expression in our living. The fine substance of pneumaplasm that accommodates the ordinances of the new heaven for the new earth and for our creative activities is generated by our expression of the spirit and attitudes of divine being. Without such rare pneumaplasm in our hearts, the truth and beauty in Heaven cannot manifest on earth. With it and through it, the Music of the Spheres bursts forth. The beauty of a New Earth is born.
SEVEN STEPS FROM THE TEMPLE OF LIGHT
The intoning words of Uranda at the beginning of this book, speaks to this beauty and creativity:
“The physical body is Real and beautiful beyond words to describe; wonderful beyond all the imaginings of mankind. In it are revealed the secret things of God. Through it work the Cosmic Forces of the Universe.”
These Four Cosmic Forces symbolized by Water, Air, Earth and Fire operate in this specific order in cycles of the Creative Process. This is seen as a cyclical pattern of radiation, response, attraction, union and unified radiation. The four forces also overlap one another as they phase in and out of successive predominance. This requires care and preparation in order for them to work creatively on our lives.
The preparation initially focuses in the creation of a heaven. Before starting on a new creative venture, we first prepare the heaven with quiet stillness in an atmosphere of patience and thankfulness. One spiritual author, whom I will introduce shortly, has called this heaven the “imaginal realm,” due to its function as a place of conception for images of the forms to be created. As images begin to appear in this realm, we can begin to apply our hearts and hands to the task of creating the forms that appear in our heaven and fill our imagination. Artists work with and in this unfolding process of image to analogue in their creations, terms we shall soon consider.
Rightly, as we prepare for a creative venture or project, we move radiantly out of heaven into the waiting void in our creative fields on earth. It is in heaven that we abide as creator beings in our Temples of Light above the “veil.” It is here alone we have the power to create, and where we receive inspiration to create beauty. This place in our sacred anatomy is above the Crown Chakra and beyond the Seventh Seal of the pineal body, which is the first step into our field. It’s the seventh step upward into the Temple of Light where the Spirit of Love is radiantly present and focused. From here we speak our word into the void: “Let there be light!” This command of love opens the way into our field of creation. Opening this seventh seal of Love, all else follows. The next step in our creative venture opens up to clear and successful creativity and accomplishment. Our radiation of love draws forth response from our creative field as elements offer themselves into the creative process.
WATER CYCLE: The second step of the sixth seal, where truth and wisdom await our next command: Paraphrasing Genesis, “Let the responding waters gather together into one place and let the true design and control factors appear.” Water is a symbol of truth, and we always start a creative cycle with the truth, with what is right and never with what is wrong and needs fixing. Healing, making whole that which was before fragmented, is about drawing together all the factors that are right and which belong together to make a creation whole. The Spirit of the Womb, operating in and through the pituitary, establishes in our heaven an atmosphere of containment in a shroud of darkness, enfolding the emerging design in a protective and nurturing womb for its initial stages of development. We begin gathering the various materials needed for our creation, as images and ideas are attracted into the void of creative potential.
WATER-AIR CYCLE: The third step is where the Spirit of Life working through the thyroid begins to bring viability and radiance to the images in our consciousness. Lights begin turning on in the mind as creative ideas and possibilities run through it—visions for what could appear in and through our creation. We begin to prepare the materials we’ve gathered and put our minds and hands to the task of laying out our plans.
AIR CYCLE: The fourth step becomes visible at the crossover point of the heart where the thymus gland provides a crucible for the clarifying activity of the Spirit of Purification. Assurance that the design and control factors for our creation will work as we remain true to our integrity and don’t cut corners for quicker outcomes, keeping our intentions pure and worthy of ourselves and our creation. We keep our mental hands off of the evolving cycle and let our pure heart lead the way forward, doing what we love doing. We begin assembling the various parts together. Union begins to be established as embryonic forms start to develop.
AIR-EARTH CYCLE: The fifth step, the third ascending step to the Temple of Light, begins to reveal how our creative endeavor can and will succeed, as the Spirit of Blessing turns on lights of inspiration and encouraging realization in our spirit and attitude. Thankfulness for the blessings of the Spirit fills our hearts and pours out through our expression. We may feel enthusiastic and curious about what our creation will look like and how it will serve us and perhaps a greater purpose.
EARTH CYCLE: The sixth step of the second Seal focused in the adrenal glands opens up to the Spirit of the Single Eye’s gift of mental clarity and sharp focus. Power becomes available to move forward and achieve our goal step by step, not pushing the river to speed the developing and birthing process up, but remaining tranquil and patient to still the consciousness where creative seeds are still being sown by the creator beings we are. Our creation begins to emerge from the creative chaos of assemblage to completion of the first form. We enfold it in our love and care.
EARTH-FIRE CYCLE: Finally, with the patience and optimism of the Spirit of the New Earth, working on the ground floor of your sacred anatomy, we see our creation completed. We put the final touches on what we have brought forth through the creative process. There’s joy and celebration in the birth of the new creation out of the womb and into the light of day. We have achieved our goal and can now relax and enjoy the fruits of our labors and put our creation to its intended use and service to the One and to our continued creative work. A unified field of radiance envelopes us and our new creation, and the world is blessed.
All this perfect process unfolds naturally and easily as we maintain our presence above the veil in Heaven. The moment we become reactive to or impatient with something in our field, the creative process is aborted or at least stalled until we remember who we are and where we have our being in heaven.

We have a saying in healthcare: “Impatience wrecks results.” Patience is the first step to the Temple of Light. Six more steps follow, as Uranda’s “Seven Steps to the Temple of Light” reveal so beautifully. Having ascended the steps and entered our temples of light, we are now in the “Place of Creation” from which we may descend and go forth to create the beauty and wonder of the New Earth now coming down from God out of Heaven “as a bride adorned for her husband.” Let us go forth together. “Silent Night, Holy Night. All is calm. All is bright”
IN THE MIDST of all the rush and preparations of the Season, the saving grace for me is the joyful and peaceful music of Christmas. My favorite Christmas albums are Johnny Mathis’s 50th Anniversary Christmas Celebration and A St. Olaf Christmas in Norway with the St. Olaf choir. For me, it’s the music that carries forward the light of hope and love into the world at Christmas time.
There’s nothing more beautiful to me than choral singing, especially children singing. The human voice has no match in all the world of musical expression. Here’s an hour-long video of the St Olaf choir’s Christmas concert in Norway for your enjoyment. I just love seeing our youth sing with such love for their beautiful heavenly music, voices lifting songs of praise and worship up to our Holy Lord and King at Christmas time.

We must look toward our indigenous roots of harmony and oneness with Gaia, with each other, and with Spirit, however we define it, for a balance of the feminine and the masculine and with an eye toward the wellbeing of future generations. Our world of nation-states competing for the perceived limited resources has obliterated our natural order of oneness with each other and the planet, and held us captive to a political machine dependent on strong borders, armaments, and violence. The illusion of separation has infiltrated our souls and allowed us to think that the music of life itself is a competition for volume at any cost, as if the musician who plays or sings the loudest is the most deserving at the expense of those who offer a more subtle or nuanced contribution. Now is the time for a collective song of reason and harmony to be sung within a new system of politics.
“Article 2 In the emergent sacred governance in the global orchestra, fear dissolves into our natural state of love. This love is the simple resurgence of the golden rule that has existed from time immemorial in indigenous and holistic societies – in essence, to live in harmony with all fellow musicians. Our current belief that individual rights are sacrosanct is a mistake. What is good for the individual may not be good for the whole, whereas what is good for the whole orchestra is always good for every individual player. This is the moment when each individual must retune he/his instrument, so the sound will be in harmony with all the players in the planetary orchestra.
“We ask that the leading figures of the self-governance of humankind become humble and committed conductors in service to the whole. Consider some specialized professions: doctors, teachers, engineers. There are high standards that must be met to call oneself a medical practitioner. It requires a commitment of years of study, examination, apprenticeship, and ongoing education. The Hippocratic oath, one of the oldest binding documents in history, continues to be held sacred by physicians. Let us envision a new day when the formerly ego driven governors of nation-states are guided by a similar universal principle. Envisage the day when a sacred code of ethics is adopted, a code that enables leaders to be caretakers of a melodious, peace-loving, nature-and-universe-loving society.
“The new ethics calls to our evolving consciousness to embrace the journey toward a higher state of being. Our inherent altruistic nature will manifest in a safer and more compassionate world in which we will begin to play in tune with our deepest instincts, creating a world of cooperation with a win-win condition for all.
“Article 3 Our evolution as a species embraces healing and reconciliation. To overcome the fear and greed that has driven political thought in the past, we strive to align ourselves with a frequency of vibration that brings us back into balance with the human spirit and with Mother Earth. We strive to expound our cultural and artistic impulses to honor the highest qualities of our endeavors within a political process anchored in sacred service to the good of the whole. The new stories of success are achieved by those who do the most good for society and the planet.
“The emergent and restructured global governance system is based on a fortified United Nations with a World Federalist Charter, adhering to the Earth Charter and a new Constitution for the New Paradigm in Governance. Funded by a scaled system based on per capita income, the new world governance will provide relief for the poor and underserved. No longer will credit and privilege be given to those soloists who prefer the sound of their own voices at the expense of the harmony of the whole. At long last, the human symphony will resound with the frequency of our original sacred vibration.
“Article 4 Behold the new mindset: a celebration and embodiment of goodwill and cooperation, based on the ideals of truth, beauty, and goodness. Sworn to sacred duty, our leaders will be trained and guided by a council of globally elected governors, highly skilled practitioners of right statesmanship. Unity is found in a new code of inclusion extending to all races, ethnicities, cultures, sexual identities, indigenous beliefs, and states of being. There is a place and a purpose for everyone in the new composition of universal citizenship.
“Leaders who embody the new mindset understand the power of language and honor the responsibility of engaging in truthful communication on behalf of humanity and the planet. Instead of using human resources to manage divisiveness, new energy is generated from the cohesiveness of the governance process, allowing social justice and equal opportunity to contribute to an elevation of consciousness on an accelerated scale. Just as some countries have transformed by shifting the perspective from “me” to “we,” all nations with the new mindset now surge forward with measurements of happiness. The new leaders pave the way for universal health care and education, allowing everyone to live a vital and balanced life. This new mindset is holistic – honoring the good of the whole as its first priority.
Article 5 “Future generations will be born into a world honoring their unique form of being so we all could reach our highest expression; a world in peace, upheld by the World Federalist Constitution and maintained by the supervision of the United Nations, with an equitable distribution of power representing all peoples of the planet.
“With leaders assuring the basic necessities for everyone, the rising tide of collective consciousness can be upheld by a guaranteed supply of safe and environmentally friendly food, clean drinking water, and fresh air for the entire human population, living in sustainable balance with nature. In this potentially noblest of professions, the politicians of the new mindset establish a sacred contract that each member of the human community can sign as a global citizen, activating a society based on direct democratic principles that guarantee equal voice and participation for all people. The contract is to include all parts and elements of society it is to empower women to take their rightful place as equal partners leading the way to a better future drawing on the divine feminine. As such, love and unity is the message of the new anthems, issuing a call for political bodies to take action and heal the wounds inflicted in history.
“Article 6 We hereby declare that each one of us has the responsibility and now also the opportunity to sing together and energize humanity to an ever-evolving higher state of consciousness. Alongside our politicians, we are all active participants in crafting this new vision of universal citizenship, engaged in transforming our current system that operates on a love for power into a new system impelled by the power of love.
“Embodying our birthright to fulfill our sense of purpose for the good of the whole becomes a rite of passage. Within the new paradigm of politics, our innate goodness and respect for collective wellbeing empower all people and bring all people in the world to a deeper understanding of the universe as a living system in balance with human communities and their natural environment. The evolution of consciousness that comes as a result of political coherence economizes energy on all scales and brings our world into collective harmony The enlightened politician is the conductor of the symphony created by all the people of the human family.

AN ACHIEVABLE VISION: DATELINE 2050— PEACE ON THE PLANET
Expecting that people abide by the new moral code does not call for people to become selfless . . . . Living in a way that permits others also to live does not mean that everybody could live in the same way with the same material standard of living. There are differences in wealth and standards of living, but these differences are moderated by the moral injunction regarding the limits of how we can live our lives.
The new morality respects the right of all people to live a life of dignity, spared the deprivations that plagued the poor in the recent past. Being moral does not call for being self-denying – it allows everyone to strive for excellence, beauty, and personal growth. But in the context of an interdependent and finite planet, the enjoyments and achievements of life are to be defined in relation to the quality of enjoyment and level of satisfaction they provide, and not in terms of their monetary cost and the quantity of materials and energy they consume.
BELIEFS
The traumas and crises that hallmarked the world of the early twenty-first century have not been forgotten: people know that what they believe shapes the world. A periodic reexamination of our core beliefs is a precondition of safeguarding the better world we seek to, and could, create. The beliefs and convictions that emerge in the reexaminations are very different from the beliefs that hallmark today’s world. The decisive elements of the beliefs that shape the 2050 world can be summed up in a few bullet points.
* We are part of the web of life on Earth, and the web of life is part of us. We are what we are in our communication and communion with the beings that emerge and evolve in the web of life of this planet.
* We are more than skin-and-bone material organisms. Our bodies with their cells and organs are manifestations of what is truly us: self-sustaining, self-evolving, dynamic beings arising and evolving in interaction with all other self-evolving dynamic beings around us.
* We are one of the highest, most evolved manifestations of the drive toward coherence in the universe. Our core essence is this universal drive. Recognizing it and aligning with it is both our duty and our privilege as conscious beings. There are no absolute boundaries and divisions in the world, only phase transitions where one set of relations yields prevalence to another. In our bodies, the relations that integrate our cells and organs into a dynamic and coherent whole are prevalent. Beyond our bodies, the relations that drive toward coherence and wholeness with the communities of living beings gain prevalence.
* There are no absolute boundaries and divisions in the world, only phase transitions where one set of relations yields prevalence to another. * The separate identity we attach to people is a convenient convention that facilitates interaction with them. The whole gamut of concepts and ideas that separates our identities from the identities of other persons is but an arbitrary convention. Tbere are only gradients distinguishing individuals from each other and from their environment, and no categorical divisions and boundaries.
* In the final count, there are no “others” in the world: we are all living beings, and we are all part of each other. Our family and community are just as much who we are as the cells and organs of our bodies.
* Collaboration, not competition, is the royal road to sustain us and all the beings who inhabit the Earth. Collaboration calls for empathy and solidarity, and ultimately for love. Collaboration inspired by love is the way to achieve health and wellbeing for ourselves, and for all the beings with whom we share The Planet.
* Attempting to advantage the beings we know as “us” through ruthless competition with the beings we know as “others” is a grave mistake: it damages the integrity of the embracing whole that frames our fives. When we harm “others,” we harm ourselves.
* The idea of advantaging ourselves, even our families, communities, and nations, without regard for the beings we used to regard as “strangers” or “foreigners,” needs to be rethought. Patriotism> if it aims to eliminate adversaries by force, and heroism, even in the well-meaning execution of patriotic aims, is an unwise and dangerous aspiration. A patriot and a hero who brandishes a sword or a gun is an enemy to everyone, himself or herself included. Comprehension, conciliation, and forgiveness are the hallmarks of courage, not championing the ambitions of some without concern for others.
* “The good” for anybody in the human community is not the possession of riches. Wealth in any material form is but a means for curating our existence in the embrace of the community of life. As exclusively “mine;’ wealth commandeers part of the resources all living beings need to share. Exclusive wealth is a threat to the communities of life, including the communities of those who hold it.
* The true measure of our accomplishment is the measure of our sharing, not of our having. Sharing enhances existence in the communities of life, whereas possessing creates division, invites competition, and fuels envy. The share-society is the norm for the communities of life; the have-society was typical only of the modern age, and it was an aberration.
* We and our fathers and forefathers have been guilty of an aberration in the evolutionary path of humanity, and as conscious and responsible members of humanity, we recognize that correcting this aberration is our moral duty and historic responsibility. Beyond the pursuit of deeper love and higher meaning, building a society aligned with life on the planet is the most vital task of our life.

THE PARADOX OF THE 2023 HOLIDAYS is this unholy war being waged in the Holy Land between Israel and Hamas in Palestine, the land where the Messiah, the Son of God, incarnated on the first Christmas Day — with heavenly hosts singing to shepherds in their fields watching over their flock, “Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Also the land where He was crucified for His “claim” to being the Son of God. He is recorded as having said, “What you do to one of these the least of my brethren you do unto me.”
But peace has been a long time coming . . . and is yet to arrive in the land where Jerusalem, the “City of Peace,” is established. But that’s not going to be the topic for this blog, as enough is being said about this ancient conflict between two nations with parallel biblical histories. I simply wish to acknowledge it and bring it into my Healing Tones blog for enfoldment and uplifting.
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE PEACE?
There’s a powerful scene in the movie GANDHI that speaks a thousand words to this question. Gandhi, a Hindu, is on a fast to end the war waging in India between the Hindus and the Muslims. A Hindu father whose son was killed by a Muslim, for which atrocity he had slain the Muslim, leaving a boy without a father to raise him, approached Gandhi in tears of grief and begs Gandhi to tell him what he should do to make amends for his murderous act and end Gandhi’s fast. Gandhi (played by actor Ben Kingsley) looked at the grief stricken sonless father with compassion and told him without hesitation to take the man’s son and raise him as his own . . . “but only as a Muslim.”
This scene always brings tears to my eyes knowing that what Gandhi is suggesting in this movie is what is needed . . . and will likely never come about, at least not in my remaining years . . . and that’s all I have to say about the war waging in the Holy Land.

I LOVE BOOKSwith a positive message, and authors who articulate the thoughts of my heart without using long and unfamiliar words that send me too often to the dictionary. Ervin Laszlo is such an author, and his bookTHE SURVIVAL IMPERATIVE: UPSHIFTING TO CONSCIOUS EVOLUTIONis easy to read as it speaks plainly to the primary transformative issue of our times: the evolution of human consciousness. I think you will find this new series of posts as enlightening to read as I did reading Ervin’s book. I will dive right into it with this excerpt, taken from Part 3 in his book, “PEACE ON THE PLANET—THE VISION”

AN ACHIEVABLE VISION: DATELINE 2050
It is time to complete this guide to promoting our conscious evolution on the planet with a vision that lends a wider and deeper perspective to this enterprise. The vision proposed here may appear utopian on first sight, but will prove relevant as we focus on the diverse tasks of an upshift to conscious evolution.
Here is an “achievable vision”— the image of a peaceful and sustainable world emerging by the middle of the twenty-first century in the conscious embrace of the web of life on the planet.
The Vision of the Social Order
The decisive feature of the world of 2050 is that it consciously seeks harmony with life on the planet. In this regard, it is essential that the new world is clearly oriented to evolution in nature and the universe. It is neither an undifferentiated totality nor a sequence of separate elements. It is a world that is globally whole and locally diverse.
Sovereign nation-states, the inheritance of the Modern Age, have given way to a transnational world where nations are only one, even if an important, level of the social order, without laying claim to sovereignty.
The human world is networked, but not monolithic. It is structured as a Chinese box of administrative and decision-making forums, where each forum is embedded in each higher forum but has its own sphere of authority and responsibility. The political world is not a hierarchy, for the decision-making forums at the various levels have their own autonomy and are not subordinated to higher levels.
In some areas — including trade and finance, information and communication, peace and security, and environmental protection — decision-making is entrusted to global forums. This, however, allows a Significant level of autonomy on local, national, and regional levels. Taken in its totality, the political world is a “heterarchy”: a multilevel sequentially integrated structure of distributed decision-making aimed at global cooperation combined with regional, national, and local spheres of authority and leadership.
The diverse yet cooperative world is a sequence of self- reliant communities with multiple links of communication and cooperation. Individuals join together to shape and develop their local community. These communities participate in a wider network of cooperation that includes, but does not cease at, the level of national states. Nation-states are themselves part of regional social and economic communities, coming together in the United Regions Organization, the global-level body created through the reform of the United Nation s Organization. Its members are not nation-states but the continental and subcontinental economic and social unions that integrate the interests and programs of nation-states. These include the European Union, the North American Union, the Latin American Union, the North-African Middle-Eastern Union, the Sub-Saharan African Union, the Central Asian Union, the South and Southeast Asian Union, and the Australian-Asia-Pacific Union.
The principle of subsidiarity holds sway throughout the multilevel system: decisions are made on the lowest level at which they are effective. The global level is the lowest level in regard to ensuring peace and security and regulating the global flow of goods, money, and knowledge. It is also the level for coordinating the information that flows on global networks of communication. Its objective is to harmonize policies dedicated to ensuring the integrity of the processes that maintain equilibrium in the biosphere.
The regional level is indicated for the forum for policies that coordinate the social and political aspirations of nations. Regional economic and social organizations provide the forum for the representatives of member nations to coordinate their interests and aspirations in view of resolving the problems of their people
The national level is appropriate for the local tasks and functions traditionally entrusted to national governments. National organizations operate without claiming unconditional sovereignty for themselves; they are embedded in the regional and global-level forums and take due account of the decision made by them.
On the local level, forums bring together the elected representatives of urban as well as rural communities. They coordinate the workings of the social and political institutions of towns, villages, and rural regions within the framework of the administrative and decision-making system composed of forums on the national, the regional, and the global levels.

“The decisive feature of the world of 2050 is that it consciously seeks harmony with life on the planet.” This is certainly a worthy vision. Can we realize it by 2050? We can . . . provided Humanity rises to a level of consciousness that is large enough and noble enough to truly encompass it from a heavenly point of orientation. From a heavenly perspective, the planet and all of life on it rightly seek to harmonize with Man, the appointed steward of creation. We have it backwards.
In order to rise to that level, human consciousness must be oriented in Cause rather than in effects. Noble as it is, this vision is oriented in the world of effects . . . unless it includes an orientation in Cause. Seeking harmony with life on the planet implies an outward orientation. Seeking harmony withthe Life of the planet, with the Great Spirit who created the planet and maintains its order and harmony, requires an inward and upward orientation . . . as well as a return to our commission as stewards.
An about face on our part is what is required in order to restore the true and original order and harmony between peoples and nations . . . and between Man and his planetary Home among the stars . . . and war was never a part of that original design for life on Gaia. Human beings oriented in the material world of effects brought the insanity of war to this planet. Man alone can restore the peace and harmony that all of life on earth long for. What are we waiting for? Let us be at peace with one another and with our planet.

“I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD.” Can you say that? Or has the world overcome you? This world has nothing of value to offer, as it is all transitory. Perhaps you have had the same or similar thoughts and impressions of this world. Nothing material impresses you. I have of late. Perhaps it’s my body’s ageing and tired brain. Then again, perhaps it’s my spirit emerging more fully after years of pressing forward yearning to be known and expressed. I spent most of those years serving as a holistic practitioner . . . during which I met lots of people, many of whom I came to know as friends, and some adopting me as part of their family. I am deeply thankful for those years and for the many clients and friends who came to me for help with their health.
The world may indeed be “too full to talk about,” as Rumi’s poem speaks of it. In truth it is passing away, simple by reason of the fact that the state of human consciousness which created and maintained it is passing away, making room for a new state of consciousness and a new world. The best counsel I have to offer is: Get over it. Let it go. Just let it all go. It’s only an illusion anyway. Let go of the unreal and let go to what’s real and everlasting: Love, Truth, Life , . . and creativity. These treasures are the essences of your Spirit, your very Being. They are the core qualities of the Creative Forces that brought forth the natural world, including our physical bodies.
The First Force is WATER, representing TRUTH. The Second Force is AIR, which represents SPIRIT. The Third Force if EARTH, representing LIFE. The Fourth Force is FIRE, representing LOVE.
REMEMBER THY CREATOR
There’s a passage in the twelfth book of Ecclesiastes in the Old Testament of the King James Bible that speaks to the declining years of a man, as well as to the youth of the upcoming generation.
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say I have no pleasure in them.
What follows this call to remembrance is a blow-by-blow portrayal of the undoing of the human being:
“While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain: in the days when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened, and the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all of the daughters of musick shall be brought low;
Also when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fears shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets:

Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher, and all is vanity.
Quite a detailed portrayal of what are ironically called “the golden years.” I think the author’s point and purpose, however, lie in the first lines of his message: “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth . . .”
The spirit of our youthful years lives on into our golden years . . . when we remember our Creator in the days of our youth. Although my physical body has slowed down, my spiritual body remains ageless and quite agile and active. Besides, I live and have my being in heaven where creation is vibrational, requiring no mental or physical exertion of energy . . . and where the yoke is easy and the burden is light. I never stop creating the new earth and the new world in my imaginal heart, where our living takes place. Then I watch it manifest and unfold out in the larger creative field of the world, particularly through the younger generation. I dream of better and brighter days in a new world.
I hold great hope and optimism in my heart for today’s youth, which includes our sons and daughters — who in one generation have transformed the role of parenting, guiding their children, our grandchildren, to be who they are rather than who they are expected to be, and to discover what they love doing in life rather than what they are “supposed” to do in order to “make a living.” Creativity emerges through our youth, even without a college degree. Living doesn’t have to be made. It happens while one is creating. True creativity is always fruitful as it is done in love. What is done in love returns in kind tenfold. It’s the One Law of Life’s Creative Process.
Remember now thy Creator — even as life’s evolving cycles move you toward your golden years of eldership. Never stop dreaming creation in your heaven, which is one with God’s Heaven . . . and God never ceases creating. It’s just what creators do. The word “creator” itself implies a creation. You can’t have a creation without a creator, nor a creator without a creation. The Creator is one with Creation.
Above all, let your creations be things of beauty, things that last and that you can be proud of. It’s what the world needs plenty of now. Remember now thy Creator while you are young . . . and then never grow too old to remember how to be creative in your imaginal heart, for somewhere some young person or persons will tune into your creative imaginings and achieve on earth what is conceived in heaven. We are One Body, One Mind, One Heart. There are no “others” in this world. There’s only the One I Am. Be who you are at all ages in your days, and your elder days and years will always give you much pleasure.
I take much pleasure in gardening, for instance, preparing the soil, planting the seeds and seedlings, watering the soil and watching the sprouting seedlings break through the ground and proceed to grow and bear fruit. Just doing what I can and sitting as my aching back requires. My partner in life, Bonnie, takes much pleasure in growing flowers. Together we co-create our little haven of paradise here in the sunny South.
I took a creative writing course early in life because I love writing and sharing my thoughts and inspirations . . . and this is something I can do in my elder years, along with reading. Creating is just what we all love doing naturally.

APOTHEOSIS OF WASHINGTON

APOTHEOSIS simply refers to the state of being one’s fullest, highest and truest essence of Self, in form and expression, ultimately as a divine being incarnate. It also refers to the process of becoming divine: deification. Leaders of nations and Pharaohs were once deified in the eyes of their subjects . . . and, at a level higher than that of the human personage, they were more correct than they most likely realized.
In John’s Gospel (10:34), the Jews were ready to stone Jesus for his claim to divinity, to which Jesus responded: “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, YE ARE GODS?’ [Psalm 82:6]. If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken, say ye to him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world ‘Thou blasphemest’ because I said, I am the Son of God?”
I realize this is a sensitive time to be referring to the Jews, even in biblical texts, so I will keep my comments limited to the issue of our divinity as “sons of the Most High,” as the psalmist says.
“YE ARE GODS!”
Did I miss something during my seven years in seminary, or was I perhaps asleep when this Psalm and Jesus’s words in John’s Gospel were discussed in theology class? Or preached from the pulpit in church services?
Actually, we didn’t even study the Bible in Catholic seminary, and, except for passages from Paul’s epistles and excerpts from the Four Gospels inserted into the liturgy and used in homilies, in my Catholic upbringing, the Bible was not really studied, or even read. These words were shoved to the back of the theology section and shrouded by a cloud of dogmatic and religious interpretation — and “priestly lore,” to borrow a phrase from the Gita. If we are truly divine, then what purpose does religion serve in our intimate relationship with our Creator . . . other than its own agenda and existence.
“YE ARE GODS!!!” Shout it from the pulpit! Shout it from the housetop! “Ye are not sinners! Ye are not merely human! Ye are divine beings! Ye are the sons and daughters of the Most High! Ye are God, the Living Word, incarnate in flesh, blood, and bone!”
