Laying the Foundations of the Earth: A Sonic Event

The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters, and God spoke the Word: “Let there be light.” And with that Tone, the heavenly hosts of angels joined the Creator in singing the Universe into being.

“Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me: Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare if thou hast understanding. Who hast laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the cornerstone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? . . . Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? Canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?”   (Job 38:3-7,33)

THE MUSIC OF THE SPHERES

By the tone of the words above — my favorite passages from the Book of Job — we are expected, even demanded, to know the answer to the questions “Where wast thou?” and “Knowest thou?”  Apparently, Man was there, along with heavenly hosts, and participated with the angels in laying the foundations of the Earth.  Do you have a haunting memory of being there?  I do, and a few others I am aware of who have awakened to their angelic presence in heaven . . . and begun listening to and interpreting “frequencies from another dimension,” as David Bohm describes the function of our holographic brains in a holographic universe.

We are being drawn by Love back to a remembrance of our spiritual and vibrational foundation where alone we know we have been with God since the beginning and know well the ordinances of heaven and how to set their dominion in the earth; first the earth of our physical bodies, and then the planet upon which we have incarnated.  We are beginning to remember, as the Spirit of Truth is recalling all things to remembrance.  We are beginning to know and know that we know.

There’s a prevailing sense of being in and knowing a grander and vaster world than planet Earth and having been a participant in it since the foundations of the Earth were laid in the Heaven and the dominion of the ordinances set in the earth — when we were given charge over Creation, “dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”  That dominion was to be exercised from our intended place in the heaven, where original Man was created in the image and after the likeness of the Creator.  We have temporarily lost that dominion and have become subject and prey to the wild kingdoms of the natural world.  It’s time to remember who we are and from whence we have fallen; time to return to a remembrance of our foundation in the heaven.

VIBRATIONAL FOUNDATION

When we think of foundations we commonly think of the underpinnings of buildings. This is so in the material world of analogous form.  In Bohm’s immaterial “implicate order,” the foundations of forms in the material “explicate order” are in the heaven above the earth — “a realm of meaningful, patterned primary reality that transcends space and time.”  As we set about creating the New Earth together, it may be helpful to revisit the Creation story in the Book of Genesis and consider the protocols in the unfolding Creative Process — for there’s only one Creative Process and only one way creation unfolds.  It moves in cycles from Radiation to Response to Attraction which leads to Union and completes itself in Unified Radiation.  This is my current meditation, which I am delighted to share in this post.

If you recall, in the Book of Genesis it is said that in the beginning “God created the heaven and the earth.” The heaven was created first, and in the heaven God created and established the ordinances for the foundations of the earth, the vibrational patterns for the earth.  In the quantum world of pure energy, this is creation in its invisible wave form before energy and light waves collapse and become particles.

CYMATICS: SHAPING MATTER WITH SOUND VIBRATIONS

A graphic portrayal of the vibrational nature of the Creative Process can perhaps best be understood in the context of the science of Cymatics where invisible sound waves create images and visible shapes in sand, or lycopodium and other responsive mater, such as the surface of water.  (In the implicate order, sound is of course inaudible.) Enjoy this 9.25-minute video for an educational and entertaining demonstration.

Here are cymatic images of the human voice

Here are the Cymatic images of 12 piano notes. Each note, when intoned, shapes hallowed space according to its own unique tone and resultant overtones and undertones.  Creation thus blossoms in its myriad and diverse shapes and colors.

John Stuart Reid on the vibrational foundation of life (2.30 video)

IN THE BEGINNING GOD

This hexagon storm pattern on Saturn’s North pole is likely created by sound.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  And God called the light Day and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. (Gen 1:1-5)

I will consider a few of the implications in this passage.  The first implication is that the God of Creation, designated as “he,” employed the energy of the Divine Masculine, a magnetic force field, in drawing together the various vibrational essences and lines of force in setting the Creative Process in motion, the initiating power being positive action or radiation.  Having both “male and female” creating energies available, here God is in his masculine role as Creator — Brahma of Hinduism.  God, who is Love, is always in the beginning of the Creative Process.

A second implication is that there were “waters” already in existence upon which the Spirit of God moved. These waters may be known as the waters of consciousness; in this instance the Consciousness of the Creator.  Also, water is the symbol of truth, the provision of design and control in the developing process.  Water is also the first of the Four Forces of creation and comes at the beginning of a Creative Process.  Air is the second Force, which in this event is the Spirit of God in motion, like the wind, moving upon the face of the waters.

A third implication is that sound was used by the Creator to speak light into existence: “And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters; and God said, Let there be light.” When the Spirit of God, Love, moves upon the face of the waters of our consciousness, light is created and shines into the darkness.

A fourth aspect of this creative action worth noting is in the creative command “Let,” a word used to manifest form in every phase in the cycles of creation.  “Let there be light . . . Let there be a firmament . . . Let the dry land appear.” Letting the Creative Process unfold naturally is always the path forward in life.

A fifth and peculiar implication is the order in which morning follows evening in a creative day: “And the evening and the morning were the first day.”  This implies that the day begins at high noon and not a midnight.  In our  earthly perspective, evening follows morning and the day begins at midnight.  Of course one of God’s creative days is much longer than twenty-four hours; more like tens-of-thousands of earth years.

In a wholistic and holographic model and context, this is very important for us to be aware of, for in the evening we set the tone and the heaven for the new day; we plant the vibrational seeds of intention that gestate in our consciousness as we sleep and blossom as sunrise starts a new day. This is particularly significant for those who live on the West Coast of the Americas and other continents; but it applies to all of us as sunset approaches each evening.  All this emphasizes the connections we have in this living entity we call Home among the stars with one another in the one body of humanity, the Body of God on Earth, and with the Earth itself.  We are One Entity.

THE MORNING STARS WITH THE SONS OF GOD

The last line of the passage from the Book of Job at the top speaks of a most significant event:  “When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy.” What a beautiful and harmonious image these words portray.  “Morning Star” is one of the names given to the angel Lucifer — also called “Son of the Morning” and “Bearer of the Light.” Apparently, there are a host of morning stars, of light bearers. They came with the creation of Light.  They are described here as singing together — and the sons of God as shouting for joy.  We know something of this today as angels awaken their human consciousness to what is already present and provided for by our Creator.  I may not be shouting for joy outwardly.  But in my heart I am shouting for joy in the awakening occurring all over the earth — also in knowing that we are encompassed by the angelic hosts of Heaven who are watching over us with love and protective care.

All this to say that sound, music, singing and joyful shouting were all involved in the Creation of the World.  This implies the sounding of a Tone, Gabriel’s trumpet perhaps.  As we saw in the Cymatics demonstration, sound has a way of bringing order and design out of chaos and confusion.  The Tone of Love is a clarifying sound and a purifying fire that cleanses the heart to make room for knowing the ordinances of heaven and our angelic presence in the world.  These words by my spiritual mentor, the late Lord Martin Exeter are germane to the process of purification:

“What is it that makes possible the cleansing of the heart? It isn’t anything that the mental apparatus of human beings can do. There is a means by which the heart may be purified. Fundamentally that means comes by reason of the sounding of the tone. This requires that the tone be sounded within the range of the substance of human minds and hearts. This process was described as the angels being sent forth with a great sound of a trumpet. If the impurities of heart can just be shuffled to one side sufficiently for the moment, there is the experience of that tone and love for the tone, the sound of the trumpet, and love for the source from which that tone proceeds. When that is greater than anything else, the human heart may be purified, purified by whatever this tone is.

As my heart is purified by my love for the tone and delight in sounding the tone of love in my living, rare and refined substance of spirit, described as pneumaplasm, begins to fill the imaginal realm of the heart and ascend upward into the heaven, the invisible realm of primary reality. Pneumaplasm is very sensitive and impressionable by high frequency vibrations. Images begin to make their impressions in the pneumaplasm. We begin to see and to know the vibrational ordinances of heaven and learn how to set their dominion in the earth.

Purification of the heart, the imaginal realm where the things of Spirit can emerge from out of heaven and be perceived and known in consciousness, is the first step.  “Rejoice ye heavens and ye that dwell in them.”

We could do with a lot of rejoicing right now in this vale of mounting tears we call our Home among the vast Universe of stars and galaxies.  Especially as we set about letting the New Earth appear from out of the New Heaven.  I’ll leave you to explore and interpret the implications of these biblical passages . . . as well as my thoughts herein expressed and shared with all.  I would love to share your thoughts by email, or in the comment section.  Until my next post,

Jesus said: “You are pleased when you see your own likeness. When you see your images that came into being before you did, immortal and invisible images, how much can you bear?” —The Gospel of Thomas

♦ ◊ ♦

HUMAN FLESH HAS BEEN GENETICALLY MANIPULATED for centuries, but at no time more so than today.  We humans eat heartedly of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which is simply judgement.  In judging ourselves, we never seem to be good enough, and are constantly coming up with new ways to improve on our bodies and stave off the inevitable shrinkage of our skin and depletion of our muscles, and death itself.  Self-improvement — not to be confused with self-care — is a life-time preoccupation with many, which includes “working on myself,” mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  One may ask “Who is it that’s doing the self-improving ?” The answer, of course, is the outer human self, aka the human ego.

Literally the term human ego means “human I am,” which sells us short, for we are not “only human.”  We are human beings . . . beings incarnate in human bodies.  Our being is perfect . . . and our human bodies are also perfect the way they are for the beings we are to incarnate and live a fruitful life of service here on Earth.

That said, I find it intriguing that we have the inclination . . . even developed the capacity and technology . . . to genetically modify the human body.  Why is this so deeply ingrained in human consciousness?  Did the LORD God not do a good enough job forming Adam out of clay, and later on creating Eve from a rib taken out of Adam’s side?  This sounds like there was some kind of medical science and surgical technology in use in an advanced civilization.  Perhaps remnants from Atlantis who had survived its destruction and then set about to re-create the human species.  Then Moses came along and did his best to make sense of human history and its cataclysmic past by composing an allegorical storyline to which the Israelites could relate. Thus The Book of Genesis — and the entire Old Testament that followed, which tells the story of man’s return to his Creator . . . a return that is yet to be fully realized.  The best we have is religion as a means of keeping humans believing a return to oneness with God is possible, only after we die.

EUGENICS

Eugenics has been around for centuries. Webster’s Dictionary defines eugenics: “The practice or advocacy of controlled selective breeding of human populations (as by sterilization) to improve the population’s genetic composition. In 1883 Francis Galton, in England, coined the term “eugenics” to encompass the idea of modification of natural selection through selective breeding for the improvement of humankind.”  (Jeremiah A. Barondess )

Why would we want to improve upon humankind ?  Was not Man created in the image and likeness of his Creator?  Is there some question about the story of man’s origins in the Book of Genesis?

THE TWO CREATION EVENTS IN GENESIS

In the Book of Genesis is recorded the formation of the first man, Adam, and how, and for what explicit purpose, he was formed: “…and there was not a man to till the ground . . . and the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.” (Genesis 2:5-7)

Thus was the story told in the Sumerian cuneiform texts in pre-Biblical days, by oral tradition, and in ancient Sumerian/Babylonian “Creation Myths.” It was finally carved in stone, so to speak, by Moses to become the first Book in the Old Testament of the Bible.  (I write about this in an earlier post, “The Two Trees of Eden,” which adds yet another, and quite interesting, scenario of the creation myth.)

What really took place when the human race was created and placed on Earth? What Moses reveals in his account is that there were two distinct and separate events wherein the creation of man took place: the first in Genesis 1 and the second in Genesis 2.

In the first account, God created Man in his own image and likeness, male and female, as a spiritual and immortal being; a creator like unto Himself. In the second account, the LORD God formed man out of the “dust of the ground”–– out of clay.

Of course this is all symbolic and allegorical and not to be interpreted literally.  Clay symbolizes the earth, indicating the physical material origin of our flesh bodies.  This clay man became “a living soul” when the LORD God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life.

According to the two versions of the creation of man, male and female, they were first created by God, in God’s own image and likeness, where they shared the heaven with God and His creative work.  This heaven is the same heaven that was created first before the earth in the first sentence of chapter 1: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”  The earth was yet “without form, and void.” The heaven, then, was and is a vibrational sphere, a virtual imaginal realm, where the earth and all created things were and are images in a pre-form state ready to be given form in the earth.

In Genesis 1 God created the heaven . . . and the earth as an invisible pre-form image in the heaven, not yet in form on earth.  All this was done on the sixth day of Creation, after which God’s work was finished, perfect and complete . . . and God “rested from all his work which God created and made” on the seventh day.

In chapter 2, we read: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”  In Genesis 2, then, what was created in the vibrational realm of the heaven, as a pre-form image, took form through Man in the earth.

KNOCK AND IT SHALL BE OPENED

I have dwelt and meditated upon these first two books of Genesis for the past two years, thinking that perhaps Moses simply repeated the story of the first event, only with more specific description of the creating process.  I even went so far as to suspect a rogue creator-being had attempted to replicate the Creator’s work and made a man-servant, a slave, to do his tilling in his garden.

Today, my seeking, asking and knocking has opened a window in Heaven through which a wonderful blessing has poured forth, and the lights came on in my consciousness.  I will attempt to describe what I saw when this window opened, as well as provide a link to a presentation that Uranda (Lloyd A. Meeker) gave back in 1953 addressing the Creation of Man as the means through which the things of God come into form on earth out of the heaven.  The following sentence captures the essence of his presentation:

So we see that it was man’s business, having dominion on earth, the manifestation of God’s power, it was through man that all of these things took form on earth, without any exception, no matter what it was. . . .

The Creator of heaven and earth created man (male and female) in his own image and likeness, and formed him as a means of conveying the images of creation out of the heaven and into form on earth.  In the context of BIOCENTRISM — a subject I explored earlier in a series of posts, this one entitled “Behold I Create Something from Nothing”— the Creator needed man’s consciousness — and his pineal single eye — to observe by discernment vibrational images placed by God in the heaven intended to be given form on earth — and by such observation collapse the wave function of such energetic images so that they may become subatomic particles as they materialize in form on the physical material plane.  Thus do the things of Spirit in Heaven appear in form on earth through the creating function of man.

This is both crucial and timely in relation to the Day in which we are now living — poised on the threshold of a final opportunity to return to our purpose as Man, male and female — in the Present and on the edge of creation where the future becomes the present, and the New Heaven is prepared by God to give birth to the New Earth through Man restored. I have seen a livestream filming of the creating activity at the edge of creation where waves of invisible energy collapse and particles appear to jump the threshold into visible molecules that make up the world of creation. Cynthia Bourgeault describes this dynamic between the imaginal realm and the realm of creation eloquently in The Meaning of MARY MAGADALENE — The Woman at the Heart of Christianity:

Between image and analogue there is a dynamic reciprocity as they simultaneously articulate the same reality in two different realms. Image and analogue are in continuously creative tension receiving and fulfilling each other, and it is in the energy exchange that their indivisible wholeness is made manifest.  Images do not arise in this realm, however their origin is several cosmoses more subtle, and trouble begins when this fundamental cosmic law is forgotten.

Heaven and earth are inseparably one.

We who are awake and conscious of our roles in tending the garden of consciousness for Life’s creations are feeling the pangs of pregnancy and delivery as we labor in love to be both midwives and stewards in the birthing of what will be our future and the future of our children and their progeny: a New Earth experience.

A NEW EARTH, NOT AN IMPROVED OLD EARTH

We labor in vain to change and improve upon created things, both God’s and our own, after they have taken form.  We may make them better in our own eyes, but they are still of the old earth.  We can, however, abide in the stillness of the Present and Eternal Moment and receive what’s new coming down from God out of Heaven.  Our own bodies are being re-created anew every second of every day by means of “manna” raining down from heaven via the vibrational sphere around our earthen forms and through the magical chemistry and alchemy afforded by our Pineal gland.  I see it raining down in pulsating waves when I’m sharing attunement, and especially in ecstatic meditation, sometimes tasting its ambrosia-like sweetness. This was spoken of by St. John in Revelation:

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that  overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.  (Rev. 2:17)

EUGENICS NO MORE

However Creation took place in the beginning, since that day, this formed “living soul” has undergone countless genetic modifications in order to perfect this clay man through eugenics — my take on the evolution of the human species.  Add to this scientific technology the evolutionary and adaptative natural built-in technology of bacteria and especially viruses, the human species has been transformed and re-tooled many times over.

The way I see it, the human species has been an experimental project from time immemorial, since the time recorded in Genesis 6, when “the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took unto them wives as many as they chose.”  These were called “Men of Renown,” but they were brought down in the Deluge. “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them.”  Today they are the ones St. Paul called “principalities . . . powers . . . rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).  Their experiments are an endeavor to replicate what God the Creator of heaven and earth had done on the sixth day of creation, as depicted by the serpent’s beguiling words in the second chapter of Genesis: “Ye shall not surely die . . . ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

We are nothing more than lab monkeys in the eyes of these principalities and powers, who continue to enslave humans to do their bidding in making their lives comfortable and their world a luxurious heaven on earth. In their blindness, however, these entitled oligarch elites who seek to own God’s Creation are only capable of creating war and hell on the planet, shooting themselves in the foot — literally so, by destroying the very earth and people that provide their sustenance and financial wealth. Blinded by greed for control, power and currency, these would-be Gods have not seen their defeat and demise coming.

God is victor yet, as the Forces of Light are even now defeating the “rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places.”  It was said . . . by Lord Acton actually, a British historian of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries: “Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely.” And so it does and has.

WE’VE COME A LONG WAY

Nevertheless, as the saying goes, “We’ve come a long way, baby.” We’ve evolved in consciousness — by the grace of God and the workings of the Holy Spirit — to the level of wakefulness and awareness of our true identity as spiritual beings, angels incarnate in earthen forms, which are not immortal but return to the earth from which they arose—thank God.  Christians are reminded every year on Ash Wednesday to “Remember, man, thou art dust, and unto dust thou shalt return”— not sons and daughters of God and therefore immortal Beings, but dust.  What a slap in the face of the Creator, not to mention a blatant redaction of the account of Man’s creation by God in the first chapter of the Book of Genesis. Rather: “Remember Man thou art God incarnate, and unto God thou shalt return.”

The sons and daughters of God are emerging from behind their wall of humanity to reveal their divinity in an apocalypse of light.  Never have I seen so much love and compassion flowing on earth through people everywhere. Flesh is being transformed and transmuted by the divine technology of love.  Its days of modification by eugenics are no more: “Thus far and no further!” sayeth the Lord I AM.

Today the very Earth is shouting for joy by spiking its resonant frequency. The Schumann Resonance, the heartbeat of Gaia, spiked this week up to 70 Hertz, ten times its usual constant frequency. Something colossal is afoot. Never before has it been so vital to look up and go up.  “Come out of her my people.”

I’ll leave you with these succinct and timeless words of Martin Cecil:

In the state of maturity everything is considered from the standpoint of its value in the fulfillment of the purposes of God, that and that alone. There are no personal overtones at all, none. Man, made in the image and likeness of God, reveals God, not human nature genes. That revelation of God on earth, Jehovah, God in action on earth, is only possible when there are those who have let themselves move to the point of spiritual maturity. Then everything, all the most personal, intimate things, are never seen from a self-centered viewpoint. They are seen simply as a possible means by which the purposes of God may be fulfilled.  ♥

A “Goldilocks’ Universe” Part 2 . . . . Created With Light

Apocalypse of light

“All things are one.”  —Heraclitus (540-480 BC)

THE SECOND HALF of the ninth chapter of BIOCENTRISM — How Life and Consciousness are the Keys to Understanding the True Nature of the Universe, authored by globally respected scientist Robert Lanza, MD and renown astronomer Bob Berman, delves into the perspective of a likely pre-existent universe in an indeterminate state of formless, vibrationless wave of potential, possibility and probability — and the necessity, therefore, for a universe that accommodates and supports both life and consciousness . . . simply because of the need for an observer to collapse its wave-function and bring the universe out into particle-form reality.

This perspective was dubbed “the Anthropic Principle,” a term that emerged in the 1960’s from papers written by Princeton physicist Robert Dicke and elaborated upon by Brandon Carter in 1974. The alternative is a billiard ball model that, by mere happenstance, produced a Michael Angelo and a Amadeus Mozart.  Based simply on such unlikely outcomes, intelligent design wins out over Darwin’s preposterous random selection, as well as religion’s inconceivable creation out of nothing scenarios.

Starting from where I left off in the previous post . . . .

Carter explained that what we can expect to observe “must be restricted by the conditions necessary for our presence as observers.” Put another way, if gravity was a hair stronger or the Big Bang a sliver weaker, and therefore the universe’s lifespan significantly shorter, we couldn’t be here to think about it. Because we’re here, the universe has to be the way it is and therefore isn’t unlikely at all. Case closed.

By this reasoning, there’s no need for cosmological gratitude. Our seemingly fortuitous, suspiciously specific locale, temperature range, chemical and physical milieus are just what’s needed to produce life. If we’re here, then this is what we must find around us.

Such reasoning is now known as the “weak” version of the Anthropic Principle or WAP. The “strong” version, one that skirts the edges of philosophy even more closely but clearly supports biocentrism, says that the universe must have those properties that allow life to develop within it because it was obviously “designed” with the goal of generating and sustaining observers. But without biocentrism, the strong anthropic principle has no mechanism for explaining why the universe must have life-sustaining properties.

Going even further, the late physicist John Wheeler (1911-2008), who coined the term “black hole,” advocated what is now called the Participatory Anthropic Principle (PAP): observers are required to bring the universe into existence. Wheeler’s theory says that any pre-life Earth would have existed in an indeterminate state, like Schrodinger’s cat. Once an observer exists, the aspects of the universe under observation become forced to resolve into one state, a state that includes a seemingly pre-life Earth. This means that a pre-life universe can only exist retroactively after the fact of consciousness. (Because time is an illusion of consciousness, as we shall see shortly, this whole talk of before and after isn’t strictly correct but provides a way of visualizing things.)

If the universe is in a non-determined state until forced to resolve by an observer, and this non-determined state included the determination of the various fundamental constants [elements such as oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and helium, etc.], then the resolution would necessarily fall in such a way that allows for an observer, and therefore the constants would have to resolve in such a way as to allow life. Biocentrism therefore supports and builds upon John Wheeler’s conclusions about where quantum theory leads, and provides a solution to the anthropic problem that is unique and more reasonable than any alternative. . . .

. . . .  To be honest and present all views, however, it should be noted that some critics wonder whether the Weak Anthropic Principle is no more than a piece of circular reasoning or a facile way of squirming out of explaining the enormous peculiarities of the physical universe. Philosopher John Leslie, in his 1989 book Universes, says, “A man in front of a firing squad of one hundred riflemen is going to be pretty surprised if every bullet misses him. Sure he could say to himself, ‘Of course they all missed; that makes perfect sense, otherwise I wouldn’t be here to wonder why they all missed.’ But anyone in his or her right mind is going to want to know how such an unlikely event occurred.”

But biocentrism provides the explanation for why all the shots missed. If the universe is created by life, then no universe that didn’t allow for life could possibly exist.  This fits very neatly into quantum theory and John Wheeler’s participatory universe in which observers are required to bring the universe into existence. Because, if indeed there ever was such a time, the universe was in an undetermined probability state before the presence of observers (some probabilities — or most — not allowing for life), when observation began and the universe collapsed into a real state, it inevitably collapsed into a state that allowed for the observation that collapsed it. With biocentrism, the mystery of the Goldilocks universe goes away, and the critical role of life and consciousness in shaping the universe becomes clear.

So you either have an astonishingly improbable coincidence revolving around the indisputable fact that the cosmos could have any properties but happens to have exactly the right ones for life or else you have exactly what must be seen if indeed the cosmos is biocentric. Either way, the notion of a random billiard-ball cosmos that could have had any forces that boast any range of values, but instead has the weirdly specific ones needed for life, looks impossible enough to seem downright silly.

And if any of this seems too preposterous, just consider the alternative, which is what contemporary science asks us to believe: that the entire universe, exquisitely tailored for our existence, popped into existence out of absolute nothingness. Who in their right mind would accept such a thing?

Has anyone offered any credible suggestion for how, some 14 billion years ago, we suddenly got a hundred trillion times more than a trillion trillion trillion tons of matter from — zilch? Has anyone explained how dumb carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen molecules could have, by combining accidentally, become sentient — aware! — and then utilized this sentience to acquire a taste for hot dogs and the blues?

How any possible natural random process could mix those molecules in a blender for a few billion years so that out would pop woodpeckers and George Clooney? Can anyone conceive of any edges to the cosmos? Infinity? Or how particles still spring out of nothingness? Or conceive of any of the many supposed extra dimensions that must exist everywhere in order for the cosmos to consist fundamentally of interlocking strings and loops? Or explain how ordinary elements can ever rearrange themselves so that they continue to acquire self-awareness and a loathing for macaroni salad? Or, again, how everyone of dozens of forces and constants are precisely fine-tuned for the existence of life?

Is it not obvious that science only pretends to explain the cosmos on its fundamental level?

By reminding us of its great successes at figuring out interim processes and the mechanics of things, and fashioning marvelous new devices out of raw materials, science gets away with patently ridiculous “explanations” for the nature of the cosmos as a whole. If only it hadn’t given us HDTV and the George Foreman grill, it wouldn’t have held our attention and respect long enough to pull the old three-card Monte when it comes to these largest issues.

Unless one awards points for familiarity and repetition, a consciousness-based universe scarcely seems far-fetched when compared with the alternatives.

We can now add another principle:

Fifth Principle of Biocentrism: The very structure of the universe is explainable only through biocentrism. The universe is fine-tuned for life, which makes perfect sense as life creates the universe, not the other way around. The universe is simply the complete spatio-temporal logic of the self.

SEEING THE UNIVERSE INTO BEING

This entire consideration around the theme of a life-centered and participatory universe takes me back to a line in the Creation Story as recorded in the Book of Genesis of the Old Testament Bible: “And God saw the light, that it was good.”  If one were so inclined, as I am, one may consider the possibility that this quantum phenomenon of wave-to-particle transformation has been operative since the Beginning.  The phrase “And God saw” is repeated several times in the Genesis  Creation story.

Is this perhaps the key to how Elohim, the conclave of God Beings who ventured forth into the deep dark void of space to create a “Home among the stars,” created the world “out of nothing”– or no thing — but rather from out of the “void”– or perhaps the “darkness” that was “upon the face of the deep?”  Perhaps even a Quantum Source-Field of the unformed essences of all possibilities and probabilities?  Kind of makes one think twice and critically about what we were taught in our religious upbringing.

For instance, what was the length of a “day” in Genesis?  According to scholarly biblical time-lines I’ve come across, a cosmic day in Genesis is 25,872 earth years.  This brings the total six days of Creation to 155,232 earth years — then God rested from His work for another cosmic day of 25,872 years.  It’s been surmised that we are living today in the last years — perhaps decades — of the 13th Day of Creation, some 336,336 years since the creation of light on Day One.

[For my numerology friends, this resolves out to a 6 (3+3+6+3+3+6 = 24 = 6), the number for bringing forth or coming forth — perhaps the coming forth of angelic beings on Earth in an apocalypse of Light, a truly privileged historic time to be living on Earth.]

It all boils down to this one Eternal Moment, doesn’t it?  For, since time is just an idea in our minds, an aid for measuring forward movement through space, another illusionary concept, and the “past” exists only as coded memory engrams in our collective unconscious mind, everything that has happened since Man’s creation on the Sixth Day is happening NOW in human consciousness.  The planet has simply been turning on its axis giving us countless days and nights since the eternal NOW dawned in Eden.  In this light, let’s revisit the story in Genesis.

ALL OF CREATION FLOWS OUT FROM LIGHT

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And God said Let there be light. And God saw the light that it was good.”

What was the origin of the light?  The simplistic answer is “Well, God made it.” But how?  My conjecture is that a super nova exploded spewing electromagnetic energy along with star debris out into the cosmos, the raw material for creating solar systems and planets. “And God saw the light that it was good.” Another word for “good” is “complete.” Each day of creation came to a point of completion before the next creative cycle was initiated.  Then God separated the light from darkness, day from night. That completed the first day’s work. The operative word here is “saw,” indicating observation by the Creator Beings.

In a second cosmic day the firmament of Heaven was created, separating the “waters above the Heaven from the waters below the Heaven.”  Water is the womb of living forms and the first of the Four Forces.  Our world was conceived in and brought forth out of water.

During a third cosmic day, the seas were created by the waters under the Heaven gathering into one place . . . and the dry land of Earth “appeared”— from out of the waters under the Heaven. The Heaven came before the Earth. That’s the Divine Order of Creation.

The Earth appeared — dropped down out of its pre-form wave state in the Heaven and into its particle state of physical form. And God “saw” the Earth that it was good, complete, and out of the Earth appeared grass and seed-bearing herbs and trees, and all living things, including the physical body of Man.

All of the above emerged from its invisible pre-form wave state as God saw, observed, the light and all else that was created from light.  And that action of seeing collapsed the wave function of light and activated the particle function of light, therein making available the positively charged atoms and negative life essences by which our world was created.  Makes perfect sense to me.

Any thoughts?  Until my next post — on the convenient illusion of space and time,

Be love. Be loved.

Steps of Ascent 4: How much can we bear?

Blessed is one who existed before coming into being…. You are pleased when you see your own likeness.  When you see your images that came into being before you did, immortal and invisible images, how much can you bear?  — Jesus, The Gospel of Thomas¹

♦◊♦

READING THROUGH the first two chapters of the Book of Genesis in the Bible, one cannot help but notice that there are two different incidences that speak of the creation of man.  The first one is in the 26th verse of the first chapter of Genesis:

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after out likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

This may be taken as the creation of Spiritual Man, made in the image and likeness of the Creator.  The second incident, as recorded in the second chapter of Genesis, relates to the creation of Adam, physical man, by the LORD God:

“…and there was not a man to till the ground….  And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed . . .to dress it and to keep it.”

THE “LORD God”

Who is this “LORD God” that appears on the scene?  In her legacy work, THE BOOK OF GRACE, biblical scholar and spiritual author Grace Van Duzen goes to some length to elucidate:

A new name is introduced here: the LORD God. The capitalization in such case conveys plurality,  a focus of beings, whereas the use (later) of Lord indicates divine presence in a single being.

Rev. Scofield, in his Authorized King James Reference Bible, says:

The primary meaning of the name LORD (Jehovah) is the self-existent One.” Literally (as in Ex. 3.14), “He that is who He is, therefore the eternal I AM.” But Havah, from which Jehovah, or Yahwe, is formed, signifies also “to become,” that is, to become known, thus pointing to a continuous and increasing self-revelation. Combining these meanings of Havah, we arrive at the meaning of the name Jehovah. He is “the self existent One who reveals Himself . . . .”

It is significant that the first appearance of the name Jehovah in Scripture follows the creation of man. It was God (Elohim) who said, “Let us make man in our image”. . . but when man, as in the second chapter of Genesis, is to fill the scene and become dominant over creation, it is the LORD God (Jehovah Elohim) who acts. This clearly indicates a special relation of Deity, in His Jehovah character, to man, and all Scripture emphasizes this.

The name Lord, or Jehovah, is introduced immediately after the completion of the six-day cycle of Creation which was crowned with the presence of Man, the means whereby God could “live and move and have his being” on this planet in conscious expression. That is the purpose of man, to reveal God through the indwelling presence in himself — not as a stereotyped, preordained blueprint but to allow, moment by moment in living, a New Heaven and a New Earth to take form.

Herein is the secret of God’s “rest” [on the seventh day], the state of being which became possible as human beings remained in harmony with the Creator, the Law which operates the universe.  Man was not created an automaton, without free will; that would not be an image and likeness of the Creator. On the contrary, all the wonder and diversity of the cosmos was available to be given form on Earth according to the capacities of this new creation, and on the Seventh Day that provision was in place. It was, moreover, a cycle when a “proving” was necessary to complete the creation.

I think we’re still in the proving stage, and not faring too well in it.

WE REALLY DON’T HAVE A CLUE

Now, I find all this most intriguing, as others have as well.  Quite frankly, no one really knows what occurred back then.  Some have even speculated that superior beings from outer space came to earth and seeded the human race in various and different locations as genetic experiments, each genetically different with unique physical characteristics, cultures and languages, perhaps to see if they would find a way to meld together as one global human race — a scenario to which I could easily ascribe watching travelogue programs that take you all over the globe to visit the colorful array of nationalities and life styles that exist in near isolation from one another except for media technology and air travel.

(Watching the spectacular and inspiring 2020 Winter Olympics high-tech opening ceremony in Tokyo, and hearing John Lennon’s “Imagine” sung so passionately by everyone, including John Legend and a couple of other popular vocalists, the world is “as one” for these young athletes from different nations.  I was deeply touched. This upcoming generation just may pull it off — peace and harmony, that is.)

REMEMBERING OUR PAST LEST WE REPEAT IT

There has been for some time a question concerning the two different stories in Genesis relating to the creation of Man which suggests rogue behavior on the part of one or more of the creator beings comprising the Elohim conclave.  I’ve given this considerable thought and meditation, and I resonate more with Grace Van Duzen’s view of the creation story than with the rogue scenario.  Whether critical or speculative inquiry, the fact is that if there’s been any rogue behavior on this planet, it’s been on the part of man himself — and it is precisely this rogue behavior by us that needs to cease before Eden can be restored, along with our partnership with God as co-creators of living forms on Earth . . . according to Divine Design and not human designs.

Let us not fool ourselves by thinking our past errant ways are gone and forgotten, because this rogue behavior is still going on everywhere on the face of the earth, notably in laboratories where medical scientists tamper and experiment with the genetic code of the double helix DNA and its partner RNA which contain and deliver respectively Life’s instructions for creating and assembling the building blocks of physical matter.

WE’VE OPENED PANDORA’S BOX . . . INTENTIONALLY—FATHER FORGIVE US FOR WE KNOW NOT WHAT WE DO

It all sounds so ingenious and commendable . . . until an experiment gets out of hand and a man-made virus, genetically coded to be more virulent and aggressive by a method called “Gain of Function” (GOF) — for the purpose of developing an appropriate vaccine in the event of a pandemic — is reportedly released accidentally in order to create a global pandemic.  As I understand it, this dangerous research was shut down here in America only to be transferred to a lab in Wuhan by leading medical scientists in the USA, as well as funded.  (Here’s the stunning LATEST DISCLOSURE on the origin of the virus.  Scroll down to read the Story at a Glance, although the video is well worth watching.)

How much disclosure such as this can we bear before we wake up?!  How much risk are we fool enough to take until we learn that we cannot partake of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil — or evolve, as is the case with the genetic code of the DNA spiral and escape the death-dealing consequence?  The DNA molecule is created by Life and belongs to Life, and we have no business tinkering with it.  We do so at our peril, as it is proving out.

A RESTORATIVE PROCESS IS UNDERWAY

There is a restorative process underway, and has been in progress ever since the Fall, to bring us back into alignment with the Great Spirit Creator and into the garden state.  At least two attempts have been made, the first of which was through Abraham and his immediate lineage that brought forth the nation of Israel and Moses, who led the children of Israel out of bondage in Egypt and to the “Promised Land” flowing with milk and honey.  But that was as far as human beings at the time moved with that cycle.

The cycle of movement through the physical plane was brought to a point of completion, and failure, with King Solomon, who let his success and empirical power, along with his collection of feminine royalty, consume him.  This level is the domain of the Spirit of the New Earth, and there was great expectancy on the part of the tribes of Israel, for example, to come to a new land flowing with milk and honey, an expectancy that was realized after forty years of rebellion and consequent hardship in the wilderness.

Throughout the Old Testament there is an expectancy of the “coming of a Messiah.” This attempt from the level of the physical plane failed to restore humanity back to God and closed with a promise of a Messiah who would come and restore the kingdom of heaven on earth. But it would not be an earthly kingdom.  It would be a heavenly kingdom that resides within each one, indicating that the garden state is first a spiritual reality based on spiritual consciousness and only secondly, and consequentially, an earthly experience of Paradise.

A restoration in human consciousness, then, is what is underway — and it began with the incarnation of the Lord of Love 2000+ years ago in the Middle East — which today has become a hotbed of religious wars and human suffering.  The sacred fire of Love is at work through the Spirit of Purification cleansing the body of humanity of hatred, greed and fear, along with a host of other demons . . . and not just in the Middle East.

How much more of this cleansing can we bear?  How much of our past can we bear to remember, forgive and move on from.  More pertinent to the Master’s words above: How much of the radiance of our own Being, the “immortal and invisible” image of God revealed through us on Earth, can we bear?  How much peace and joy and happiness?  How much truth can we bear?  How much are we willing and ready to let go of our beliefs, our concepts and opinions, move beyond them, in order to come to the place of knowing and living the truth of life that is love; love of God and of one another?  Oneness with the All that Is?

The Master told his disciples I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.”  Can we bear them today?  The Holy Spirit, the promised Comforter, is coming now upon the clouds of human consciousness and is bringing to remembrance all the things the Master Jesus said and taught his disciples when he was on earth.  Authors and spiritual teachers abound repeating almost verbatim his gospel of love, of compassion, of forgiveness and of thankfulness.

Listen! The Comforter speaks in our hearts to our minds: “Be still and know that I AM , , , , and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

¹The Gospel of Thomas, one of the Nag Hammadi texts later translated and annotated by Stevan Davies.

“E Pluribus, Unum”

“When each person loves the other as much as he loves himself, then ‘one out of many’ becomes possible.” —Marcus Titulus Cicero

The motto of our nation displayed on its currency above the head of an eagle is “E Pluribus, Unum.”  It’s a Latin phrase lifted right out of the writings of Marcus Cicero. It translates as “Out of many, one.” Episcopal Bishop Michael Curry spoke to the usual meaning and significance of this motto on The Today Show in response to Samantha’s inquiry into a way in which we can find “common ground” in this divided nation of ours.  While it is obvious that the US is one nation of many diverse nationalities, we all share one Origin.

I would invert the order and meaning of these words to indicate that it is out of the ONE that the many proceed, as it has been from the Beginning of Creation.  Ex Uno, Multis: Out of the One, many.  Yet, even in the appearance of being “many,” we are one human race, one people, one species, one Body of Mankind, created to serve on Earth as the Body of God the Creator.  We’ve come a long ways down the many levels of Being over the long span of our sojourn in the material plane of manifest reality; about as low as we can come.

I received a very thought-stimulating letter from one of my followers in the UK, Peter Watson.  It speaks for itself, so I will share it here without introduction.

Dear Anthony, thank you for your fine wheel-illustration of how the power-of-love is conveyed to creation.

Doubtless there have been civilizations in the past. The idea of civilization, its purpose and motivation, is to improve our environment. In the present civilization, the starting-point of the caveman-stage of mankind’s rise from savagery, we toiled as hunter-gatherers, in hand-to-mouth existence. We progressed through an agricultural stage, an industrial revolution, and on to a technological space-age stage. Progress has been hampered only by conflicts of interest, between nations, and of course individuals and groups of individuals composing the nations.

Having come from a conflict-free realm, prior to conception, we took form in the relative safety of our mother’s womb. However, from birth onwards, and depending upon class, colour, and geographical location, it’s been anybody’s guess as to how well one might survive, let alone succeed, in the world of mankind. Somehow we weathered a compromised environment safely to a state of relative sanity, in which we can communicate with each other about sacred things.

Mankind’s world, unfortunately, does not share the safety of divine intervention. In their global disunity of struggle to rule by persuasion, or application, of armed might, contestants overlook the sovereignty of benign life to which we all owe our existence.

The enemy, when stripped of threat, or diplomatic camouflage, is fear. Fear gives license to defend; defense provokes attack. Hence a telling phrase – “survival of the fittest”– has been adopted and applied. To those assuming authority for law-and-order, this has meant armed-force; love, at best, is confined to human affection, but not to be trusted enough to control the destructive elements of human nature, such as jealousy, rage, hatred and fear. Although it is said that, “perfect love casts out fear”, nobody in public awareness, except one shining individual, has put that statement-of-truth to the test.

Learning of war, or defense, is as endless as the escalation of fear motivating defesce and attack. Peace has been thought of as ascendency of the fittest, or the most technologically-advanced, or the mightiest, as the fearful means overcoming the enemy.

For millennia, global growth has been punctuated by recovery from exhaustion, repairs of defense-mechanisms, and the replenishing of more highly refined arsenals, between wars.

During lapses of aggression, some philosophies have explored the power-of-thought – “the pen is mightier than the sword”, and so forth – but without adopting the ability of learning to think from truly peaceful motivation.

Philosophy, the same as war-strategy, is biased in thought eclipsed by fear. The higher the leadership roles, and responsibility for protection, the greater is the invisible ogre of fear. As said by ‘through-a-glass-darkly’ Saint Paul,

And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?   For if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? . . . . For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Harrumph! What is this talk of battle? God speaks ‘as of a trumpet’, but not for battle. Love does not ordain battle; only fear can do that.  Job too, when motivated by fear, recognized, “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

So, civilization has brought with it a measure of fear and greed; perhaps understandably so for the cave-dwellers, as scavengers in a harsh environment, but surely there is less need of fear or greed in a world of such abundance in many parts. Imagine if those emotional-controls of fear and greed were ousted from human hearts by the provision of generosity, which so easily and recognizably characterizes the Giver of the spirit of life that freely animates us.

Is this just wishful thinking, or plain common-sense? Surely those in authority could and should recognize that if the uncreative [and destructive] motivations of fear and greed prevail unaddressed, there will be nothing left for anybody, which is basically what caused the demise of earlier civilizations, albeit in some other form, such as flooding and ice.

When ‘those-in-authority’ are mentioned, let it not be confused with those in positions of power and might by armed force; they represent the Caesars of this world, who know not love, nor the authority of life. A Good Learner is one who learns from life, not how to lead life.

It may be difficult for the human mind to picture the original state of Eden, prior to the need for civilization, or what happened to Eden to give rise to a condition that needed civilizing. The best we may be able to do on that score, is to ignore for a moment the way the world around us is now, and think instead of the perfection of the realm we all originate in, and come from, prior to conception. With some sacred thought, we can remember that state-of-perfection, because we were there.

Just as there is life after death, there is life before birth, and this is from where we originate, exactly the same as Eden, which has since become Earth. Thank you for your invitation to suggest a topic for meditation. My proposal for a new blog, Anthony, is to exercise our imagination, and memory-skills, to teleport consciousness to that time ‘in the beginning’, before the so-called Fall of man was initiated.

There are two significant reasons for suggesting this spiritual research; the first and most important being to clear the Name of God from any complicity in the cause of the Fall, and secondly, but just as importantly, to clear the name of Man from having been tarred by the same brush by which Adam and Eve have been tarred by theological and religious superstition.  With love and light, Peter

I appreciate my reader’s suggestion. It’s a worthy topic.  I had another letter from a dear friend who suggested I write in a more positive and uplifting mode:

Dearest Tony,
Thank you for your blog posts. It is so wonderful to feel your strong
Vibrant Spirit. Could it be helpful right now to focus on gratitude, knowing
What truly Is, and Awe?   —Alice

I am more inclined to go with Alice’s suggestion.  Actually, I have written extensively on the subject of our Edenic origins.  There’s a passage I borrowed from Richard Heinberg’s book MEMORIES AND VISIONS OF PARADISE that describes the spirit and demeanor of our ancestors and the quality of life in Eden. I will bring it forward here as a clear reminder of how we were — one that may trigger memories and visions of Paradise:

The myths and traditions of the ancients do not portray Eden as the sort of technological Paradise that our present civilization tends to project into the future. If the Golden Age really existed, it must instead have been, as the Chinese describe it, an Age of Perfect Virtue—an age in which . . .

. . . they were upright and correct, without knowing that to be so was righteousness; they loved one another, without knowing that to do so was benevolence; they were honest and leal-hearted without knowing that it was loyalty; they fulfilled their engagements, without knowing that to do so was good faith; in their simple movements they employed the services of one another, without thinking that they were conferring or receiving any gift. Therefore their actions left no trace, and there was no record of their affairs.” ¹

Moving on now, I pose this question for consideration: How do we think this quality of life came about?  How was it created?  Well, we can go to the Creation Story itself in the Book of Genesis for an answer:

“And the Earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters and God said ‘Let there be light.'”. . . and all else that followed.

In truth, all of creation that followed the creation of light was created out of light — and sound: “God said let there be. . . .”  The Word, the vibration of Love, of God’s Triune Spirit of Love, of Truth, and of Life, when given expression through the mouth of God, is made flesh and takes form in the physical planes of Being.  We are the mouth of God here on this physical plane of Being.  We are the creators of this world, and we can let it be the way we want it to be or the way that God intended it to be from the very beginning: a Paradise.  I don’t see where there’s any other option.

Eden will be restored to Earth when we human beings consistently and clearly express the triune Spirit of God in our living.  It can come about in no other way but when we LET the Spirit of God move upon the face of the waters of our consciousness, upon which there is gross darkness.  Ex Uno, Multis. Out of the One Spirit, many. ♥

“Kenotic Love”

In my next posts, I will explore the path of “Kenotic Love” as seen through the heart of one of my favorite authors, Cynthia Bourgeault.  I will include excerpts from the inspired writings of another favorite of mine, poet and diva Diana Durham, who recently penned these words of wisdom:

If we learn to stay true to ourselves, to feel when new insight lines up inside, or in Emerson’s words, ‘to detect and watch that gleam of light’ when it flashes across our minds, we are less likely to become controlled by others. We get a ‘feel’ for when something is right for us, or not. While we maintain our alignment, the ‘relationship’ of mind and heart, Adam and Eve, remains harmonious and effective. What is happening inside us is that we have taken on the identity of a creator — some one who authors and shapes their own world. This is the meaning of the word ‘authenticity’.

I just love such freeing and onward-looking writings and enjoy sharing them. Any thoughts you wish to share?  I welcome them. Until my next post,

Be love.  Be loved

Paradise Remembered: Tending the Garden of Consciousness

HAPPY EASTER

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Einstein

The miracle of life lies in the alchemy it creates to manifest forms from out of “nowhere” to “now here”—out of an invisible Heaven and into a visible Earth. “As above so below.” We invoke this alchemy, consciously or unconsciously, each time we recite the Lord’s Prayer and pray the will of God in heaven to manifest on earth. How this works is by Divine Alchemy — only it can’t and won’t work in human affairs without Man’s/our participation.

Words of the Teacher speak to this order of creation: “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you”– counsel my passionate father imparted repeatedly, and for which I am most grateful.

ALCHEMY Vs CHEMISTRY

In our scientific approach, we employ elemental interactions in chemistry, and physical labor, to manufacture products.  We even view conception and embryonic development as a biologically driven process. We till the ground to grow our foods and rape the earth for our fuel and building materials.

Forms may appear to rise up from out of the earth, and they do, as my sprouting beans in the garden magically demonstrate.  However, it is the subtle energy of life that creates the irresistible force of attraction that draws form up from out of the earth.  Man uses chemistry to make things.  Life uses Divine Alchemy to manifest Creation.  Everything is a miracle, including the chemistry. Even this coronavirus!

What is it that drives these alleged “lifeless” germs, made of RNA messaging molecules with protein mooring apparatuses, held together with fat, to attach themselves to cells so they can steal their DNA to reproduce themselves?  As Krishna exclaims in the Gita: “Life it is! Life’s urge it is! . . . man’s enemy or friend!” A harbinger of death, perhaps, nevertheless a miracle of life!

Consolation may be found in words penned by Charles Eisenstein in an excellent online article entitled The Coronation: “Remember, death is no ending. Death is going home.” Why, then, do we fight it and stave it off? Seems we would be happy to be going Home.

That said, my heart goes out to those who are mourning the loss of loved ones and dear friends, and to those special souls, heroes all, who are taking care of the afflicted, putting their lives on the line while struggling with fear and uncertainty, yet passionately going about their tasks caring for the sick. God bless and protect them each one.

ORIGIN MYTHS ABOUND

There are many myths about the origin of our species, including the Creation Story of Genesis.  In the previous post I excerpted passages from The Book of Grace in which its author, my dearest late friend Grace Van Duzen, offers insights into the biblical account of the Creation and Fall of Man from grace, stature and dominion.  I also shared excerpts from Richard Heinberg’s MEMORIES and VISIONS of PARADISE, and I’ve received several comments, one from a friend and fellow wayfarer, Donald White, who offered this critique and encouragement:

While I agree with much of your treatise here, I’m still wondering why the “story of man” as presented by the most ancient cultures known to have lived upon the planet with actual written records (the Sumerians and the civilizations that followed) are not part of your consideration of our origins on planet Earth. Atlantis (and Lemuria) may have existed…I don’t dispute that they MIGHT have…but we really don’t know (with apologies to the late Edgar Cayce!).

(True, even the Greek philosopher Plato used the Atlantis legend in his Socratic Dialogues as a fictitious tale, a mythical parable about the cultural and political deterioration of life in the state — casting a shadow onto our modern day.)

The biblical texts regarding these ancient times are highly mythologized, having been translated several times so that we have a version in English (King James Bible), but they still allude to more substantive, extant ancient writings in cuneiform from Mesopotamia (Sumer, Assyria, Akkadia & Babylonia). It just seems that what these ancient scribes had to say about their ‘gods’ and the origins of their culture (attributed to their gods) should have at least equal validity to any of today’s lucid dreamers, biblical pundits, and scholarly professional authors on this subject.

Are we as a species the product of a ”magical’ divine Creation or a design-driven, divine Evolution? Are we still evolving (with fits and starts from proto-human to Neanderthal to Cro Magnon) where angelic consciousness emerges as a whole in the world, or do we need to experience a resurrection from a fall from a place of divine identity where we already knew that identity in human form? These questions are key to your subject matter and I welcome your current focus in this area as it has allowed some deep meditation on my part about where we are today as God’s vessel and representation for this world. This I agree with wholeheartedly, beyond belief!

THE GARDEN OF HEAVEN

In the Beginning, Man was given a garden called Eden to dress and to keep. No tilling was required because this garden was, and still is, an invisible one.  It was the Consciousness of the Creator, who was willing and eager to share with Man its care and creating magic, along with its material manifestation — a desire that awaits fulfillment.  That’s why we are here today.  Eden awaits Man’s return to dressing and keeping it — the topic of my next post.

In this series I have also been sharing some of Peter Watson’s commentaries, which have actually provided thought-provoking upgrades for my own understanding of things hidden in the Creation Story handed down to us in the Book of Genesis, for which I am profoundly grateful.  Here is an excerpt from his most recent dialogue:

As the heaven – the realm of preform – must logically precede the realm of form, as with invisible life that designs and then grows the forms it inhabits, the idea of debris from dead suns being drawn together by gravity, so that under the right circumstances, with water air and earth, and a safe distance from the fire of a sun, the collection of debris would be suitable to support animated ecosystems is far-fetched to say the least. Such a materialistic view is clearly in denial of heavenly preordination, and is therefore flawed inasmuch as it cannot account for our invisible animating force, life, nor its origin; i.e. the Father and Mother of Life.

Fortunately Jesus foresaw the scientific dilemma that would eventually surface as men of intellect probed only the heavens, and the past, for mankind’s meaning and origins, instead of looking within, and perceiving the kingdom-of-heaven as instructed. His remedial advice, and blueprint for the way life works, are contained concisely in the so-called Lord’s Prayer, portraying the simple outline of the order in which life works (i.e. from the heaven and then into the earth; “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”), which must be complied with if our latent human potential is to be realized and made manifest. All of this he liberally demonstrated in working with the four forces, starting his ministry in a water cycle, and miraculously healing those who responded appropriately to his presence, “Wilt thou be made whole?

(His brief earthly life and ministry ended in a Fire cycle with his celebratory entrance into Jerusalem, commemorated in the Christian world on Palm Sunday, and his crucifixion and victory over death that led to his resurrection from the tomb and ascension back into Heaven from whence he came — commemorated during Holy Week and Easter Sunday throughout the Christian world.)

It’s now up to a precious few of us who are remembering and enacting the instructions of Jesus, so that what he initiated may be brought to fruition as intended. I rejoice in sharing these words with you and seeing the seeds planted by Jesus replace the superstitious seeds of religious fear, and bring the Garden-of-God, Eden, back to life on earth. “I am come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.

MAKING SENSE OF IT ALL

Having followed up on Don’s encouragement to at least expand my research to include the Sumerian and other ancient mythical stories of the formation of the human species, and having meditated on Peter’s commentary on the two accounts of the Creation story in Genesis 1 and 2, as well as on Grace’s insightful interpretation of the biblical Creation Story, I have finally come to terms with my own inner struggle to make sense of it all — and it all comes down to the first paragraph of this post: the Heaven gives form and birth to the Earth.

In Genesis 1, God, Elohim, created Man male and female, in their own image and likeness and placed them in Eden, a Paradise where everything they needed in the way of food and sustenance was freely provided, requiring no tilling but only a thought form to manifest what they needed to sustain their heavenly forms. God blessed them and gave them dominion over all the life forms in Eden, instructing them to be fruitful and multiply and “replenish the earth.” We’ve done a lot of multiplying of our species, but very minimal replenishing of the earth.

In Genesis 2, “The LORD God” (a conclave of God Beings, as Grace explained) is said to have “formed” man (male only) from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man “became a living soul.” Life, the originating and organizing force of Creation, is given to this man after he is formed by matter — the heaven and the earth in reversed order — “when the earth and the heaven were created”— contrary to the way the Law of One works to bring forth Creation out of Heaven.

Here we again have a committee of God Beings, not creating but forming a man out of clay, as many myths describe their various “gods” did.  As for woman, well, she was an after-thought by the rogue creators seeing as how the man was alone and in need of a “help mete”— not an equal partner but a helper.  So, it’s been a man’s world ever since the Fall.

This conclave of God Beings “planted a garden Eastward in Eden, and there they placed the man whom they had formed.” Here we have the first division, that of Man, created by God male and female in His own image and likeness, divided into a man and a woman, a pair of opposites — from oneness to duality.  One myth describes the First Man as being male on one side and female of the other.  Hmm?

Peter’s Comments:

Let it be said that any compromise, or reversal of the principle of cause-and-effect, heaven-and-earth in that order, would inevitably result in a state of decay, and eventual death. We cannot deny or ignore the way-of-life; i.e. what Jesus demonstrated admirably, with impunity.

Let’s say, in Genesis chapter one, we have a true account of creation, with Man, male and female, designated to share God’s dominion . . . .  Alongside, we have chapter two that denigrates mankind (not Man) to have come from the dust-of-the-ground, subject to externals and a tree-of-the-knowledge-of-good-and-evil, a tree-of-death, with no mention of dominion, only subjection, and we have a reliable perspective of how humanity has been coerced into falsely interpreting God’s will.

Earlier on in this commentary:

Fortunately, death and decay can only spread so far in either direction in the microcosm and the macrocosm at a form (material) level, beyond which life reclaims waste and renews it in the mineral kingdom and on up. As is recognized by physicists, no energy is ever lost; you cannot have a ‘dead’ (motionless) atom, or indeed a motionless galaxy. Where there is motion there is evidence of life; where there is life there is the ever-present origin-of-life.

We cannot separate matter from motion. Even using negative numbers, Euclidian geometry, or quantum mechanics, matter and motion are inseparable except in human imagination. However, designed as it is to participate in the furtherance of creation, imagination of the human mind can and will manifest if concentrated over a sufficient period of gestation. Beyond a certain point it becomes questionable as to what human imagination manifests is of any practical value; we may use disease and weaponry as examples of negative manifestation.

Stephen Hawking asks, “What place for God” in his imaginary universe.  Einstein said “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Observational science limits itself to the analytical view of “nothing is a miracle.” Participatory science (ontology) expands its parameters to see “everything is a miracle.” Einstein’s vision extends the reach-of-science beyond the grasp of mankind.

The grasp of mankind is limited to material observation and measurement, a phenomenal mental approach to understanding the universe, but which denies or otherwise ignores the essential encompassment of a motivating force, such as that which makes vegetation grow, human digestion allocate protein where it belongs, and guides the constellations along their celestial paths.

And from an earlier commentary:

So there’s the so-called Fall-of-man in a few lines, sustained by, but not initiated by Eve — the cloned after-thought companion of a simple gardener when it was noticed, “It is not good that the man should be alone”. Unfortunately, Sunday-school translation has made them both appear to have been the original sinners, upon which religion has capitalised in using a ‘sinner’ identity to cover up the rogue’s role of Godlessness, and at the same time keep congregations in the dark regarding our true identity in original Man, male and female, not made from the dust-of-the-ground, but by the male and female spirits of God incarnate. “BIG mistake!” as Schwarzenegger would say.

ANCIENT MYTHS

Now, the Sumerian, Babylonian and other ancient myths tell of many gods flying in the heavens and roaming the earth making things they needed, which included laborers — more like slaves — to till the ground; and warring with one another over the manner in which things were being done, especially in the slave-making department.  They also created “giants” to do the heavy lifting.

Donald’s Commentary:

Here’s a short summary of the story of mankind’s creation as told in the Sumerian ‘Enuma ‘Elish’ (deciphered from clay tablets uncovered when ancient Ninevah was excavated circa mid 19th century):

“… What is extremely interesting in the ancient Sumerian Creation Story is the fact that initially, man created by the Gods was not able to reproduce on their own. This is why the Gods ‘MODIFIED’ mankind with the help of Enki and his sister Ninki. After the Gods had modified mankind, Adapa was created as a fully functional human being which had the ability to reproduce. However, this ‘modification’ was done without being approved by Enlil, brother of Enki and Ninki, which created a conflict among the Gods.

The conflict made Enlil the first adversary of human beings and according to ancient Sumerian texts, mankind went through an extremely difficult time while serving the gods.”

As you can see, there are numerous similarities between the creation story of Ancient Sumer and other ancient cultures and religions around the globe, but interestingly, in all of them, we learn that mankind was literally CREATED by the GODS in their own image.”

Perhaps the beginning of religion and slavery imposed upon our earliest ancestors? What an awful implication (and indictment) on our false ‘god/creators’!

I think Don is onto a hidden truth.  Here’s an interesting side-story I came upon in my limited studies of ancient cosmology. The word El, as in Elohim, is feminine in gender, indicating that it was a Goddess who created Man — or at least the Elohim may have been a group of feminine deities who were commissioned by the Godhead to create the world and Man in it.  Heinberg cites a man’s near-death-experience in which the God he saw was a woman.  I rather like this kind of musing about God being both male and female and how this works in the invisible order of angelic and creator beings.

RECLAIMING OUR ORIGINAL INNOCENCE

So, Don, I trust I have adequately addressed your queries about who we are and were we are in our evolution of consciousness — our heaven out of which our earthly forms and world continually and momentarily materializes.  I’m right in there with you meditating on our current role as representatives of God on Earth, and as co-creators and keepers of the Garden — and with you Peter, in uncovering the clarifying truth of the Creation of Heaven and Earth, in that order, and of Man and mankind, hidden in myths until a time when we can bear to hear it — realizing that we can correct the “Original Sin” of Adam by reclaiming our Original Innocence.

In our innocence — not by faith and belief in an unknowable God, but by conscious knowing of our own divine identity as Sons and Daughters of God, co-creators with God — we can intelligently engage the Law of One that governs Creation to create Paradise on Earth.  As we hold the image and likeness of God in our consciousness as the template of our outer forms, letting love radiate without concern for results, our bodies will continue to evolve and be transformed, ultimately transmuted into angelic light forms. “As above so below.”

It was Man’s concern for results and his self-determination that reversed his polarity, repelling our first parents from God and ejecting them from Paradise.  We are here to “repent,” literally turn around, restore our polarity in God, in Love, and allow a resurrection and ascension to take place.  All we have to do is dress and keep the Heaven.

I’ll leave it there for your meditation. Until my next post,

Have a Happy Easter and/or a Joyous Passover.

Paradise Remembered, part 4: Return to Grace, Stature and Dominion

“For in the day thou shalt eat thereof thou shalt surely die.”   Genesis

As I watch this coronavirus “pandemic” consume fearful minds and hearts, and hear the daily tally of the numbers of those infected and dying, I marvel at the resilience of the human spirit that consistently and predictably rises to the occasion in the presence of a common threat—real or only perceived.

At the same time, I also marvel at the level to which Man has fallen from the grace, stature and dominion over creation we once shared with our Creator and enjoyed in the Beginning when we were divinely created and fashioned and given a Garden of Paradise to call Home and habitat.  Not that we haven’t been given ample opportunities to repent of our aberrant ways and restore Paradise, because we have.

Such an opportunity is with us now in this global crisis that has halted us in our tracks and shut down our survival-and-greed-driven self-activity.  From what I’ve been seeing on social media and the news, there seems to be an awakening to this opportunity in many and an expressed intention, if not commitment, to not return to “business-as-usual” when this pandemic is over.  Some have noticed, as I have, that the level of air pollution has dropped considerably—as much as fifty-percent here in the US according to a recent national weather report—and noise reduction is pleasantly noted as well.  Wow! What an eye-opener and blessing this crisis is giving us just in these two results of reduced human activity on the planet! Not to mention the social impact globally.

This pandemic can be seen as humanity’s 9/11—but it doesn’t come without a caveat that we not to be deceived by the “trickster” yet again.  The caveat in this episode is “Follow the money.”  As someone wrote in a social media post a few days ago, “If you don’t use your mind, someone else will use it for you.” So, let’s use our minds and do our own research, and not follow the proverbial herd of sheep over the cliff.  Fear paralyzes our ability to think for ourselves. (See the video clip below and learn how Science is manipulating the human genetic material in order to control the human population.)

Along these lines, I received  a rather thought-full commentary, entitled THE VAST MAN. from one of my blog followers “across the pond,” as they say in the UK, Peter Watson, a portion of which I will share and see where it takes us:

THE VAST MAN

Logic and reason would suggest that original man, male and female, would have been of far greater stature (if designated to ‘have dominion’, as it was put, over Eden), than the human species that now inhabits Earth. Confirming this, we have extensive mythology speaking of gods and goddesses, giants-in-the-land, men of great renown, crowned by the Gods-of-Olympus ruling the first civilization. Also tending to validate the hypothesis of a vast man, male and female, and of greater stature, there is biblical mention of “Sons-of-God”—surely a reference to those designated to ‘have dominion’—who “saw that the daughters of men”—(certainly a reference to the Adam strain produced to till the ground and dress and tend a garden; hardly in the order of having dominion)—“and took unto them all they chose”—not unlike the sheiks and sultans of mankind’s world.

Historically, between the completion of Eden, and the host of original man, male and female, stretches an unrecorded blank, known in mythology as The Golden Age of Man, that spanned the period between the Sixth Solar Day—midway in the First Universal Age [a cycle of 310,464 years]) and the latter millennia of the Twelfth Solar Day (a cycle of nearly 26,000 years)—at which point an unauthorized garden is planted eastwards in Eden, where “there was not a man to till the ground.

In the midst of extraterrestrial upheavals that wiped out and submerged two civilizations, reducing survivors to the cavemen-stage beginning of the present civilization, spans a feasting-ground for extraordinary mythology, including fire-breathing dragons, witches riding their broomsticks across the night sky, and a temporary race of dinosaurs; all hallmarks of globally-acclaimed recognition.

Little or no memory or recognition of the greater portion of man’s history is now available, other than in myths and legends, a state of mind to which professor Velikovsky ascribes amnesia. With NASA’s computing power, and Hubble’s space-penetrating telescope, we can now trace evidence of past upheavals within Sol’s galactic family of planets to confirm such events as the parting of the Red Sea, and the day the Sun and the moon (apparently) stood still in the sky in Joshua’s record. Slowly but surely parts of mythology, extraordinary as it may seem, can now be confirmed.

The “First Time”

The “First Time”—when Man lived in the Garden of Paradise—spanned a considerable length of time before the “Fall” took place and Man, outside the Garden and hiding from the Creator, began to create living things out of his own imagination and physical desires. In her BOOK OF GRACE, Grace Van Duzen writes evocatively about that sad day:

Gen. 6:1,2:  And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

This incident portrays the obsession which engrossed divine Man as he surrendered to the temptation to control the outer planes of his own being for his own pleasure and purposes. It depicts a further step in the Fall, wherein his expression became subject to that over which he was created to have dominion and thus doomed the earth and its people to the fallen state. It lowered the vibratory rate in human beings, so that the physical forms lost much of their power and beauty.

All of this was a reversal of the working of God’s Law. The self-activity which has characterized mankind’s function since that time is described by the act of taking “wives of all which they chose.” The basis for the function of human beings, especially in the most intimate areas (as of “wives”), is that of personal choice, desire, wants, without regard to a design inherent in the divine nature of each one. Described later as the “will of God,” that has a reputation of being something imposed, undesirable, when in fact it is the only possible way of fulfillment, joy and satisfaction.

The reference to “multiplying” indicates the exponential process, with the results of self-obsessed function, divergent from the original state.

Edgar Cayce was a man with a remarkable and accurate ability in the subconscious levels. In a book Edgar Cayce on Atlantis, written by his son Dr. Edgar Evans Cayce, he referred to mankind’s advent in Atlantis:

The first disturbing forces…in the continent [Atlantis], through the application of spiritual things for self-indulgences of material peoples. . .were the periods as termed in the Scripture when “The sons of God looked on the daughters of men, and saw them as being fair.”

He spoke of the “sons of the Law of One” and of the “sons of Belial.” All were created as sons and daughters of the Law of One. It was the departure from that One Law, indulging in union with the “sons of Belial,” the devil or the wrong use of the serpent in the tree that produced all the misery in the world.

That state included the introduction of slavery, “servitude to many through the aggrandizing of those things that pertained to the gratification of material things, material desires in the body.”

Gen. 6:3-22:  And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

This verse declares the drastic change in human form and substance” for that he also is flesh,” accompanied by the reduction in his life span. Rejection of the ordained process of birth and ascension resulted in the gradual decrease from approximately thousand-year cycles to “an hundred and twenty years.” There was the transition from a high vibrational substance to what is called flesh. This was recorded previously when it was said that God made them “coats of skins.”

The bodies of human beings as originally created were formed “of the dust of the ground,” the purpose being to utilize the substance of this planet to create a vehicle for the Lord’s dominion in this part of the cosmos. It was the absorption of the consciousness at the physical level that interfered with the vital control from the higher planes, described as “my spirit, saith the Lord.” This reversed the upward movement of the “living soul” to a dying one.

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

[The process of the Fall was literally clothing evil thought-forms with Earth’s substance: “heaven and earth” became “heaven and hell.”]

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

With His creation in this part of the cosmos at a crucial point, it appeared to the Lord that it might not survive the inevitable working of the Law, resulting from man’s own wrong function, pictured as the Lord destroying man.  All of Earth’s kingdoms are dependent upon the outcome of man’s advent on this planet: “both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air.” It was obvious that without a change in man, in the “thoughts of his heart,” this glorious creation would self-destruct. The function of the mind (serpent) is the vital key in the restoration of mankind, which is not separate from the heart, the emotions, the passion which is the substance of first form, as palpable in the subconscious level as the more familiar physical one. When that is “continually evil” the material form and atmosphere cannot be otherwise.

My attention was piqued as I read “The process of the Fall was literally clothing evil thought-forms with Earth’s substance: ‘heaven and earth’ became ‘heaven and hell.’” That’s still going on today. Scientists exercise little restraint and take presumed license in their laboratories toying around with they-know-not-what.  Yet does curiosity and desire for fame and fortune compel them onward in their search for the Pulitzer-prize-winning discovery of the day. “Let us make things in the image and likeness of the thoughts and imaginings of our own hearts and minds.”  Those imaginings and thoughts are to this day “only evil continually.” And this self-activity is not limited to science alone but is going on everywhere—in commercial agriculture, for instance.

Consider, for example, the DNA Sequence recently deciphered, and the tampering of the genome to produce genetically altered foods, even clone animals.  The spiraling DNA helix can be seen as a “tree of the knowledge of good and evil”–or evol.  We were warned not to even touch it, much less eat of its fruit?  The “fruit” would be the end product of genetic engineering, which has had deadly consequences.  “For in the day thou shalt eat thereof thou shalt surely die.”  I think that was a warning rather than a threat by an angry and vengeful God.  To this day our lying serpentine mind whispers “Thou shalt not surely die.”

Some have speculated that this virus may have been created in a laboratory and escaped by accident. I rather suspect that man’s perpetration and rape of the Earth’s natural resources has triggered a global immune response from the Natural World.  Earth is, after all, a living, breathing entity. A viral pandemic could well be her way of giving us pause to reconsider our chosen way or living—or dying.  Let us face the fact that whatever is not in harmony with, and strives against, the Natural Order is constantly being undone and eliminated from the Earth. We fight it to our peril. Yielding to the Natural Order, we live—hopefully to restore benevolent grace, noble stature and loving dominion to Man, God’s representative in this corner of the Universe.

I will close with these uplifting words of Grace:

The creation of this planet and its inhabitants was unique in the cosmos, with a very special function in the solar system. Man is created with the ability to let the control of the cosmos, “God Almighty,” be operative on Earth, and consequently have vital impact in the entire solar system.

With that, I will leave you to your own thoughts and meditations.  Until my next post,

Be love. Be loved
