“Whenever the higher incorporates the lower into its service, the nature of the lower is transformed into that of the higher.” —Meister Eckhart.
THE MORE I DELVE INTO HEART-BRAIN BIOLOGY, the more I just have to stand back and revel in amazement at the miracle of life happening in our physical bodies. My heart overflows with appreciation and love for such writers as Joseph Chilton Pearce who have the insight into the minute details of our biology and physiology and the desire and willingness to take the time to write a book and share their explorations and insights. They must be as awestruck as I am in the presence of such awesome precision, beauty and harmony.
In this excerpt from Pearce’s book, THE BIOLOGY OF TRANSCENDENCE~ A Blueprint of the Human Spirit, we touch into the interface and intercommunication between the lower and higher electromagnetic fields — what Cynthia Bourgeault calls the “Exchange between the Realms” in her beautiful book EYE OF THE HEART” (Parenthetically, it’s appropriate that I’m writing about the heart while having a cardio event called “atrial fibrillation.”) Without further words from me, here’s the excerpt. Enjoy the thinking with your heart.
THE GLIAL CELLS: SMART GLUE
Although glial cells make up 80 percent of the mass of our brain, very little is yet known about them. (Most brain research thus far has centered on the more accessible neural system.) The word glia comes from the Latin word meaning “glue,” which is what these tiny cells were long considered to be, the glue that held the neurons in place. Eighty percent, however, seems an expensive outlay for a glue that plays no other role. We have since discovered that the glia provide many important services.
Glia are electromagnetically sensitive and form an interactive em [electromagnetic] field in the brain over and above the electrochemical fields of neurons, with some ten or more glia clustered around each neuron. There is a strong probability that these em-sensitive glia selectively draw from the hierarchy of em fields surrounding us and translate these em frequencies into electrochemical signals available to those neurons, thereby furnishing the information from which our neural system builds our world experience.
Gap junctions between glia and neurons provide for a flow of signal producing calcium ions, and such calcium exchange takes place among the glial cells as well. Glia, then, may both draw selectively on the hierarchy of torus fields and feed back into those fields our neural response — yet another reciprocal dynamic.
Now, extensive selectivity must be made from em fields for any particular life to form and develop. In human embryonic and fetal development, formation of a rudimentary heart comes first, followed next by formation of the brain and, finally, of the body.
I must pause here to reflect for a moment on the triune Spirit of God that moves through the Creative Process to bring forth a human being: Love~Truth~Life creates the Heart~Mind~Body continuum of a Human Being in that order. How wonderful is that! The heart is created first, the Spirit of Love’s dwelling place in the Body Temple. Next the mind emerges from the embryonic form to give the Spirit of Truth the means for providing its wisdom of design and control for the developing fetus. This opens a clear and orderly path for the Spirit of Life to inspire the fetus with its Breath, having everything above in place for coherent and meaningful function of the angel about to incarnate from out of the Realms of Light into the dark, wet mass of protoplasm. I write poetically about our incarnation and commission in SACRED ANATOMY~ Temple of the Loving God. *
“We each also have commissions written in our little books of life, a mission and purpose for incarnating on this planet, which we also accepted gladly, though perhaps not without some trepidation. It is no small undertaking coming from the Realms of Light, down into a world of artificial lights, filled with loud noises, hard edges and strange bodily functions, with one foot in Heaven and the other stepping onto Earth. We created our human capacities, however, to handle it all victoriously and with grace and stature. We need only learn how to use them wisely and creatively.”
Of course, that is what SACRED ANATOMY is all about: learning to use our human capacities with an understanding of their design as a temple of the Living God.
Continuing with Joseph Chilton Pearce’s excerpt:
Long before it becomes our four-chambered heart, our rudimentary heart furnishes the electromagnetic field that surrounds the embryo from its beginning. This em field is, in turn, surrounded by the mother’s more powerful heart field, which in infant’s first months of life, stabilizes the infant’s heart field as his [/her] heart imprints the mother’s. This in another example of nature’s model imperative.
Collectively, the glial cells are another player in our translation of information from a frequency realm into our concrete experience, a process that takes place through every cell in the body — including the hundred billion neurons in our brain, their counterparts in our heart, and the glial cells themselves that accompany these neurons. From all these dynamic interactions feeding into one another in resonant patterning, somehow the final perceptual action takes place that gives us our world.
I am drawn back to another insightful book, “BIOCENTRISM” by Dr. Robert Lanza, who explores the quantum world where creation is suspended in a preform wave matrix awaiting observation by a living being in order to drop down into the concrete world of particle formations. I share his research and develop it in the added section of my book. Here’s just a preview of what I consider pivotal and germane to an understanding of our role in the Creative Process:
“The word biocentric simply means life-centered, which characterizes the creative design and purpose of the Universe in all its vast and multifaceted structure and content, both animate and inanimate. In simple terms, the Universe is created by invisible Life to express itself through visible, material form. In quantum terms, the Universe is created by Light as a dynamic mechanism for moving creating energy out of invisible, intangible wave-form and into visible, tangible particle-form. Where we come into this dynamic equation is as a means in the lower mansions of the Father’s House for bearing the Light of Truth and bringing it to bear at the threshold of creativity where the invisible, intangible and inaudible become visible, tangible and audible. In a word, we ground Consciousness for the Creator in the Heaven to create on earth, thereby setting the ordinances of Heaven in the earth — which was created as a womb for beauty to be born. I can’t think of a more wonderful purpose for incarnating!“
I see an overlapping here of the insight of the two authors, the one who sees a probability of em-sensitive glia cells selectively drawing “from the hierarchy of em fields surrounding us and translate these em frequencies into electrochemical signals available to those neurons, thereby furnishing the information from which our neural system builds our world experience” and the other seeing wave in the higher quantum field of Boehm’s “implicate order” become particle in the lower “explicate order” simply by being observed. There is transcendent magic taking place at the very edge of the frontier of creation moment by moment in the eternal now — and that’s where we belong and have our being as co-creators of our world.
Before signing off on this post, I would like to give you some “homework” (no exam will follow) for your spare listening and learning times. The video linked below will take you to an interview of New Your Times best seller and geologist Dr. Gregg Braden by Andre Duqum, during which Gregg will speak to the issue of Artificial Intelligence in a most insightful manner and optimistic tone. I will preface the link with this brief excerpt which I transcribed from the interview.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Vs INNATE INTELLIGENCE
THE SPIRITUAL BATTLE FOR OUR HUMANITY: Transhumanism, DNA, AI & Our Forgotten Past
The computer chip will always be limited in its function by the physics of the stuff it’s made of. The atoms, for example, of the silica it is made of –the space between these atoms – only allows information to travel just so fast between them, and once that limit is reached it can’t be scaled. That is the limit of the computer chip.
When we look at the human neuron and ask what its upper limit is, the answer if “We don’t know,”—and here is the beautiful reason – because every time we think we’ve reached its capacity to hold and transmit information, it adapts, it morphs, it shifts and changes to accommodate the greater capacity we are asking of it to perform. We can’t know what the top end is because every time we reach it we exceed it. That’s part of our humanness.
The human body has about 50T cells. Every cell has an electrical capacity of .07V. You say that’s not very much. But when you multiply .07V by 50T cells, that about 3B volts of electrical potential.
Every cell functions as a transmitter, a resistor, and a capacitor. It stores and releases information and is a photon generator. We’re sending out light and light with information into the fields around us, and we are receiving light from the sun and from other individuals; we are photon receivers.
There’s a technology out there called “Blockchain” technology that is the foundation of Bitcoin and digital finance. The idea came from the way our DNA stores information in the cells. The information in Block-chain technology is immutable. It can’t be changed or deleted. It’s there forever. It’s transparent. Anybody can read it. It can’t be hacked into either. And that’s why Block-chain is so powerful in digital currency. It’s the way our DNA stores information. All the technology we have around us mimics what we already have going on in our bodies – except we do it better. —Gregg Braden
A New Age has come and we are on a path forward to the creation of the New Earth. I will comment on this interview in my next post and Iam keenly interested in your comments — which you can send to me by email. I’ll leave you to ponder these things and to return next week to explore how the heart exercises dominion over brain-body systems in a Unified Field of “fields within fields.” Until then,
Let love radiate through your heart without concern for results.

*This is an exciting weekend for me as I welcome the arrival of the FOURTH EDITION of SACRED ANATOMY ~ Temple of the Living God, just hot off the press. It will make its official debut on Monday, May 6th. You can order your copy directly from the publisher at http://www.wisepublications.biz. It will also be with Amazon Books shortly.
HALF OR MORE OF THE CELLS OF THE HEART, it is estimated, are neural cells like those comprising our brain. According to some reports, the percentage may be as high as sixty to sixty-five percent. Just like in the brain, these neural cells cluster in ganglia — small neural groupings connected through axon-dendrites like those forming the neural fields of the brain, where neurotransmitters perform the same function as those in the brain.
I found this chapter in Joseph Chilton Pearce’s fascinating book “The Biology of Transcendence ~ A Blueprint of the Human Spirit” most interesting and enlightening, as the following excerpt from his book demonstrates. The heart-brain appears to penetrate the entire body through its network of neural ganglia.
Through long axons, the spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system, one aggregate of the heart’s neural ganglia connects to the myriad smaller neural ganglia found scattered throughout the body’s tissue, muscle spindles, organs, and so on . . . .
. . . Other aggregates of the heart’s neural structures have unmediated neural connections with the emotional-cognitive, or limbic, brain, “unmediated” meaning here that no ganglia interrupt or interpret the communication between the heart and emotional-cognitive brain in the way that they do between the heart and the other bodily organs and muscles. An ongoing dialogue takes place between the heart and brain through these direct neural connections.
THE HEART IS BOTH UNIVERSAL AND INDIVIDUAL
Years ago my meditation teacher in India, Gurumayi, pointed out that there is essentially only one heart, a universal function expressing through each of us in infinitely varied yet similar ways. This one heart is the universal in our life, and our life is that heart’s diverse expression. Perhaps this is one reason that heart transplants are feasible to a certain degree. While critical neural connections are lost in the transplanting process and can’t be retrieved, other traits may be picked up that we haven’t bargained for, such as some personal idiosyncrasies of the donor. Any heart may take on the color or characteristics of the unique individual in which it functions. Thus, following a transplant, heart transplant recipients occasionally begin to express new characteristics similar to those of the deceased donor. (Lest we get too carried away by this observation, consider that the same phenomenon occurs occasionally in transplant of other organs, such as kidney. Our new biology points out the continuity and coherence throughout all the spectrums of energy in a being—each part contains, at some level, all the information of the whole.)
The heart takes on the subtle individual colors of a person without losing its essential universality, however. It seems to mediate between our individual self and a universal process while being representative of that universal process. The dynamic between the universal in the heart and the specific variant in the head is, of course, the recurring theme of this book. Meister Eckhart made the audacious claim that when “God becomes Eckhart, Eckhart becomes God.” The Sufi Ibn Arabi claimed that God takes on the coloration of each of the infinitely unfolding personalities and is simultaneously each, without any change to God-as-God. Thus, Ibn Arabi pointed out, each name is a name for God, each object is a “face” of God. My meditation teacher Muktananda’s favorite phrase was “God dwells within you as you.” His teacher, Nityananda, spoke of “God dwelling in the cave of the heart,” and urged us to “go there and roam with him.” These quaint sayings are taking on a new light of biological support and may have to be considered a bit more seriously.
This speaks to the Genesis account of the creation of man where God said “Let us make man in our image and after our likeness” (emphasis added). However, the creation of man was not a one-time event but continues in the creation of man in the womb to this day. As divine creator beings, we each form our bodies in our own image and after our own likeness to accomplish our individual mission and purpose for incarnating — an insightful view, which is for me an updating of my understanding of this aspect of our co-creative roles. I touch upon this in the new section of SACRED ANATOMY, now being published in its FOURTH EDITION and soon to be released.
I do enjoy how this author frames the capacity of heart where true understanding takes place. Also how the feelings and attitudes held in the heart affect our physiology and behavior. For example the negative impact that fear has on the human immune system — which is actually comprised of an alliance of organs, glands and tissues, the heart having connection with every part of our anatomy and physiology. By the same token, love and gratitude have a positive and empowering affect on the entire body. This emphasizes the simple way by which the Spirit of God is able to “roam” throughout the body temple via this heart substance.
Once again recall Eckhart’s observation that there is no being except through a mode of being. For the universal torus of potential energy-consciousness to be actualized or made real, there must be a mode of and means for such actualization. For us, the heart is the primary mode of being and all else in our life springs from it. The end result is a heart that generates species-specific characteristics that we all share, yet reflects the personal characteristics of each brain and its experiences to make for a unique expression of shared form. The interaction of these two aspects—the universal and the individual, unity and diversity, creator and created—results in a human being that is the same as all others but different too, and a world that may be as different as that of the Australian Aborigine and technological man.
The kind of world we experience is determined largely by the feedback we receive from energy fields and how that information is perceived and interpreted within our heart-brain network. Here’s how the author lays out the process.
A step-by-step explanation of the biology of this process of creation of individual-yet-universal man might look something like this:
Our brain, with its ganglia extensions throughout the body, is, figuratively speaking, an instrument of the heart.
Our brain, in turn, is an instrument or representative of the universal function of life itself.
Our brain and body are manifestations of that universal heart’s diversity, or individual expression. Brain and body are fashioned to translate from the heart’s frequency field the information for building our unique, individual world experience. The brain and body then respond to the resulting perceptual experience and determine or interpret its quality. This qualitative analysis, or emotion, is relayed back to the heart, moment by moment. This influences the heart’s own neural field, which responds to the emotional report and relays it to the field of its origin, subsequently changing those fields, if only on a minuscule level.
In response to the brain’s reports, the heart also changes its own neural and hormonal signals to the body and the brain, and to the production of that em field of information itself. The changed neural, hormonal and em action then influences the kind of world we experience.
We live in an environment of feedback or “mirroring” in which creator and created give rise to each other both within us and outside of us.
THE DIALOGUE BETWEEN BRAIN AND HEART
Over many years of research under grants from the National Institutes of Health, John Beatrice Lacey traced the neurological connections between the brain and the heart. Their discovery of these connections and the ongoing heart-brain dialogue was largely ignored by academic science. Today the new field of neurocardiology has verified and validated the Laceys’ work, which means that in time acceptance will follow.
The heart certainly has an intelligence, though this calls for a new definition of the word to differentiate it from cerebral intellect. The heart’s intelligence is not verbal or linear or digital, as is the intellect in our head, but rather is a holistic capability that responds in the interest of well-being and continuity, sending to the brain’s emotional system an intuitive prompt for appropriate behavior. Intellect, however, can function independently and can take over the circuitry and block our heart’s more subtle signals.
To better understand the brain in our heart and the concept of an intelligence or wisdom of the heart, we need to understand a bit about the nature of glial cells, which accompany neurons and are as important to the brain as they are to the heart.
LIFE OR DEATH? IT’S OUR CHOICE
This sentence opened a portal to a deeper understanding of human function: “Intellect, however, can function independently and can take over the circuitry and block our heart’s more subtle signals” — not a very intelligent thing for one to allow one’s cerebral intellect to do. Therein lies the cause, I do believe, of man’s problems — as well as the likely cause of man’s “Fall” from grace and loss of Paradise.
The Heart is the Garden of Eden where the seeds that bring forth Paradise are sown, nurtured, germinate and grow to manifest Life’s many colorful forms and fragrances. When the human ego steals and commandeers the intellect and takes over the circuitry of life, baring the heart from offering its more subtle and wise signals, it isolates itself, the individual and the collective Body, from Source by shutting down the current of the Spirit of God through the circuitry, the flow of the River of Life itself. The Spirit of God, Love, dwells in our hearts, in the One Heart of Mankind. Death, as promised by the LORD God, is the ultimate price men pay for functioning solely out of human intelligence with no regard for the wisdom and intelligence provided by the Heart. Man dies individually and will die collectively if he stays the course in his current isolated behavior.
The human intellect, by playing God, falls out of the current of Spirit that brings forth life, in the end evaporating into thin air, with all its “knowledge of good and evil,” when the body that gives it its very existence dies of starvation from the fruits of the Tree of Life. The fruits of the Tree of Life are: patience — tranquility and mental focus — the power to realize and manifest creation — the ability to see God through a purified heart — radiant expression and experience of the Spirit of Life — design and control inherent in the wisdom of the Spirit of Truth — and oneness with the All in the Spirit of Love. The Tree of Life that produces these gift of Spirit is available only through the heart. Shut off the “subtle signals” of the heart and you shut down the spiritual energy inherent in the circuitry of life.
The choice of life and death is ours and ours alone. God did not drive man out of Paradise. Man turned his heart and face away from the Creator and found himself out on his own in Eden-turned-wilderness from a lack of the care its appointed keeper has failed to provide. Man needs only to turn his collective face back to face the Creator — repent, make an about face, and see that truly Paradise is at hand and awaits our co-creation and loving care as One Heart, One Mind, One Way. The Way of Love.
I will continue in this series to consider the nature of glial cells. So, stay tuned. Until my next post,
Be love. Be loved.

TO WALK ACROSS A BED OF RED HOT COALS requires a generous amount of absolute confidence and faith that one’s feet will not get burned and therefore no pain will be experienced. This is an example of what Joseph Chilton Pearce, author of THE BIOLOGY OF TRANSCENDENCE, A Blueprint of the Human Spirit, calls “unconflicted behavior,” which engages a biological response that allows one to utterly transcend one’s physical and material circumstance and live in another dimension beyond space and time.
Unconflicted behavior opens us to a freedom from doubt but does so only when we are free of doubt of any sort to begin with—a true catch-22: Because unconflicted behavior occurs only when we are free of doubt, opening to and unconditionally accepting the state are simultaneous, not linear, events and so are not subject to any form of logic. That is, the sudden, intuitive hint of the actuality of unconflicted behavior was not like a question asking me if I was willing to allow the state or to go along with it. Rather, the opening of this state coincided with my instant acceptance of it without qualification.
Carlos Castaneda’s metaphor of a “cubic centimeter of chance” suggests a rather wide margin for the nanosecond speed with which this opportunity opens and closes, almost like a single pulse we must fall through at the instant of its opening. This is why that greatest model of unconflicted behaviors, Jesus, urged us always to be aware and awake—we never knew at what instant It, or He, or Whatever might come.
Mindfulness, being completely in the moment where you are, present-time consciousness are all ways of describing wakefulness and awareness. The author goes on to relate personal stories of extraordinary, superhuman behavior he has experienced that defied logic and reason. I suspect that some rock climbers could tell similar stories.
The way Pearce describes his several unconflicted events it’s like something or someone takes over his behavior and performs flawless feats of accomplishment—like processing bank checks at a bank clearinghouse where he worked operating a check-proofing machine while he took a break or a nap and then closed-out well before his fellow bank workers. But let’s hear the story in his own words:
Immediately I was seen as the boy wonder. What no one knew was that I never closed out at each individual packet of items as required. In fact, I didn’t close out and check my balance until the end of the night when the shift was over, as to do so would awaken me, break the flow of things, and result in errors. Instead I continued operating straight through, and for something like three months I ran more items than anyone else without making any errors at all. This was nearly unbelievable to everyone, including my supervisor—for the “force” did such superior work that I was given a raise.
Sleep, however, was my true bonus [he was attending university and working nightshifts] and my carefully guarded secret—until one morning when my supervisor discovered by chance that I had closed out and balanced only at the end of my shift. From his response you might have thought I had violated his mother! But an error among those fourteen of fifteen thousand items could have taken all day to trace out and though no errors had occurred, I was threatened with immediate dismissal if I did not close out regularly as required. My explanations were limp and unconvincing to say the least, and with anxious eyes following my work from that point on, I had no choice but to comply. The result was that I made errors, ran fewer items, and slept through my classes all day.
Closing-out was part of the greater issue of unconditional trust in my unconflicted behavior to run the machine — closing-out would have been, in effect, to doubt, and such doubt would cause me instantly to revert to my usual conflicted state.
Joseph Chilton Pearce
Another story from his book tells about the time he climbed an “impossible” sheer and unstable dirt cliff that had an overhang, his legs hanging straight down toward the beach below as he propelled his body over the top at the utter disbelief of his friends. Unconflicted behavior can empower us to do extraordinary things.
UNCONFLICTED CONSCIOUSNESS
I’m looking at this phenomenon and thinking of it in terms of human consciousness and our creative potential. From what the author of this book and these stories say and demonstrate, doubt and fear are the only barriers holding us captive from achieving the state of unconflicted behavior. The conflict itself stems from trying to serve two masters, as a biblical passage describes what in effect is double-mindedness: “No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon” (Luke 16:13). When used in biblical texts, the word “mammon” refers to wealth and money. It can appropriately refer to fear and doubt.
“Perfect love casts out fear.” Serving God includes obeying the First Great Commandment to love the Lord our God with all of one’s heart, all of ones soul and all of one’s mind, and the second, like unto the first, to love one’s neighbor as oneself. Upon these two commandments hinge all the law and the prophets. As we actually abide by these two commandments, we will soon find ourselves united as one Body of Humanity. The Body of God in action on Earth.
There is a resurrecting spirit at work in the hearts of men and women the world over. It’s the Spirit of Love and it is drawing together a unified body from the four corners of the Earth—and it’s not coming together under the banner of an organization or a religion, but is rather an organism of parts that blend and work together in a state of accord and in a naturally coordinated manner, empowered as it is by the One Spirit of Life. One Life, one Heart, one Way forward out of the valley of the shadow of death and up the rising mountain that is the living Body of God in action on Earth. These words express the essence of our oneness:
Obviously we are all very distinctly different and unique as individuals. We have a great variety of backgrounds; we come from many places; and yet we know something of this accord simply because we share the same spirit. Only when we begin to be identified with spirit, true spirit, do we begin to see things from a point of perspective that enables us to begin to understand what we see.
We don’t need a system of worship and belief; this is a substitute pattern. The only way God can be known is by expressing the spirit of God. There is something real here, not something merely believed in, not something merely inherited from our forebears, something of memory, in other words. We find a basis for agreement, a basis for being with one accord, just to the extent that we are allowing the expression of the spirit of God in our momentary living. This is very important individually speaking, because we all have individual responsibility, a responsibility that no one else on earth can carry. (AGREEMENT IN THE ONE SPIRIT, Martin Cecil, March 28, 1982)
This is a Body in which all the cells play their unique parts without being concerned with what others are doing in their roles; in other words minding one’s own business and not imposing one’s opinion as to what or how others are or should be playing their parts.
It is also a holographic organism in which each cell in the Body is a complete model of the Whole Body of which it is an integral and essential part. At a transcendent level of shared Divine Consciousness, individuals are aware of the roles others are playing and seek to coordinate their activities with others so that a state of harmony is enjoyed.
In essence it’s a network of friends in God who love one another with unconditional acceptance and appreciation. It was through my connection with others in this Body, this network, for example, that I was empowered to publish a fourth and revised edition of my signature work SACRED ANATOMY ~ Temple of the Living God ~ A contemplative study of the human body as a temple of worship and an instrument for creation. (Soon to be available though my publisher Wise Publications.) Creativity comes naturally and easily when we’re connected with our Creator and with one another in the One Body of the Creator. A friend and spiritual brother in South Korea recently described it as dancing with our Heavenly Father within. Such a dance is joyful, he went on to say . . . so long as we let the Father lead in the dance. Life, then, is simply about learning the steps.

PATHS TO TRANSCENDENCE
There are many paths to transcendence today; so many that one could surmise that the Universe is going all out to tell us that it’s time to rise up out of the old and into a new state of consciousness. Let’s look at a couple of them.
THE MERKABA
The MERKABA is an ancient mystical symbol for light (Mer), spirit (ka) and body (ba). It is a spiritual activator and brings access to higher consciousness. You can learn more about the use of Merkaba in your meditation practice here.
Sacred GeometrySymbol for Spiritual Awakening
The Merkaba is often associated with transformation, ascension, and the expansion of consciousness. It represents the interconnectedness of the spiritual and physical realms, serving as a vehicle for spiritual evolution. Also known as the “light body” or “chariot,” some believe it enables individuals to transcend their physical limitations and access higher realms of consciousness. It’s also seen as a symbol of protection and a tool for meditation and energy work. It’s believed to harness divine energy that shields against negativity and promotes well-being.
2009 WORKSHOP AT SUNRISE RANCH IN LOVELAND COLORADO
Attunement and Sacred Sound work are two wonderful paths to transcendence, and there are many others in the field of holistic healing and consciousness evolution. I’ve offered workshops and published my research in ATTUNEMENT WITH SACRED SOUND ~ The Magical Use of Sound in Energy Work and Healing. (Now available from my publisher, Wise Publications. It’s also available from Health Light Publishing in St. Augustine, Florida.
HEALING SOUNDS INTENSIVES
I have participated in Jonathan Goldman’s Healing Sounds Intensives, which were powerfully transforming experiences, especially toning with a hundred sound healers, some doing harmonic overtone chant while others toning harmonic pitches, altogether creating harmonies that actually created a Merkaba around the class participants. I highly recommend his CD’s, especially one called “ULTIMATE OM” and another “THE DIVINE NAME” to play during meditation. I use them as a carrier-wave for spirit and intention with my long-distance Attunement service. His most recent release, “The Humming Effect” is a powerful tool for transcendence. Most everyone can hum.
SHIFT NETWORK
Another source is the Shift Network with a host of transformational teachers and intersessional guides, such as Gregg Braden, Michael Beckwith, Dr. John Beaulieu, Dr. Sue Morter, Ram Das, Andrew Harvey, Dr. Jean Shinoda Bolen, Raja Choudhury, Grandmother Flordemayo, and many other beautiful people.
A FAST TRACK — SPIRITUAL EXPRESSION
Spiritual expression — the expression of the Spirit of Love and its many qualities in living — is, without question, the most direct path to transcendence one can take. Simply by being thankful, a quality of Love, lifts one above one’s circumstance at hand. Complaining about a troubling circumstance drops one down to the same level as the circumstance. One doesn’t have to be an Einstein to know “We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” An attitude of gratitude brings altitude . . . and transcendence!
If you have enjoyed this post, I welcome and invite you to tune in for another post in this series on THE BIOLOGY OF TRANSCENDENCE. Until my next post,
THE WAY I SEE IT, Jesus was never not in complete and utter control of his physical body throughout the ordeal of His trial and conviction, the mockery of being crowned with thorns, spit upon and flogged, the carrying of his cross through the streets of Jerusalem and up to the hill of Golgotha, even through the crucifixion and apparent death of His physical body. The silver cord of connection with his body was never loosed or severed. In the end He simply transcended his physical body and rose in consciousness to what spiritual author Joseph Chilton Pearce describes as the “causal body”— with which He may even have had an NDE (Near Death Experience). At least this is the way I see it.
This was not unique to Jesus, as we each have a causal body, only it’s not so much a “body” as an essence of spirit. That spirit is who we are, and it is not a separate entity from God the Creator, any more than the Son of God was separate from His Heavenly Father. As He truly proclaimed in John10:30: “I and my Father are one.” So is it with each and every incarnate Being. To come to a conscious awareness and actual experience of that oneness with our Creator is the challenge of our earthly journey.
At the age of eighty-four I’ve become peculiarly and intensely interested in transcendence. I wasn’t aware of this interest until I inadvertently withdrew a book from off the shelf of our library and opened it to the author’s final chapters where he addresses what is now the very topic of this blog post: Jesus’s transcendent experience, otherwise called and celebrated as his “Resurrection” from the tomb — where, from all outward signs, his “dead” body was placed, wrapped in a shroud of white cloth, anointed with precious healing oils and laid to rest. What occurred after Joseph of Arimathea and a few women had laid his limp body to rest in the tomb, rolling a stone over its entrance, is a process I am compelled from within my heart to meditate upon and explore in a series of posts.
The Holy Shroud of Turin, with its scorched image of Jesus’s entire body imprinted on it, provides ample cause to contemplate what awful transmuting fire must have moved through His body to resurrect the living currents of vital energy that could lift it up to a higher vibrational level of manifestation. His resurrection was at the same time clearly a supernatural and a biological event of transcendence and transmutation.
RISE AND SHINE!
Yes, indeed, shine your light! But you first must rise! To “rise” is another matter altogether. It’s a required step toward shining. In a transcendent state, to which we all aspire, one’s light is found to have always been shining — only not outwardly — until one rises up in consciousness and identity to the level of one’s “causal” body where one’s radiance is the light of one’s world.
I can easily relate to Joseph Chilton Pearce’s perspective of “bodies within bodies”: physical, subtle and causal. From my own spiritual path the word “pneumaplasm,” coined by Lloyd A. Meeker (Uranda), serves my understanding best as descriptive of the “subtle” body. The “causal” body lives and moves independent of the physical and subtle bodies, whereas the subtle body, or pneumaplamic body, is generated out of the physical body as the causal body of spirit expresses its divine qualities with feeling, thought and action of a benevolent quality. Spiritual expression brings about the release of the transforming power of love — the only way open to human beings today as the physical and mental approaches failed miserably.
Again, my spiritual path defines the “causal body” simply as “spirit.” Spirit is divine in nature. Physical and subtle bodies are by nature human. The two are brought together when spirit incarnates and transmits its godly characteristics and benevolent qualities to the human person for expression. Patterns of design and control for the unfolding of one’s earthly journey are also established in the subtle body (pneumaplasm) for the execution of dominion over one’s world. Not domination but dominion.
The word “dominion” derives from the Latin for “lord”: dominus. Dominion is exercised by the lord incarnate whose “body” (of sorts) is causal by divine design, exercising dominion over the physical body, and by way of the body over ones world, in a benevolent, loving, non-imposing manner. Domination, to the contrary, is exercised by the human ego that has taken possession of one’s mental faculty in order to force its contriving and self-serving will upon one’s physical body and one’s world. It’s an apt model of David Hawkins’ Power VS Force –The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior.” They’re not so hidden to one who has risen in consciousness and in identity to the level of spirit in one’s causal body — causal in the sense of creator and designer of the physical body.
“I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD.”
Prince of Peace
The Master Jesus spoke those words just before his passion and crucifixion on Calvary. His exact words as recorded in John 16:33 are,“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” He transcended His physical body and maintained His identity with His causal body, which in his case was and is our Lord and King, the “Only Begotten Son of God.” Having complete control over His physical body via His subtle body, He did not let it die. The Only begotten Son of the Father was not sacrificed for the sins of the world, a rationalization Paul later contrived, nor for any other purpose rationalized subsequently in Christian dogma. He overcame death by not dying. He then proceeded to raise up his comatose physical body, transmute it to a higher vibration so as to fuse it with His causal body, His very Being, and return to His Father in Heaven — after spending forty days with His disciples eating and drinking with them and bestowing upon them His benediction of love and comfort. These things of spirit are beyond space and time. They are truly and literally timeless.
There is much to share along these lines revisiting Joseph Chilton Pearce’s THE BIOLOGY OF TRANSCENDENCE ~ A Blueprint of the Human Spirit — author of THE CRACK IN THE COSMIC EGG. The book is filled with quotable passages that have the ability to bring about a radical shift in perspective. His chosen character on which to shine light is Jesus himself and his passion and compassion, as the following excerpt demonstrates.

RESCUING JESUS FROM THE CHRISTIANS
And so I say to all theologians who apologize away the resurrection and the miracles, and to the noise of literal fundamentalists who go to the opposite extreme beyond all common sense and so miss the point: It’s not that most of the reported miracles of Jesus can be found duplicated somewhere even today, in random, scattered fashion, but that they are actual examples of the human potential that we all possess. Deny them in Jesus and you surely deny them for us all. We quickly seal any cracks in our cosmic egg lest the unknown assail us, even when the unknown is an expression of our highest nature and what is known is killing us. To maintain our position of fear and victimization requires enormous expenditures of energy that could be employed otherwise.
Jesus and the intelligence of life did what they could to heal our fractured minds and hearts, and culture did what it had to do to squelch his magnificent gesture and make a religion of it, “a homeopathic remedy for his viral threat” to endure. Projected onto the mystical Christ floating in the heavens, we can dismiss the reality of Jesus and his cross and the unconflicted nature of his faith. The whole operation can be moved into the ethereal realm of marshmallow make-believe and culture will remain supreme. There, I suppose, we can at least all believe and go down together, no doubt as a good, praying congregation begging mercy from that tyrannical “moral governor of the universe” and his “only begotten son,” that equally victimized moral whip and judge of a victimized, fated species.
Or we can pick up that cross and reclaim our birthright; rescue Jesus from the Christians, bring him down from cloud nine, and find him reflected in our mirror, see him in each and every face on the street as Whitman did, find him in these the least of our brethren behind bars. We too can risk ourselves, throw ourselves to the wind as he did, drop our fearful defenses, judgments, self-justifications, shame and guilt; and embrace that life of greater gifts that he displayed, performing, as he promised, even greater works than his, and so rise and go beyond.

I like the way he speaks his truth. I’ll share more along these lines in my next post of this series. Until then, have a Happy Easter Day.
IN THIS POST I share with you one of the most touching and profound words of Uranda I’ve ever read anywhere. Words that bring me to tears of joy and of unspeakable love that rises up from the depth of my soul for this One that I am, and we all are, privileged to call Master, Son of God, LORD of Lords and King of kings — and, as George Frederick Handel called Him in his Oratorio Masterpiece, Messiah, “Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.”
*~*~*~*
My thoughts turn to some of the words of the Master tonight: “Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” And we are, also, to overcome the world.
I was thinking that, in the conclusion of the activities of a blessed day such as this, we might well again give thought to the Master’s Prayer at the time of the conclusion of His Ministry. The conclusion of His Ministry was peculiarly the point where our Ministry begins. The time that has elapsed since has no meaning in that. He had been outlining the Principles of the One Vine and of the means by which we might let the Works of the Father manifest.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full… For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.”
He had also outlined the Principles with respect to the work of the Comforter or Spirit of Truth. He had pointed the Way to Life. It remained for those who should follow after to prove that Life, to experience it according to His Word. And then, in the conclusion of that Ministry, He gave a prayer—a prayer that is our beginning point.
“Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee”. He was, of course, the manifestation of the Son of God, but He was returning to the Father and He had outlined the Plan by means of which the Son, the only begotten Son of God, should continue on earth. The interval of time that has elapsed before that Plan began to be of effect should be, in our consideration, forgotten, as it were, that it may be meaningless. The trials and the tribulations, the concepts, the efforts and the failures of that interval must not be allowed to have meaning in relationship to our function. From the standpoint of Reality, those things do not have meaning. The connecting thread, the unifying Current, is not less strong because of the passage of that time. Our attitude and our feeling and our function should be as if we had heard these words for the first time a few days ago, as if only a month ago He had stood with us upon the face of the earth, as if it were but yesterday that the vibrant sound of His Voice fell on our ears, as if we, in this flesh, had seen Him come forth Victoriously from the tomb, as if we had, in person, shared His final words of admonition and instruction, as if we had known that hour when He ascended to return no more until what He had begun should have been finished in the hearts and lives of men.
The human mind is so inclined to feel the distance of the intervening years, so that there is a loss in a consciousness of personal contact. The Son is the One Christ Body on earth, then and now. The meaning of the Word as He spoke it with respect to His own manifestation is not to be construed as the only meaning, for He spoke also of that Body that is—“Father, the hour is come”. His was the hour of departing; ours is the hour of beginning, of moving forward in fulfilment. The Father glorified the Son then. He is just as capable of glorifying the Son now. “The hour is come. Glorify thy Son”. Why? “That thy Son also may glorify thee”. The beginning and the end, or the end and the beginning, are the same.
He was here on earth. It seems but yesterday we heard Him speak. It seems but the passage of a moment since His prayer first ascended as sweet incense unto God. Time—these things transcend all time. It was but yesterday He gave the Promise. Today we let that Promise be fulfilled. We remember how our hearts were stirred at the sound of His Voice, and the passage of an hour or a day cannot quiet that stirring or end that surge of consciousness of the Power of God. It is now, in this hour, that the Spirit of His Word finds fulfilment in our hearts. It is now, in this hour, that we let His Promise be fulfilled. The excitements and the questionings, the fears and the doubts, have been stilled. We have ceased trying to make it be so, for in the vibrant Power of His Love we are not separate or apart and we know that the Father Himself loveth us because we have loved Him, because we do love Him Who has walked the earth before us, Who has revealed the Way, the Truth and the Life.
“The hour is come” for us to let the Father glorify His Son, that the Son may glorify the Father. We trembled, and were sad, that the hour had come when He should leave us, but we did not let such things prevent fulfilment of His Word lest what He did should be in vain. The hour of His going was the hour of our beginning, and it is so still, for though He went He has not departed, for His Spirit lingers in our hearts and His Word is as powerful as when it first fell from His lips, Words burned in letters of Fire upon our hearts, memorable occasions that could never pass from mind. Yesterday His hour came—today is our hour of fulfilment in beginning.
“Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God”, and the Christ, the only begotten Son—then Jesus—now the One Christ Body Whom Thou hast sent. “I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do”. How truly is that our point of beginning. How seldom on this earth has the word reverberated in truth—“I have finished the work”. We have seen in the world the feeble attempts at doing some bit of work—human beings, like children, building castles in the sand to admire in one moment and to destroy in the next, and then to delude themselves into feeling that they had accomplished something. And how they brag about the mansions they builded in the sand; but we consider other mansions, Mansions in the Father’s House.
“I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do”—and in season the Son shall again speak these words, but before those words may be truly spoken once more, there must truly be the beginning, the opening up, that comes through the surging Power of His Spirit as we hear again, in memory, His Word, “And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.” That was but yesterday, surely. It is but a dream that some did not keep His Word. There must now be fulfilment which gives meaning to His faith when He spoke that Word, that when these words sound in memory, and stir within our hearts, they shall not be as a mockery, a symbol of the faith of the Son of God that found no answering heart on earth, but a symbol of the faith of the Son of God that finds fulfilment here and now in His Son on earth.
“And they have kept thy word. Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.” Yes, the intervening time when these words remained unfulfilled is surely but a dream. Twas only yesterday He spoke, and today His Word finds fulfilment. Today we prove His faith was not in vain.
“And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.” What was His joy? It was the joy of Oneness with the Father. It was the joy of Being the Son on earth. That is the joy that must be fulfilled in us, the joy of Oneness with the Father, the joy of Being the Son.
“And these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.” That is His Word. His Word is true, and we let it be so in us in this hour, and forevermore, for as the Father sent Him into the world, even so has He sent us into the world.
“And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them”—“And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them.” It is glory to be the Son on earth. “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am”—not where I shall be, where I am. He, the Son of God, stood on earth in the hour of fulfilment. He had finished the work. That was where He was in the hour of fulfilment. And He said, “Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am”—and so it is His Will that we should stand in that Oneness of the Son in the hour of fulfilment. “That they may behold my glory. Which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
Beloved LORD, we thank Thee that it is so, and we thank Thee for the Holy Privilege of sharing Thy Fulfilment on earth. In the Christ. Aumen.”
“He who had moved among men before and disappeared at will prior to that time—do you not think that, if His disciples had been holding steady, He could have disappeared in any moment He had chosen?”—Uranda
URANDA: On this beautiful day, which gives promise of a springtime not too far away, let us meditate for a moment upon some of the principles that our Master revealed in relationship to this phase of our own progress along the way. The Master said, “I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do,”and that work which the Father gave was finished before that experience that was made necessary to our LORD by human imposition in the trial and the crucifixion. The work the Father gave Him to do was completed before that trial and before the crucifixion, for we have the Word from His own lips: “I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.”Why, then, was it necessary for Him to experience the mockery, the indignities of that trial, and the sufferings of the crucifixion? It was because man imposed those things upon our LORD. They were imposed by man’s rejection of the divine pattern.
The ill things that nullify the expression of the beautiful pattern of God’s design on earth are never God’s will. They are imposed by man’s rejection of that which God offers. The shame and the suffering, the indignities, are never the result of the divine pattern or of God’s will. They are the result of man’s denial and betrayal of his responsibilities, and they are imposed by that which man himself does. Very often those who consider themselves Christians, or who long to move along the spiritual path, are inclined to think: “If I had lived, if I had only had the privilege of living at that time when our Master Himself walked on earth, I would not have been among those who were scattered so quickly from that vast throng who were shouting, ‘Hosanna to the king.’ I would not have been like Peter, denying, or like Judas, betraying, nor like the others who followed afar off, for I would have appreciated my privilege and opportunity. And, cost what it might, I would have been among those who stood at the foot of the cross.” So many have felt that way—perhaps they would not express it in so many words.
Yet today, in this hour and in all the hours to come, we have the same privilege of remaining true, the same privilege of standing at the foot of the cross, the same privilege of proving the reality of our love and our trust. The passage of the centuries has not denied us any privilege that we might have had then, with the one exception of seeing the physical form through which our LORD was manifest. And He said of those who lived then, that for their sakes it was expedient that He should go away; and if it was expedient for them, there is nothing taken from us, because we do not have the privilege, as our minds might think of it, of seeing Him in physical form. It is expedient for us that He so arranged the divine pattern.
So, let us examine something of what happened and see if we can gain a deeper conviction of that which is necessary to ourselves, that we may come to a recognition that it is not what we feel out of the subconscious heart or mind, it is not what we feel externally, that is properly the directing force in our lives. It is what we see and recognize and realize with the conscious mind to be the truth of the matter, for the mind which is allowing the spirit of God to work in it is stronger than any feeling that can come surging up from the subconscious. It is stronger than any idea that may be buried somewhere in the subterranean phases of the mind. It is stronger than any current of feeling that may be imposed from the outside.
What you feel is beside the point. As long as the conscious mind continues to yield to the impulses that come from a distorted subconscious mind or heart, as long as it yields to the currents of feeling or action from without, it is saying, “I am not a guardian angel. I am not fortified by the spirit of God. I am a weak thing and I must of needs acknowledge the extent of my weakness and say that God cannot serve me because I am subject to all of these ill things.” He who says that betrays our LORD, as surely as Judas betrayed Him. He denies, as surely as Peter did, and he is not even following afar off. He is scattered into the darkness, hiding in the alleyways, lest someone see and say, “Are you not one of those who followed Him?”
Let us see what happened at the time of our Master. He had finished the work that God gave Him to do, but certain things were imposed upon Him. In either case, He was going away, as far as His physical form was concerned. But do you think He could cause His body to be changed more easily after all this humiliating experience than otherwise? He could have ascended without the suffering, the crucifixion and those days in the tomb. Man imposed that upon Him and made it necessary. Sometimes people ask a question and say, “But did not the prophets say He would have to die? Does not the Bible say there could be no salvation except as His blood was shed, etc.?” I grant you that after this experience was all over, certain ones developed some ideas with respect to it. And in the pattern of prophecy in the Old Testament you will find those things which recognized not only the possibility but the probability of the manner in which man would function. But because it worked out the way it did, the human interpretation has been on the basis of one idea only; and there has been a complete failure to recognize the fact that an alternate path, the ideal path, was foretold just as surely, as definitely, if man would have allowed it to have meaning.
That which was of God’s design was revealed by the prophets much more abundantly than those comparatively obscure texts that recognized the probability of what man would do. Because man did fail, the texts that relate to that possibility are picked out and held up as what was prophesied. And it is not so at all, because God’s provision of the pathway did not require that Jesus should die. It was human beings that condemned our LORD to the indignities of the trial, so-called, and to the sufferings of the cross. God did not require it. From God’s standpoint, it was not necessary, and I can take the book cover to cover and show you how the pattern was revealed there. Let us examine it.
The idea of the shedding of the blood, from the standpoint of the spear in the side and the nails in His hands and feet, is supposed to have had some particularly efficacious result—that God, being a hardhearted something-or-other, would not accept the salvation of a single man, woman, or child unless His own Son should physically bleed. Anyone who stops to consider that which is revealed of God in the Bible will recognize that that is so completely out of character that there is no reasonable excuse for any person believing it. It is completely out of character. The blood is the symbol of life. He had shed His blood, in the true sense, before He ever reached the agonies of Gethsemane or the sufferings of the cross. He had shed His life upon the earth. He had shed the currents of His life in the revelation of Deity. He had revealed the principles of life. He had given His life to the revelation of the things of God, and He Himself said before any of these things took place, “I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.” There was a recognition that certain things were yet to be faced because of what man had imposed upon Him, but it was not the divine plan or purpose or necessary from the standpoint of God, as if He were a bloodthirsty being who demanded that blood be shed. No. That is not the character of God. It was not the plan or purpose of God. And the only reason why our Master accepted that outworking was because man imposed it upon Him.
Who imposed it upon Him particularly? Who among men? Herod or Pilate or the power of the Caesars? Oh, no. Who imposed it upon Him? His disciples were the ones who imposed that upon Him. It is true. They simply accepted the focalization of the world in the hour of stress, rather than remaining true to their focalization in Him. But consider if the hour of crisis had come and all twelve of the disciples had remained steady. There are those who say Judas, poor creature, was predestined to do it; someone had to do it in order for God’s plan to be fulfilled. Someone on earth had to be a traitor and betray our LORD! Oh, no. God is out of character the moment anyone begins to conceive such an idea. God never predestined anyone to be a traitor or to betray the things of God, let alone the Son of God! Judas did not have to betray Him. It was not necessary; it was not a part of the divine plan. It was a part of human failure.
Consider. If it had worked out according to that which God had made available to them, if according to God’s true plan there had been a following through—of course the Master knew, particularly toward the last, that they were not going to hold when the crisis came; but, even so—suppose Judas had not betrayed Him, suppose Peter had not been of that type who would deny Him, suppose twelve men had stood faithful and true to their LORD on earth—twelve men, not one wavering, not one breaking in the face of the crisis—then His Body on earth, the body of these twelve men who were supposed to be the key men of the Christ Body which should fill the earth, holding steady, would have allowed Him to carry out God’s plan. Not from the standpoint of continued work on earth in the sense of His doing it, but His doing it through the members of His Body—the very principles He had outlined to them such a few hours before, the principles and Laws that He had expounded to them over and over again through the three and a half years of His ministry with them. But if that Body, the focalization of the Body in twelve men, would have held the pattern, hundreds and thousands who had received blessings at His hand, who had cried “Hosanna to our king,” would have stood if the twelve disciples had stood. And there would have been a Body on earth.
He who had moved among men before and disappeared at will prior to that time—do you not think that, if His disciples had been holding steady, He could have disappeared in any moment He had chosen? Could humanity have heaped the indignities of the cross or mockery of the trial upon Him? No. Why did He accept that imposition? The Body that He had been building through the years of ministry died, scattered first—the scattering of the disciples. When they broke, when they slept in Gethsemane instead of watching with Him one little hour, when they slept, when He came to face the final pattern, of course the LORD would not have suffered as He did—even in Gethsemane—had this pattern been holding properly. Because already Judas had gone out to betray, His body had started to decay and die, the body of His disciples. That body of the disciples was scattered, brought to the point of death before His physical body as a man was brought to the point of the crucifixion.
If that body of twelve disciples had remained steady and true, no power on earth could have touched Him, because then the victory would have been assured without His going through what He did. The same truths would have been revealed in the outworking of the cycles of time, but there would have been a Body established—twelve key points, with others rallying around vibrationally. And if they had sought to touch Him, whether He would have used spiritual power to prevent it or whether He would have disappeared is beside the point. That would have been for Him to choose and it is not for me to speculate upon, but they could not have touched Him. That we know. If the body He had built, or undertaken to build—the Body of many members—had held true, His physical body would not have had to be on the cross. But on the cross of spiritual creative activity, the crossing between heaven and earth, there would have been a revelation of divine power that would have carried through effectively and saved man centuries of suffering, sorrow, misery and death. The Body would have been complete and this world would have been restored already.
It is not until after this plan had failed to carry through that we have the prophetic portrayal, for instance in Revelation, of that which should yet be done. Because in Isaiah, and many other places, there is mention made: “Behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former things shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.” That is part of the prophecy of what was divinely ordained for the time when Jesus Christ should come on earth, that which could have been, but man prevented it. Man spoiled the pattern of God, so there was a divine reorganization and a re-projection of the same goal under a new pattern. Not all was lost, it is true. Our Master had finished the work. He had revealed Deity, established the truth on earth, set the pattern. And somewhere there would be those who would follow through, those who would not be so quick to betray for thirty pieces of silver or their own human desires.(Emphasis added)
I wonder how many of you know why Judas betrayed, what the working of his mind was. . . .
I AM THE SPIRIT OF JOY and I am come to speak in this Moment in Eternity through my faithful servant in the beauty of holiness, for I am holy, and I am beautiful, as are you and as are we all. I spoke once before through my beautiful servant Kahlil Gibran and I said this in his heart and he wrote down what I said in his heart. And this is what he wrote:
And a poet said, Speak to us of Beauty. And he answered: Where shall you seek beauty, and how shall you find her unless she herself be your way and your guide? And how shall you speak of her except she be the weaver of your speech?
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
The aggrieved and the injured say, “Beauty is kind and gentle. Like a young mother half-shy of her own glory she walks among us.” And the passionate say, “Nay, beauty is a thing of might and dread. Like the tempest she shakes the earth beneath us and the sky above us.”
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
The tired and weary say, “Beauty is of soft whisperings. She speaks in our spirit. Her voice yields to our silences like a faint light that quivers in fear of the shadow.”
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
But the restless say, “We have heard her shouting among the mountains, And with her cries came the sound of hoofs, and the beating of wings and the roaring of lions.”
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
At night the watchmen of the city say, “Beauty shall rise with the dawn from the east.” And at noontide the toilers and the wayfarers say, “We have seen her leaning over the earth from the windows of the sunset.”
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
In winter say the snow-bound, “She shall come with the spring leaping upon the hills.” And in the summer heat the reapers say, ” We have seen her dancing with the autumn leavers, and we saw a drift of snow in her hair.”
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
All these things have you said of beauty, Yet in truth you spoke not of her but of needs unsatisfied, And beauty is not a need but an ecstasy. It is not a mouth thirsting nor an empty hand stretched forth, But rather a heart enflamed and a soul enchanted. It is not the image you would see, nor the song you would hear, But rather an image you see though you close your eyes and a song you hear though you shut your ears. It is not the sap within the furrowed bark, nor a wing attached to a claw, But rather a garden for ever in bloom and a flock of angels for ever in flight.
⁕ ⁕ ⁕
People of Orphalese, beauty is life when life unveils her holy face. But you are life and you are the veil. Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror. But you are eternity and you are the mirror.
“To him who overcomes I will give of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” (Rev 2:17)
THE PINEAL ~ A WHITE STONE~ A NEW NAME
INSIDE THE CRANIUM there is much activity relating to light and sound. It has been discovered, for example, that within the Pineal is a tiny crystal of sabulous (gritty) matter composed of phosphate and carbonate of lime, phosphate of magnesium and ammonia afloat in a transparent viscid fluid. This tiny white crystal is reportedly radiant with light energy for several minutes after death. This discovery carries considerable spiritual significance seeing as how it has also been discovered that cells give off a flash of light as a means of communicating as well as when they die.
In his monumental work, Vibrational Medicine For The 21st Century, renown definitive authority on energetic medicine and medical physician Dr. Richard Gerber describes what is being called today the “vibrational-medicine model” of the human body as possessing a more subtle communication system than that of the brain and nervous system wherein light is the medium for messages between the cells of the body:
Most information that the organs receive is in the form of chemical messages that help to regulate the function of each organ within the context of the body’s daily needs. But the organs and the cells making up each organ also communicate with each other using non-chemical forms of information-carrying messengers.
For instance, we now know that the cells of the body actually emit weak pulses of light. Those weak cellular light pulses seem to be part of a light-based communication system that helps to coordinate the actions of the cells within each organ. The pulses of light emitted by cells are just one of the many different informational codes the human body and its individual cells use to regulate the function of organs on a day-to-day and moment-to-moment basis. Our cells communicate through the coded messages carried by hormones and biochemicals, as well as through electrical signals (such as those carried by the nerves of the body), and also through weak light signals. The cells of the body appear to have their own inherent intelligence that allows them to understand and use this coded information in its many forms in order to maintain the body in a state of health.
It is clearly evident that light plays a central role in the generation of life and in the maintenance of function and coordination within the body, and that the Pineal, nestled in the center of the brain and connected to the corpus quadrigemina—a part of the brain which relays light and sound frequencies and vibrations from the outside world to this inner most sanctum—is the appointed place of rendezvous between the light of the sun coming into the body through the eyes and the light of love emanating from the angel incarnate. For here in this inner sound and light chamber are blended the seven-dimensional vibration of light, sent to the pineal by the hypothalamus—as we shall see shortly—with the seven-dimensional vibration of love. The outer and the inner, earth and heaven, are unified as one.
The fact of the presence of retinal tissue in the body of the Pineal may well account for the pulsating colors some frequently see while the eyes are closed during meditation, even when they are open at times. The light of love enters the temple through the violet colored window of the Pineal Body. This photo-receptor is sensitive to the radiation of the light of love entering it from above and pouring through it into the body temple. As this same light of love radiates outward through the eyes, it stimulates the cones and rods which then translate it into respective colors in the brain. One may see colors of red, brown, yellow, green, blue and deep purple contracting and expanding around a sharp focus of violet light. At times one may sense that heaven’s portal will open up and allow one to peer right into heaven. As the pulsations stimulate the olfactory bulb, the taste as of sweet nectar fills the mouth raining down like pulsing showers of honey dew. Is this the sweet nectar of the gods that nourishes the cells of the inner sanctum and takes away all hunger and thirst? From my own experience, I believe it is.
Is this tiny gland perhaps the vibrational receiver and transmitter the LORD God and Man use to communicate, the origin of the “inner voice” of intuition and the means by which God hears our prayers and songs of praise and thanksgiving? Here surely is where the Creative Word is spoken by the angel incarnate, in concert with the LORD God: “Let there be Light!” And there is light, the light that is the life of Man sent forth into the body temple by way of crystal emissaries of hormones to bring the perfect patterns of design and firm control of life to each and every tissue cell, organ, gland and system. In form and in function here is the very real and practical way by which the Word of Creation is spoken by the angel incarnate in his or her temple, not only to maintain and re-create the body temple, but to re-create the world.
The Pineal, then, may be said to provide a physical point for the radiant focus of the Spirit of Love, not only in these temples but in this world. As a sacred gateway, it gives entrance to highly refined spiritual essences that purify and refine the courser substances that sometimes enter the heart—our sacred heart because our heart is truly sacred to us as angelic beings. It is a crucible for intensifying love’s regenerating power that makes all things new. It is here in our hearts that we know love and in that knowing experience a sense of oneness with all things.
As we learn how to keep our hearts open, yet contained and governed by love so as to conserve and preserve its contents of golden substance, the transforming power of love brings about transmutation, thereby fulfilling its purposes and perfect plan for salvation in our body temples and in the world. For clearly the purpose of the body temple is the incarnation of angels on Earth. The Pineal Body plays a key role in transmuting the physical substance of human flesh into pneumaplasmic flesh (spirit substance) for the angel’s spiritual body in this world.
For that transmutation to occur an arc of fire is needed. That arc is present between the positive centers provided by the endocrine glands and their responsive centers in the Brain and Spinal Chord, though obviously not hot enough to transmute the substance of the physical body. It is hot enough, however, at the higher levels of being where the Pineal and Pituitary glands interact in highly-charged currents of spiritual energy.
Uranda speaks of this so very beautifully in his Steps To Mastership, as well as in his book The Triune Ray. The transforming spirit of love creates the currents of life that move through our body temples by way of the working of the One Law of positive radiation and spontaneous response, which attracts atoms into the transforming fire and brings them into a state of union with the angel incarnate. This positive radiation emanates from the seventh level embodied by the Pineal Body at the apex point in the physical body where the Arc of Life is created that runs the affairs of the Body Temple. That arc is initially established between these first two seals at the seventh and sixth levels. The Pituitary provides the initial pattern of response and yielded openness to the radiant ray of light emanating from the Pineal. All the rest that hereafter emerges in the physical body relates to the administration and governance of this primary current of life created and sent forth as a River of Life into the garden of the Temple of the Living God, and the returning ascending cycle that lifts atomic substance up into the body temple. Designed by Nancy, it depicts the Dove of Spirit hovering in dominion over the Four Forces of Water, Air, Earth and Fire. The property has since been sold and is no longer an Emissary retreat center.
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” (Rev 21:3-4)

SACRED ANATOMY ~ FOURTH EDITION
I SUBMITTED THE MANUSCRIPT of the FOURTH EDITION of SACRED ANATOMY to my publisher this week. I’m looking forward to seeing it fresh off the press and to celebrating its birth. It’s been a work-in-progress over the years since I published the first edition back in in 2005, ten years after I had begun writing down my musings and meditations toward the end of the last century. It was time to update it and develop the theme further.
Thanks to the encouragement of a colleague and fan in Wisconsin, Dr. Kati Ghess, and my longtime friend and Attunement colleague, John C. Gray, who gave freely of his magical word-smithery and editing skills — along with the generous funding of a dear benefactor in Hawaii, Laurel Cox — and my dear companion in life, Bonnie, who gave generously of her editing expertise — we took the task in hand back in mid November and together transformed SACRED ANATOMY into a fourth edition.
Dr. Kati Ghess (Kate) was especially encouraging to get my book out into the hands of more young people like herself who are in search for the light of truth on their troubled and often traumatized paths and clouded understanding. She wrote the following testimonial:
“Prepare to be pulled into a journey of the true reality of the human body. This book is not for the faint of heart. Dr. Palombo has successfully unpacked the innate wisdom of the endocrine system and reveals its hidden depths anatomically, scientifically, energetically, and spiritually. A Spirit-led work of art, Sacred Anatomy will change the way you look at yourself, your healing, and your reality.” — Kati Ghess, DC
John Gray — whom I hold in highest regard for his clear thinking and perception of things spiritual as well as physical — initiated the creative process back in mid November, with the following email:
“Tony—All the most important contents of your book are timeless, and some perspectives have changed from 20+ years ago. Might you be thinking of a second edition? You could write a new forward, and polish anything you wish to say more completely or thoroughly now than then… Updating the font would give Sacred Anatomy 2.0 a new look. I feel it would be timely to have a renewed version of your work out there—a rebirth, as it were, in the current cycle. Something to think about?”
I thought about it while reading a few pages in the third edition for the span of less than an hour, then shot back an enthusiastic response of agreement. Actually, by request, John wrote the new foreword himself — thank you my friend — and it turns out to be a fourth edition, as I had re-published SACRED ANATOMY twice since the first publication, the third edition lightly revised and published with a soft cover. This fourth edition will have a hard cover. I anticipate it will be available from Amazon Books sometime in March. (The advertised price will be $45. Previous editions will no longer be available.)
Eager to share thoughts and meditations from my new book, here are a couple of short excerpts, the first one addressing a topic notably circulating on social media lately. It’s just a sampling of what lies ahead for my readers.
(Parenthetically, there’s a lot being shared lately on Facebook and other social media giving evidence of a radical shift and awakening in the collective consciousness, which appears to be vanishing into Divine Consciousness, absorbed by the Light of Love. These are exciting days of transformation. Buckle up your seatbelts ’cause the path forward’s going to get a lot rougher before it levels out as we fully inhabit the New Earth dawning — through US!)
Woman’s Body is Sacred
It is written in Sacred Scriptures: “The Tabernacle of God is with men.” (Rev 21:3) The literal meaning of “tabernacle” is dwelling place, so we can understand this verse to say, the dwelling place of God is with and in human beings. I’ll paraphrase this passage to also indicate, “women are with men.” According to the account in Genesis, the body of Eve was created out of Adam’s, to be with him, right alongside. Women are gifted to embody the womb for the creation of the body temple, the tabernacle for the presence and action of God on earth. Lack of awareness and appreciation of this has resulted in the lustful way men have historically viewed the female body and treated women, and how women feel about their own bodies. The truth is, the human body is sacred.
A change in consciousness is obviously called for, andis underway. Human consciousness is made new in divine identity, and is known as part of the ordinances of the New Heaven for the New Earth. Experience of the new displaces the old ways of seeing these things. All things are being made new in these extraordinary times. As our hearts and minds ascend the “Great Tree” within and enter the Temple of Light, the attitudes and voice of the world fade into the background. The noise of the old earth is passing away and can no longer be heard. Silence fills the temple of the living God on earth.
From Sacred Anatomy ~ Fourth Edition
To that silence I would add REJOICING! “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind . . . . But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.” (Isaiah 65:17)
John in Revelation shares his vision of things to come: “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (Rev 21)
This is all going down in our day on our watch!
“The sea of human consciousness is disappearing into Divine Consciousness in this day of restoration and ascension. It continues to be taken up and absorbed into the Consciousness of the One who dwells in the midst of the Disciple John’s seven golden candlesticks. From this New Heaven, the design of the New Earth is descending. In the sacred soil of Divine Consciousness, the ordinances of Heaven are planted for our knowing and for our work of setting their dominion in the earth.”
From Sacred Anatomy ~ Fourth Edition
The Lord may be creating a New Earth, but not without the means of hearts, heads, hands and feet on the ground. I will close this blog post with a little story about a farmer and his preacher my mentor used to tell. It goes like this: The farmer invited his preacher to come out to the countryside and see his newly renovated farm. So one day the preacher took a ride out to the country to see the farmer’s farm. When he got there, he looked around in amazement and exclaimed: “My, look at what the Lord has done with this land!” With a look of dismay, the farmer replied: “Yeah? Well, you should have seen it when the Lord had it all by himself!”
