Spirit of the New Earth Vibration

Our Home among the stars

“The physical body is Real and beautiful beyond words to describe.  It is wonderful beyond all the imaginings of mankind. In it are revealed the secret things of God. Through it work the Cosmic Forces of the Universe.”—Uranda

IN CELEBRATION of the New Earth dawning, I open a door in heaven to shine light into the earthly aspect of Creation and to enjoy a perspective of the body temple from the angel’s point of view.  Earth is our Home among the stars, where angels incarnate in living, breathing earthen forms to manifest a heavenly abode for our Creator on the material plane, and where all the levels of being in this seven-dimensional world congeal into an experiential spectrum of creativity — where seeds are planted, germinate and sprout, and where trees grow and flowers blossom; where creatures both great and small fill the earth, and where birds fly in the air and fishes of the sea plunge the deep.  I turn in this meditation to the beautiful and exquisite human body to meditate upon the awesome experience of the miracle of life we share with all of creation. The physical, material world is, after all, where all the levels of being can be enjoyed to the fullest.  It is the ultimate experience of life, of God being human on planet Earth.

SACRED ANATOMY

That said, it is with much thought and hesitation that I proceed in sharing the following consideration from SACRED ANATOMY in a public forum such as this — particularly in a coarse world that yet struggles with such troubling issues as abortion, rape and birth control, child and human trafficking, and that objectifies and exploit the human body for monetary gain — as the subject matter is highly esoteric and sacred, intended for the initiated in the school of the Sacred Art of Living.

While pondering what my next blog series might be, and considering the theme of recent posts centered around the emergence of the New Earth out of the New Heaven, and the transmutation of the sacred earth — and more currently the wider opening of a door in Heaven for those who would enter the Temple of Light — the chapter in my book featuring the Spirit of the New Earth and the endocrine glands of the gonads presented itself as timely.

Just as a preface to this series, the consideration of our sacred anatomy, presented here in the form of a meditation on transcendent essences, is not a scholarly study of human anatomy and physiology — although those aspects are given due consideration for accuracy. It is rather a presentation of firsthand esoteric knowledge, as previously noted, and inspired visionary insight and revelation.

The book itself came to me to be written and published, a creative process that spanned a period of nine years.  The point of view of this sacred terrain, then, is that of the angel incarnate whose temple this body is, a temple for the presence and worship of the Living God on the physical plane of Being.  I ask you to read these words and ponder this meditation in your heart more than in your mind, with spiritual intelligence rather than mental. Spiritual essences are spiritually discerned and understood in the heart.

SEVEN SPIRITS AS “LAMPS OF FIRE”

The larger context of this chapter is a section of the book dedicated to the consideration of the seven endocrine glands and their spiritual significance and functions as centers for the Seven Spirits before the throne of God — as described by St. John in his Book of Revelation as “seven lamps of fire burning before the throne.” (Rev. 4:5)

These “Seven Spirits” were given names and characteristics by spiritual teacher and energy-healing pioneer Lloyd Arthur Meeker (Uranda, 1907-1954) — such as the Spirit of Love for the Pineal gland, the Spirit of the Womb or Truth for the Pituitary gland, the Spirit of Life for the Thyroid gland, the Spirit of Purification for the Thymus gland, the Spirit of Blessing for the Islet of Langerhans in the Pancreas, the Spirit of the Single Eye for the Adrenal glands, and the Spirit of the New Earth for the Gonads.  Uranda also framed these Spirits and endocrine glands in the context of a stairway of “Seven Steps to the Temple of Light.”  This same seven-level stairway may be seen in the light of the biblical “Jacob’s ladder” for the descent as well as ascent of angels between heaven and earth.

While I fully embrace Uranda’s terminology and spiritual teachings in this writing, from a vibrational standpoint these “Spirits” can be understood as the differentiations of the One Holy vibrational frequency of the Light of Love.  Just as a prism differentiate the sun’s white light into the rainbow spectrum of seven colors, so do the endocrine glands act as prisms and transformers of Love’s sacred Light.  As we shall see, the color frequency of the Spirit of the New Earth is red, an earth tone.  Red is the longest frequency wave in the rainbow spectrum.  The attitudinal qualities of this first vibrational level are that of patience and right expectance.

We’re speaking here of energy and various densities and textures of spiritual or vibrational substance, each focused energetic vortex playing a specific role in the body appropriate to its frequency.  It is with this in mind that I ventured forth twenty-five years ago to facilitate the writing and publication of SACRED ANATOMY*, an inspired creation.

These spirits, then, are focused sacred energic vibrations that are perceptible and known at a physical level in our human capacities, what are sometimes described as “body-mind-spirit continuums.” I envision a musical instrument with strings, perhaps a harp, for us angels to play heavenly music during our earthly sojourn. Each string or combination of strings could represent an organ or gland in the body, and seven of these strings could represent the seven endocrine glands and their corresponding “Spirits.”

The point I wish to make here is though we speak and write using finite words to describe infinite realities and essences, the Spirit of God is practical and manifests forms by means of a spiritual or vibrational medium. Uranda called this medium “pneumaplasm” (spirit substance).  Think in terms of frequency and the differentiation of the Tone that first gives rise to a “mist” in the Garden of Consciousness wherein the seeds of creation are sown conveying the design and control factors of living forms into the vast field of undifferentiated cosmic dust and sets in motion the entire Universe.  This same Tone plays the “Music of the Spheres” through our Body Temples, and beyond them in the Cathedral of the Natural World — the “Whole Holy World,” as Uranda honored it, consisting of both Heaven and Earth.  These energy centers are also described as “seals” in their function as hormonal glands that release potent chemistry for generative and functional processes in the body’s physiology, as well as for the transmutation process by which atoms composing flesh and bone may ascend to become the essences of spiritualized angelic flesh.  So, with all these things in mind, I present . . .

THE GONADS
Spirit of the New Earth

OUR EXPLORATIONAL MEDITATION brings us now to a consideration of the first vibratory seal in this sacred temple, the Gonads (from the Greek gone, meaning seed).  These delicate yet powerful pairs of glands are located in the pelvic region of the human anatomy. The female aspects, the ovaries, are within the pelvic girdle in front of the sacrum, the triangular bone connecting the two pelvis blades and forming the dorsal portion of the pelvis.  The male aspects, the testes, are suspended outside the pelvic region and contained in the sac of the scrotum.  As their name implies, these glands produce the “seeds” that spawn human life.  The ancients believed that life originated from this region of the physical anatomy, thus the origin of the word sacrum, which means sacred bone.  They were not too far off the mark, as we shall see, for what does originate here in this region of our anatomy is truly of a sacred nature.  But first let us look at the hormonal chemistry and physiology of these pro-generative glands.

The hormones produced by the Gonads play pivotal roles throughout the body temple.  Right at the start, their secretions determine the sexual characteristics of the embryo and then continue to influence the growth, maturation and development of the male and female forms.

For example, the first role testosterone plays, as mentioned earlier in our consideration of hormones as “crystal messengers of light,” is to split the brain into two lobes in both the female and the male embryo.  The quantity of testosterone produced in the developing fetus will determine how much brain tissue remains connected between the two hemispheres. The female brain has more corpus callosum tissue connecting the two hemispheres than the male brain has, giving women greater integration between right brain and left brain in their thinking processes.  It is thought that this greater complexity tends to bring in more of the artistic and aesthetic “feelings” surrounding issues being considered, as compared to the male thinking processes which tend to be more logical, cold and calculating.

As we considered earlier also, estrogen and progesterone, the two primary ovarian hormones, give the female form its graceful curves and softness, as well as its emotional climate and the expression of feminine nurturing energies.  These two hormones work synergistically to provide for a controlled growth of new tissue wherever it is needed, as in the development of the endometrial lining of the uterus in preparation for the fertilized ovum, and in the process of bone replacement where both play an essential role together in breaking out old, brittle bone (progesterone’s role) and replacing it with new bone tissue (estrogen’s role).  The dominant presence of estrogen without the controlling factors progesterone offers into the process of new growth will result in an unbridled proliferation of neoplasm in the developing fetus, as well as elsewhere in the body temple where such proliferation may develop into cancerous growth.

When the young adolescent reaches puberty, the hypothalamus initiates hormonal changes in both the female and the male by secreting a chemical called gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH. Elevations in GnRH sends a signal to the pituitary gland of the young girl to release two hormones called follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which initiates adult ovarian function. The girl becomes a childbearing woman.

Testosterone, the male partner to estrogen, gives the male form its strong, muscular characteristics and provides for the expression of the masculine achieving energy.  These hormones are produced in the body under the initiative and direction of the Pituitary Gland, where the Spirit of the Womb abides and oversees the Creative Process.  Both male and female hormones are to be found in men and women alike, with one more dominant than the other in each sex respectively, providing for the expression of the masculine and the feminine currents of energy through Man.  These highly charged energies work together as partners in co-creation with the Spirit of the New Earth.

Sacred Vessels

Closely associated with the Gonads are the organs of reproduction themselves: the uterus which provides a womb for the conception, gestation and development of the human embryo; the fallopian tubes that convey an ovum into the uterus each and every month; and the erectile structure of the glans clitoridis (clitoris) which activates the contractions during sexual orgasm, as well as the ascension of the “kundalini,” the yogi life force that lies coiled at the base of the sacrum and rises up to the pineal gland atop the spinal cord at the base of the brain and opens this sacred seal to enlightenment.

In the male the glans penis (penis), situated below and around the rim or head of the penis, serves this same dual purpose, triggering climatic waves that convey sperm from the testicles through the seminal vesicle—a highly convoluted duct called the “vas deferens”—and into the ejaculatory duct of the penis, passing through the prostate gland which secretes, as well as propels, an alkaline fluid containing the sperm through the penis and into the vagina during intercourse, where some of the sperm find their way through the cervix, the birthing portal of the womb, and into the uterus with intent to fertilize the ovum.   These organ/glands define at the physical level of procreation the giving and receiving aspects of the masculine and the feminine energies.

The vessels of our sexual organs are especially sacred in that they connect the seven endocrine glands of the female temple with those of the male during sexual intercourse.  They may be seen, perhaps, as the right and left hand of the Creator, joined together in holy union—the positively-charged masculine with the negatively-charged feminine energies—for the purpose of releasing a unified current of love into the world.  Ultimately, as we shall explore, they are instrumental in generating the alchemy by which physical flesh is transmuted into the spiritualized substance of pneumaplasm, the silvery medium by which ecstatic union with the Divine is known in the ultimate sacramental ritual of sacred sex.   All of these glands and organs are the domain of the Spirit of the New Earth.

Reading this anew, my heart is filled with the lyrics of a hymn written by Allen Dorfman, a fellow angel of sacred sound . . .

A DOOR IS OPENED

A door is opened in heaven, the beauty of life shines bright as the sun, and the glory of God is revealed in man.

A door is opened in heaven, for hearts and minds are turned toward the truth, as the honor of God is revealed in man.

Our voice resounds as a trumpet call, “Lift your eyes, rise up and see a holy place where all may blend in sacred harmony.”

A door is opened in heaven, let nations rejoice and sing out in praise, for the power of God is revealed in man.¹

. . . and words of the Prophet Isaiah: “But be ye glad and rejoice forever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem [the new state of consciousness] a rejoicing, and her people a joy.”  (Isaiah 65:18)

In my next post, I will continue to share excepts from this chapter on the Gonads and the Spirit of the New Earth. The topic will be the musical shaping of sacred space, the Kundalini fire of transmutation, and the ascent of the atomic molecules.  Until then,

Be love.  Be loved.

Seeking the Face of Jacob

       The Prince of Peace

“Whoever has come to know the world has found a corpse.
And whoever has found (this) corpse, of him the world is not worthy. . . .  If you do not abstain from the world, you will not find the kingdom.” —Jesus, The Gospel of Thomas

♦ ◊ ♦

The world is a corpse . . . so said the Master, the “Prince of Peace.”  Not the planet, just the world of man’s making.  Especially the world we’ve constructed of concrete, iron and plastic — of consumptive commercial enterprise, political polarization and division; of poverty, greed and avarice; of mass starvation and hysteria; of war and genocide.  That world is dead and is only sustained by the life-energy men and women pour into it, draining away their own life substance, their God-given birthright.

War is such a waste of life energy and natural resources.  Those who declare and conduct wars lose their lives just as surely as those who die on the battlefields.  And those who seek to profit from manipulating the masses and selling them false security are foolishly and deceivingly selling dishonest goods.  The lie of the serpent has always been a futile endeavor to be honest with dishonest good.  One cannot give what one doesn’t have oneself.  One cannot sell peace to a world at war with itself who does not own peace oneself.  Nor can one revive a corpse who has not the power to infuse flesh with life.  Best to put one’s efforts toward bringing forth a new world.  (The 1982 film Koyaanisqatsi . . . Life Out of Balance and needing a new beginning . . . comes to mind.)  A world out of balance is destined to topple.

LIFE IS A GIFT AND A MIRACLE

I resonate with the sayings in the Gospel of Thomas. This saying by Jesus is powerfully resonating in my heart and mind as I approach writing this post:

“If the flesh came into being because of the spirit, it is a wonder.  But if the spirit (came into being) because of the body, it is a wonder of wonders. Yet I marvel at how this great wealth has taken up residence in this poverty.”

I marvel at how wonderous and mysterious is my own sustained incarnation after eighty-two years, and how this flesh body still pulsates with the breath of life.  I marvel at how my mind arises from my body to meet and share the Consciousness of God descending from Heaven above, a gift that connects me with my Creator making my personal world one, as heaven and earth are one.  This saying of Jesus brings sadness and hope into my heart:

“I stood in the middle of the world, and in flesh I appeared to them. I found all of them drunk. None of them did I find thirsty.  And my soul ached for the children of humanity, because they are blind in their heart, and they cannot see; for they came into the world empty, (and) they also seek to depart from the world empty.  But now they are drunk. (But) when they shake off their wine, then they will change their mind.”

Will we change our minds and our hearts? My hope is likely in vain. That was some twenty-two hundred years ago; not very long when one considers the length of a human lifespan — in terms of generations, perhaps as little as sixty-five or seventy. How much do you think the world has changed in such a short period of time?  Do you think the Master’s words still apply to this generation?  He is on record as having said “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words will not pass away.” I believe the man-made world is just as dead today as it was then.  That said, still . . .

“The Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein.  For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.”

The “ordinances” for the earth and its fullness are established upon the sea of Divine Consciousness, the Heaven for the unfolding of Earth’s journey through the Cosmos. Our part is to set them in the earth, to materialize creation. The true creator stays with his creation throughout the cycles of its existence, and according to astronomical predictions, this planet has several more billion years ahead of it . . . but not necessarily as it now is or has been.  Change is definitely afoot for the earth and for earthlings.

I’m preaching to the choir here, of course, just sharing the thoughts and meditations of my heart that started flowing in upon seeking, asking and knocking on the door of Heaven.  The rest of Psalm 24 wants to be shared here as well, perhaps as the focus for this post.

Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

Who was Jacob that his face would be sought by this generation?  He was, of course, the Father of the Nation of Israel, having received the blessing of Abraham, the father of his father Isaac, from whom he stole his brother Esau’s birthright and their father’s blessing. (The commentary and open forum the link above will take you to is insightful and worthy of your time.) The overarching answer to that question, of course, lies in the Akashic records of the several incarnations of the LORD of lords, who  was incarnate in the man Jesus — and that information lies in the realm of knowledge of a much higher order — which is not unavailable to us today.  According to the words of this psalm, the Lord was incarnate in Jacob as well.

We are in the Day of the “Second Coming” of the Christ , who was incarnate in a number of great beings of renown whose timely and appointed appearances are all part of the restoration of Man to his original state of oneness with the Creator.  The significance of Jacob’s “face” lies in the manner in which Jacob “wrestled with God” and therein proved his worthiness and stature of spirit to bring forth a nation¹ . . . and thereby initiate a cycle of restoration of Man to his rightful state of co-creator with God.  The story in the last chapters of Genesis — along with the dramatic episode of their wandering in the desert for forty-years as told in Exodus — are remarkable stories telling of the hardships the Nation of Israel suffered as the LORD God purified and chastened his children and proved them in the fire of love and truth.  From out of all they went through emerged the opportunity for life to be restored to the body of Man, the Body of God on Earth.  That restoration failed with Israel, and failed again with the re-initiation by the Lord of Love himself.

This generation once again seeks the face of Jacob through whom the first opportunity of Man’s restoration was initiated . . . only that face today is the face of the Prince of Peace.  For it is peace the peoples of planet Earth now seek and for which we all yearn.  We will bring peace to the world when we look into the face of one another and see the face of God . . . and love what we see . . . what the pure of heart see.  In a sense, we have to wrestle with our traditional concept of who and what God is, just as Abraham wrestled with the angel of God over the tradition which required the sacrifice of his firstborn, Isaac, to Jehovah.  With that denial of tradition, Abraham brought to a close the era of human sacrifice.  Today we sacrifice human lives in the marketplace of Wall Street and in the battlefields of warring nations.  To find peace we need to wrestle with and overcome our own addiction to war and to that which we seek to gain by waging war . . . war of any and all kinds.

(The painting of the face of Jesus at the top, “The Prince of Peace,” was done by Akiane Kramarik at the age of 8. According to her story, she felt asked and compelled from within her spirt to paint it.  If you click on her name you can listen to her amazing story. She also painted this one.)

I’ve come to love this One, Jesus (aka Jeshua), in whom the Christ incarnated to bring love into the world and thereby initiate the final cycle of redemption and restoration of Man to his true state of oneness with His Heavenly Father, a oneness which he proclaimed for himself and exemplified to his disciples and to the world during his life and brief public ministry.  I’ve come to know him as my Self, as the One I Am, for I am, and you are, as much a son or a daughter of the Father as He is.  We are in the days of his “Second Coming,” this time through the hearts of human beings — and as the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of the heaven of consciousness. These final words of Psalm 24 describe what we all must do to welcome His coming and complete the cycle of restoration that He initiated two-thousand year ago.

Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

¹    “Jacob wrestles with God before going to meet his brother. What do we make of it? Obviously God could beat Jacob in a wrestling match so it seems that it may be that Jacob was having doubts or that God needed to test him. The NJBC says, “Jacob is truly a man of blessing, but this time he wrestles for it and receives it from God (in contrast to his cheating Esau in order to receive Isaac’s blessing.” Jacob has just prayed to God and laid his thoughts bare. Now he has wrestled with him and won. Now Jacob is ready to become the father of Israel. As Orual asked in C.S. Lewis’s masterpiece, Till we have faces, “How can the gods meet us face to face till we have faces?” Also, “I saw well why the gods do not speak to us openly, nor let us answer. Till that word can be dug out of us, why should they hear the babble that we think we mean? How can they meet us face to face till we have faces?’” Jacob now has a face and is ready to become the father of a great nation. First he must make things right with his own brother. Jacob may have been struck by earnest doubts in the face of possible bloodshed and death but this meeting was too important for covenantal history. God had to intervene.” (The BioLogos Forum)

“Choice” Was Never About Abortion

“Man does not engage the Natural Laws of Life without consequence.”

I’m going to weigh in on the Roe vs Wade controversy, mainly because “Choice” was never about abortion but about women’s freedom to choose in matters pertaining to their health care and their physical body, which includes access to Family Planning services, and abortion if deemed necessary. This right is being taken away from them in our Nation of the “Free and the Brave” causing quite an uproar, and rightly so.

Looking at the current crises created by five Conservative Supreme Court Judges (whose votes to reverse Roe vs Wade are yet to be certified as final), through the freedom of choice lens, there is a pending threat to women’s right to privacy in matters of their procreative functions and futures.  Pregnancy is a personal and private matter which the government has no business policing—and that’s what this Supreme Court and state lawmakers are bent on doing.

SEEING THROUGH VARIOUS LENSES

There are several and varying lenses through which one can choose to see this issue besides the partisan political lens, each one soliciting a different emotional and judgmental response.  I will consider a few of these lenses . . . and suggest another myself. No matter through what lens one views abortion, by and large the procedure is done to save a life. In this view, abortion is a pro-life choice in likely the majority of cases.

1. There’s the lens of constitutionality. Freedom of choice is guaranteed to the citizens of America by the Constitution Bill of Rights. Through this lens one sees the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe vs Wade an infringement upon a woman’s right to privacy and autonomy in making decisions about the reproductive functions of her own body.

2. The lens of Planned Parenthood. Through this lens a woman sees the services offered by mislabeled “abortion clinics” as offering safe and healthy services, that include the guidance of a physician and help in planning the size of her family based on various personal factors, including a mutual decision-making process between a couple.

3. The lens of abortion as a criminal act of violence against a “unborn child” and therefore a murderous act punishable by law.  The state of Louisiana is trying to pass a bill that makes abortion punishable by death.  I will develop this further.

4. The lens of religious morality through which abortion is seen as a sinful act punishable by a righteous God who calls for “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth”—basically the death penalty, if not here than hereafter.

5. The lens of child pregnancy due to rape or incest which puts both mother and child at risk. Abortion of the fetus is the only way forward that makes any sense whatsoever on all counts.  I include here adult pregnancy due to rape, in which case abortion of the fetus is desirable and necessary for obvious reasons.

6. The lens of viability of the fetus and its development to the stage where it is considered capable of living outside the womb.  Through this lens one may rightly question whether or not a “person” is present with the embryo or not. This is the lens I would like to consider.

7. Finally—though not less relevant—there’s the lens of the personal responsibility of men without whom pregnancy cannot occur . . . and who, by and large, leave the woman to manage her pregnancy and to raise their offspring. The ultimate cause of conception, as we know, is the impregnation of the ovum by the male sperm, whether through consensual or forced sex, or by invitro fertilization.  Once the ovum is impregnated by the sperm, the Natural Laws of Life are engaged, and there will be consequences for which both partners are responsible to steward together.  A friend posted this on Facebook recently:

Mark Hollis: Pregnancy is a matter of personal responsibility. We all know what causes pregnancy. This decision by the US Supreme Court is all about denying the personal responsibility of men for their own actions. I will say this to men who want to deny personal responsibility: For at least 18 years, any woman can sue a man for 1/4 of his salary to raise any child he may have decided he has no responsibility for.  We all know how pregnancies occur.

WHEN ABORTION MAY BE CONSIDERED MURDER

It is a medical fact that an embryo becomes a fetus eight weeks after conception and is fully formed with all its limbs and organs, though not fully developed, by the end of the first trimester of pregnancy.  This is when I believe a fetus becomes a human being.  I rest my belief simply on the basis that a being does not incarnate in a human body until its “house of being” is complete, fully functional, and ready for occupancy—in much the same way that you would not move into your house being built or repaired until the work is complete and your house ready for you to move into it.

I’ve heard a few women comment that they felt an energetic wave like a presence enter their field and abdomen at about the end of their first trimester of pregnancy.  The point I wish to consider here is that, up until the point of completion of embryonic development, there is no “person” present in the fetus.  What is present is a mass of protoplasm being organized by Life into a human body.  From a technical standpoint, an abortion of a human fetus before the end of the first trimester is not the killing of a baby and therefore should not be considered a criminal act.  It isn’t murder.  It is certainly the destruction of a living organism—which deserves to be carried out in a ceremonial atmosphere of dignity and thankfulness, as well as due respect for and honoring of the sacredness of life—but it is not the killing of a person.  Someone may take me to task on this perspective, but I cannot see it any other way.

ABORTION IN AN OVERPOPULATED WORLD

When I look at abortion through the lens of an overpopulated world, I run into a conflicted human consciousness.  While we want to have children, we are facing global famine due to overpopulation and ecological collapse.  So, abortion, which really no one “wants,” can be viewed as contributing to the solution of this problem, as can birth control in any and all forms, which the Catholic Church frowns upon.  Beyond the issue of “freedom of choice,” we are facing much more pressing and dire choices.  Here we have two problematic events running parallel to one another with one event unintentionally slowing down the progress of the other.  There’s a dilemma we don’t seem to know how to face, much less solve.  We want and enjoy sex—and we do need to keep propagating our species—while bringing children into this chaotic and toxic dying world seems selfish and unkind, to say the least.  On the other hand, while the unfortunate and “necessary evil” of abortion does somewhat stem the tide of the population explosion, the majority of both sexes in the US want free access to it.

This recent “pandemic” may be seen through the same lens, along with the rise in terminal illnesses like cancer and heart disease, as contributing to population reduction. While we don’t want the pandemic hanging around, we were glad to have clean air without smog in our big cities during lockdown. If there’s anything Life seeks to maintain at all cost, it’s balance and homeostasis.  This planet can support just so many consumers, especially the voracious consumers we’ve become as a species.

According to the World Health Organization, there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions every year. This corresponds, sadly, to approximately 125,000 abortions per day.  It saddens my heart to see these numbers. Yet, in spite of the apparent ongoing escalation in abortions, global human population growth amounts to around 83 million annually, or 1.1% per year.  We are a runaway, greedy species that wants what we want at any cost . . . and at the expense of the rest of the species and occupants of this tiny planet.  It’s appalling to say the least.

WHEN ABORTION IS PRO-LIFE

I will close with this passionate plea posted on Facebook this past week by Paula Backus under the caption **Trigger Warning**: (A “trigger law” is a law banning abortion that lies dormant in many states and is automatically activated if and when the Supreme Court overturns Roe vs Wade.)

I’m not pro-murdering babies.-

I’m pro-Becky who found out at her 20-week anatomy scan that the infant she had been so excited to bring into this world had developed without life-sustaining organs.-

I’m pro-Susan who was sexually assaulted on her way home from work, only to come to the horrific realization that her assailant planted his seed in her when she got a positive pregnancy test result a month later.-

I’m pro-Leah who found herself in a toxic, emotionally abusive relationship that would in no way support the health, happiness, and vitality of life of the unborn child.-

I’m pro-Theresa who hemorrhaged due to a placental abruption, causing her parents, spouse, and children to have to make the impossible decision on whether to save her or her unborn child.-

I’m pro-little Cathy who had her innocence ripped away from her by someone she should have been able to trust and her 11-year-old body isn’t mature enough to bear the consequence of that betrayal.-

I’m pro-Melissa who’s working two jobs just to make ends meet and has to choose between bringing another child into poverty or feeding the children she already has because her spouse walked out on her.-

I’m pro-Brittany who realizes that she is in no way financially, emotionally, or physically able to raise a child.-

I’m pro-Emily who went through IVF, ending up with SIX viable implanted eggs requiring selective reduction to ensure the safety of her and a SAFE number of fetuses.-

I’m pro-Jessica who is FINALLY getting the strength to get away from her physically abusive spouse only to find out that she is carrying the monster’s child.-

I’m pro-Vanessa who went into her confirmation appointment after YEARS of trying to conceive only to hear silence where there should be a heartbeat.-

I’m pro-Lindsay who lost her virginity in her sophomore year with a broken condom and now has to choose whether to be a teenage mom or just a teenager.-

I’m pro-Courtney who just found out she’s already 13 weeks along, but the egg never made it out of her fallopian tube so either she terminates the pregnancy or risks dying from internal bleeding.

You can argue and say that I’m pro-choice all you want, but the truth is:  I’m pro-life. Their lives. Women’s lives.

You don’t get to pick and choose which scenarios should be accepted. It’s not about which stories you don’t agree with. It’s about fighting for the women in the stories and the CHOICE that is theirs to make.

Women’s rights are meant to protect ALL women, regardless of their situation!

Overturning Roe does not stop abortions, it stops SAFE abortions!

FROM THE ANGEL’S POINT OF VIEW

I offer yet another lens to look through. The abortion of a human fetus, whether induced or natural, as in miscarriage and stillbirth, has repercussions beyond this physical plane of being.  After all, the creation of a human body is the creation of a living temple intended for the incarnation of an angel, a divine being. In this sense, pregnancy is a sacred event that calls for respect and reverence as well as joy. The creation of a child in the womb of a woman is a miracle and an awesome privilege for all women.

This being the weekend of Mother’s Day, it is only fitting that I close with at least an honorable mention, and certainly a word of gratitude for and celebration of Motherhood.  I can only imagine the vibrational dynamic at play in the Realms of Light when a baby is being created in the womb of a woman.  I would imagine that an angel is given an assignment and opportunity to incarnate on Earth and bring the light of love to this baby’s parents and to this world.  Babies are all about love.  No doubt there’s great anticipation and joy in the angel’s heart as he or she considers the privilege of going down into the physical plane of being and walking upon the earth and breathing the life-giving air.  Then suddenly, with or without warning, the pregnancy is terminated or the baby dies in childbirth, and the opportunity for incarnating is taken away.  Without being overly sentimental, I ponder at this level of consciousness when I listen to all this uproar over abortion and the problems over procreation human beings have created for themselves.  Abortion isn’t a solution to any problem.  It is a problem . . . and we are not handling it very selflessly or responsibly.  It’s not up to the Supreme Court nor the government to decide this issue.  It’s up to us, the people and responsible citizens of planet Earth.

My offering is that we take a broader view and give consideration to the spiritual aspects and implications of pregnancy and abortion as much if not more than the physical and personal implications, certainly more than the legal implications. This crisis is offering us an opportunity to rise above our human selves and transform our consciousness to see from a higher level with the viewpoint of the angels we are incarnate on a beautiful planet.  That’s all.

As always, I welcome any thoughts my readers have and may wish to share.  Until my next post,

Be love.  Be loved.

The Incarnation of God, 3: Unveiling Love, the Gift of You

Love is at the Heart of Creation

Time held me green and dying, though I sang in my chains like the sea.  —Dylan Thomas

I GREET YOU ON THIS CHRISTMAS MORNING in the Spirit of the Christ, whose birth we celebrate today. Let peace reign in your heart today and throughout the New Year.

Cynthia Bourgeault takes this chapter of her book, THE WISDOM JESUS, home to an unveiling of love.  Recapping the previous two paragraphs for continuity of thought, here is the final installment of this series on the incarnation of Jesus.

♦ ◊ ♦

LET ME BE VERY CLEAR HERE. I am not saying that suffering exists in order for God to reveal himself. I am only saying that where suffering exists and is consciously accepted, there divine love shines forth brightly. Unfortunately, linear cause-and-effect has progressively less meaning as we approach the deep mysteries (which originate beyond time and thus have no real use for it). But the principle can be tested. Pay attention to the quality of human character that emerges from constriction accepted with conscious forgiveness as compared to what emerges from rage and violence and draw your own conclusions.

At any rate, I have often suspected that the most profound product of this world is tears. I don’t mean that to be morbid. Rather, I mean that tears express that vulnerability in which we can endure having our heart broken and go right on loving. In the tears flows a sweetness not of our own making, which has been known in our tradition as the Divine Mercy. Our jagged and hard-edged earth plane is the realm in which this mercy is the most deeply, excruciatingly, and beautifully released. That’s our business down here. That’s what we’re here for. ♦ (Emphasis added)

Unveiling Love

IF MY HUNCH IS CORRECT, you can see how it significantly rearranges the playing field. Our earthly existence, then, is not about good behavior in preparation for a final judgment. It’s not a finishing school in which we “learn what we need to learn,” nor a sweatshop in which we work off our karmic debt. Right here and now we are in the process of speaking into being the revelation of God’s most hidden and intimate name. That’s a difficult assignment, particularly when “success” and “failure” mostly wind up being the complete opposites of what we would normally expect in life. But the most productive orientation for our time here is not to focus on how quickly we can get back to our spiritual homeland, but to give ourselves fully to the divine intimacy being ventured right here and now. We might reassure ourselves that in some conscious (or deeply trans-conscious) way, we have chosen to bear our part in what mystical tradition calls “the suffering of God”: the costliness that is always involved in the full manifestation of divine love. We’re doing it here and now, through the marrow of our own human lives, consciously lived. And these space-time conditions, as fragile and as frustrating as they are, are precisely the conditions which allow it to happen. As the poet Dylan Thomas expresses it in the beautiful lines with which this chapter began, “Time held me green and dying, though I sang in my chains like the sea.” It is the reality of the chains that creates the beauty of the song.

Mediator as Bridge

From a God’s-eye view of creation, the real operational challenge is not sin and evil; it is posed by the vastly unequal energetic frequencies between the realms. How can the sun touch a snowflake? How can the divine radiance meet and interpenetrate created life without incinerating it? This is the ultimate metaphysical koan—to which Christianity proposes as its solution the mystery of the incarnation.

This realization, in turn, opens up a whole new line of insight into John’s statement, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son.” The Son, in this wider metaphysical context, is no longer the one who bails us out or who rescues us from our fallen state but the one who becomes our bridge between the realms. Recognizing the enormous difficulty of our mission, Jesus comes to accompany us on it, advocating for our human finitude in a way that respects its integrity but doesn’t allow us to get trapped in it. As in the traditional theological understanding (but with a very different flavor), he becomes our mediator. Standing at the confluence of two vastly different orders of being, he offers his own life as the sanctuary between them.

“Become All Flame”

As we have seen already, these great metaphysical paradoxes lend themselves more easily to poetry and metaphor than to the theological scalpel. One of the classic images Christian mystics have used to portray this cosmic mediation is actually very ancient, from the Old Testament. In the book of Exodus (3:1-6) the story is told of how Moses, while tending his father-in-law’s flock of sheep in the Midianite wilderness, suddenly comes upon a bush fully engulfed in flame and yet miraculously intact. The miracle is quickly revealed as an angel of God speaking through the flame. But for the Christian desert hermits later inhabiting that same wilderness, the burning bush became a symbol of Jesus himself: all flame, yet perfectly intact within his finite container. And there were those among that desert fellowship who yearned for that same incandescent ground. In one of the most famous of the desert parables:

Abba Lot went to Abba Joseph and said to him, “Abba, as far as I can I say my little office, I fast a little, I pray and meditate, I live in peace, and as far as I can, I purify my thoughts. What else can I do?” Then the old man stood up and stretched his hands towards heaven. His fingers became like ten lamps of fire and he said to him, “If you will, you can become all flame.

Would it be possible for us, too, to “become all flame”? Could our own lives become such a perfect fusion of infinite love and finite form that light would pour from our being as an actual physical radiance? I have indeed seen this light in more than a few realized masters toward the end of their earthly journeys; it is the fully revealed mystery of human life lived as a conscious sacrament. How we get there is the secret Jesus will unfold for us through the course of his own consciously sacramental life. But our first step in joining him on this journey is to recognize that his incarnation is not about fall, guilt, or blame, but about goodness, solidarity, and our own intimate participation in the mystery of love at the heart of all creation.

Life is sacred wherever it is expressed in Nature.  A life lived with love is truly a sacrament.  I love Cynthia’s passionate presentation of the incarnation and life of Jesus.  Speaking of passion,  I was listening to Bishop Michael Curry on NBC’s Today Show this Christmas Eve morning give his Christmas message, which is all about giving the gift of YOU to all those you meet in your daily activities by greeting them with a smile and a kind word or two to make a connection with them for sharing love.  He exemplifies this in his own robust ways.  We each have a gift to give of our Self, which is a gift from Heaven from whence we came into this world.  The gifts of Spirit are always coming down from God out of Heaven.  We need only be still enough and prepared in our hearts to receive and deliver them.  My friend in South Korea, Jae Hyoung Lee, shared this timely message on his Facebook page today:

How careful are you that the atmosphere in you, that your state inside yourself, is of such a nature that the delicate things of God will not be destroyed? Such things will be destroyed by self-indulgence in such things as resentment, fear, hate, jealousy. All such attitudes produce a coarse atmosphere within a person, where the delicate plant cannot grow, where the delicate plant in fact will be destroyed. The way the world now is the atmosphere is so coarse that the things of God cannot exist here. They must first be placed in a womb, and the womb is provided by human beings, who were created for this purpose. We are the human beings through whom this development needs to take place, and we are responsible for maintaining security.  —-Martin Cecil

There a beautiful hymn we used to sing in choir that speaks of the womb of the Earth for beauty to be born and our crowning role as emissaries of beauty and light.  I’ll leave it with you to hold in your heart during this Christmas Season and throughout the coming year.

Our God did make the earth a place of beauty, love and light, Where skies and seas and all of life reveal Him with delight. For God did make the earth a womb where beauty might be born.

The flowers drink the rain and sun above the good brown earth, And do not seem to have to try to fill their life with worth. For God did make the earth a womb where beauty might be born.

And man He made with crowning care to share His majesty, To let His gifts of life appear, His glory ever be. For God did make the earth a womb where beauty might be born.

May your Christmas be a joyful celebration of the gift you are and the gifts of friends and family.  Feel free to share my Christmas message with friends and loved ones.  See you next year!

Merry Christmas . . . and Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends and neighbors!

The Incarnation of God, 2: Many Mansions

“The crucifixion wasn’t really the hard thing for Jesus; the hard thing was incarnation.”

THE PASSAGE ABOVE, attributed to the mystic Bernadette Roberts, sets the tone for this second in a series of three posts on the theme of the incarnation of Jesus, the son of God.  I continue from where my previous post left off sharing from Cynthia Bourgeault’s  beautiful and provocative book, THE WISDOM JESUS, Transforming Heart and Mind—A New Perspective on Christ and His Message.  We came into Being in Heaven before coming into Human form on Earth, and our journeys here were anything but pleasant.  We fell into this illusive world “from a lighter gravitational field to a heavier one.” With this post I celebrate the Winter Solstice and the beginning of yet another solar cycle initiated by the increase of Light.  Enjoy.

“Many Dwelling Places”

We Christians still inhabit a rather small universe, metaphysically speaking. We know that we live here on earth, and some of us may believe that above it is a place called heaven, counterbalanced by a place down below called hell. At very best it’s a three-tiered universe. But the ancient wisdom traditions (now strongly reinforced, incidentally, by findings emerging from modern physics and cosmology) universally suggest that we need to throw this three-story world out; it is far too cramped to contain the vastness of divine consciousness. There are many realms, wisdom teaches: not just earth, heaven, and hell, but countless densities or dimensions of existence, all of which exist to manifest or mirror an aspect of the divine fullness. Jesus himself states this very clearly to the disciples in his farewell discourses in the Gospel of John, when he says, “In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places” (John 14:2). He does not mean physical places but rather states of consciousness or dimensions of divine energy (as we saw in chapter 3 with Jim Marion’s recognition that the “Kingdom of Heaven” was Jesus’s way of referring to nondual consciousness). The tradition of sophia perennis (perennial wisdom) pictures this vastness as a “great chain of being” or “ray of creation.” which begins in a pure, high-intensity, invisible, subtle consciousness and “descends,” thickening as it does so, into this world we inhabit: the realm of sharp edges and tables and chairs and human beings crashing and banging against each other in a finite and terribly solid world.

The contemporary Christian hermeticist Valentin Tomberg envisions this ray as a vast energetic cascade, beginning in divine consciousness itself and ending up in our familiar empirical universe. In Meditations on the Tarot he writes:

“Modern science has come to understand that matter is only condensed energy. Sooner or later science will also discover that what it calls energy is only condensed psychic force, which discovery will lead in the end to the establishment of the fact that all psychic force is the condensation, purely and simply, of consciousness; i.e., spirit.”

Like a mountain whose base is solidly on the earth but whose summit is hidden in the clouds, this insight leads us step by step up the ray of creation. Modern physics certainly would have no difficulty with the assertion that matter is only condensed energy; this is officially the Second Law of Thermodynamics. But what about this next realm, “psychic force”? Here the paths divide. This second form of energy is well known to spiritual seekers, but largely invisible to hardcore science; it is the energy flowing through prayer, attention, intention, and will: those more subtle exchanges which science has so far declined to measure but which we know have the power to create demonstrable effects in the physical realm.”

Beyond psychic force, yet another energetic realm awaits us, claims Tomberg, for psychic force is itself only the “condensation” (that is, the densification or coarser expression) of a substance incomparably more intense and subtle: pure spirit, pristine consciousness itself, unmediated by any form of expression. This primordial quality is known by many names in the tradition-“I AM” in Judeo-Christian tradition, wujud (“reality”) in mystical Islam, rigpa (“pristine awareness”) in Tibetan Buddhism. The names vary, but the understanding remains the same. Virtually unanimously, the ancient wisdom roadmaps picture the cosmos as a vast light stream, radiating out from the ineffable Godhead through the realm of primordial intention (known in Christianity as the logos), into archetypal form and energies, and finally into human, earthly becoming. Our life here in this physical cosmos is merely the endpoint of a long journey of what you might call “divine redshift”— that is, the condensation or cooling down of the intense energy of pure spirit in order to make physical manifestation possible.

Down Here on the Edge

So here we find ourselves on this plane of existence, at or near the bottom of the great chain of being. What are we to make of our position? What are we doing “down” here in a world that seems so dense and sluggish, so coarse and fragile and finite? Even in our dreams we move faster than the speed of light, and our mystics and visionaries are perpetually reminding us that in our heart of hearts we remember and yearn for a state of greater spaciousness and fluidity.

It’s curious, when you come to think about it, how virtually all the world’s spiritual traditions see this earthly realm as somehow deficient. Depending on the tradition, our world is either an illusion or a mistake, but in either case we “fall” into it, from a lighter gravitational field to a heavier one. We have seen how the Judeo-Christian tradition upholds this understanding in its primordial myth of the fall of Adam and Eve. Other traditions (primarily the Eastern ones) see this world as a mirage, an illusion to be dispelled. Still other traditions, such as mystical Islam, carry a profound sense of exile and a “nostalgia for the infinite.” Here is not home.

Is there another way of looking at this? I believe there is, and I think that it is actually at the heart of what is intended by that beautiful mantra, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son.” But it is so spiritually counterintuitive that it remains almost entirely unspoken — at least I myself have never heard it spoken or written about in any of the traditions. To the extent that what I am seeing here is correct, Christian wisdom steps out into unknown territory, leaving even sophia perennis behind.

Here is my take: Yes, this is a very heavy, frustrating, difficult density that we come into by taking birth in the human realm. Because of the binary, finite nature of both the physical world itself and the egoic operating system we use to navigate it, it seems as though we’re always bumping into sharp edges. Life presents us with a series of seemingly irrevocable choices: to do one thing means that we have to give up something else; to marry one person means we can’t marry another; and to join a monastery means we can’t marry at all. Our confused agendas clash both inwardly and outwardly, and we cause each other pain. Our bodies age; we diminish physically; loved ones fall out of our lives. And the force of gravity is tenacious, nailing our feet to the ground and usually our souls as well.  I remember my granddaughter, now five, who from the very moment she arrived on this planet experienced an intense frustration bordering on fury at her inability to move. “What the hell?” she seemed to be saying as she flailed her little arms and legs and tried even at four months old to wriggle herself across the room. I have never seen a child who
felt the constriction of this planet as much as she did.

Yes, we come into constriction, but is that the same as punishment! I believe not. I believe rather that this constriction is a sacrament and we have been offered a divine invitation to participate in it.

Remember our discussion of sacrament at the beginning of this chapter! A sacrament reveals a mystery in a particularly intense way while at the same time offering the means for its actualization. And in this sphere of human life, the sacrament is finitude and the mystery is “I was a hidden treasure and I loved to be known….”

Notice that there is a subtle double meaning at work in this phrase. At one level “I loved to be known” is a synonym for “I longed to be known” (and the phrase is often translated that way). But you can read the words in another way: “I loved in order to be known”– and when you do, they reveal a deeper spiritual truth.  In order to become known to another, we must take the risk of loving that person, and this includes the real possibility of rejection and the even more painful prospect of heart break if the beloved is lost to us. It is difficult to risk love in a world so fragile and contingent. And yet, the greater the gamble of self-disclosure, the more powerful the intimacy and the more profound the quality of devotion revealed.

Could it be like this for God as well?

Could it be that this earthly realm, not in spite of but because of its very density and jagged edges, offers precisely the conditions for the expression of certain aspects of divine love that could become real in no other way? This world does indeed show forth what love is like in a particularly intense and costly way. But when we look at this process more deeply, we can see that those sharp edges we experience as constriction at the same time call forth some of the most exquisite dimensions of love, which require the condition of finitude in order to make sense — qualities such as steadfastness, tenderness, commitment, forbearance, fidelity, and forgiveness. These mature and subtle flavors of love have no real context in a realm where there are no edges and boundaries, where all just flows. But when you run up against the hard edge and have to stand true to love anyway, what emerges is a most precious taste of pure divine love. God has spoken his most intimate name.

I love Cynthia’s passion and I’m finding her insights enlightening relative to the evolution and transformation taking place in Christian thinking and in the collective consciousness as a whole, probably because I still have a place of compassionate caring in my heart for my Catholic roots.  Not that I’m setting out on a mission to save the Catholic Church.  It’s the betrayed and misled that I care about, and who I have in mind and heart sharing Cynthia’s writings.  Please feel free to wisely share these blog posts with friends and family.  We will find out where the author is taking this consideration in the final series installment, which I will post on Christmas day.  Until then, Happy Solstice.

The Crown Portal to The Temple of Light

OVER THE LAST SEVERAL DAYS I’ve been dipping down into the bottomless pit of knowledge to explore the current activities in the world of medicine. Having spent more than half of my life in the healthcare field, I have a lingering sense of responsibility to help out friends who now look to me for guidance in these troubling pandemic times.  I assure you, the pit of knowledge is truly bottomless, filled with all sorts of conflicting opinions and tons of data one could spend hours and more studying and breaking down for easy assimilation and comprehension, a rather exhausting and futile undertaking . . . most of the time . . . and not always fruitless.

I waded through filthy waters full of deceit, lies, conspiracy, manipulation, censure, hype of all sorts, and sheer greed and avarice—though some of the water was clearer containing helpful information, insight and wisdom.

As I sit down to complete this week’s blog post, I feel a little used up mentally having just labored through several scientific interviews and medical news releases, and emerged from conversational interchanges on social media that deteriorated into argument and ridicule.  I had to delete the entire conversation in order to cut short the unravelling thread.  People are confused and fearful for their health and lives.

Yet this is the world into which we have chosen to incarnate and offer our services, a world mixed with the beautiful along with the ugly.  I embrace it all with love, forgiveness and compassion even as I put it out of mind now and return my attention to the place where I live and to which my soul longs to fully ascend.  Thank you for listening to my process. Now to my post.

◊ ♦ ◊

IN MY LAST POST, THE GREAT TREE, I shared a passage from the gospel of Mary Magdalene, or Miryam as her Master Jeshua called her.  She was his Beloved Companion, after all, and he loved her more than he loved any of his other disciples, for which they resented and envied her, and questioned him.  His answer was “Why can I love her more than I love you?”  It was because she returned his unconditional love sevenfold, understood and kept his teachings more than they did.  I think we all tend to love most those who understand us and love us unconditionally.

Because of her love for Jeshua, Miryam ascended to the level of “Apostle of apostles” and the “One who knew the All.”  Her soul ascended to the Crown at the Eighth Bough of the Great Tree and was utterly consumed by Spirit, represented and embodied by a woman clothed with the sun who dwells in this realm of eternal life. Miryam became the sun, and in her “responsive radiance” spent the remainder of her earthly journey in silence, because it was in the silence that her Master had spoken to her and revealed the truths inherent in the Great Tree. What a profound experience and sharing of her intimate relationship with Jeshua, her beloved Lord and Master.

THE TEMPLE OF LIGHT

I am profoundly and deeply moved, because I am very much aware of this Great Tree in my own body temple, and the presence of Spirit at the Crown, which Uranda described and designated “The Temple of Light,” and to which he assigned seven steps of ascent.

Now, I’ve always thought of the seventh step, Love, as the destination of the ascent.  However, Love is a step, the final step, leading to the Temple of Light, the implication being that the destination of the seven steps is the eighth landing, so-to-speak, above the seventh step. From this step one may ascend, as Miryam did, to the “Eighth Bough,” and in so doing enter the Temple of Light.  When one does enter his or her Temple of Light, one is filled with the radiance of the Spirit, consumed by the Sun and embraced by the Woman clothed by the Sun: the Great Mother. So much profound symbolism in these passages.

I would like to share a grand perspective of our total Humanity and whole holy Being, followed by something very personal about my experience of Attunement with Love, a gift from God given to the world through Uranda.  I first spoke of this in my book SACRED ANATOMY sixteen years ago, so this isn’t the first time I share it.

◊  ♦ ◊

From SACRED ANATOMY:

I mentioned life’s radiance as emanating from a point “within.”  We commonly think of our spirit as being within us, implying that I am inside my body.  But my experience has actually been that my body is inside me, in much the same way as the Earth, a relatively small deposit of cosmic rock with a molten core, is situated at the center of a vast magnetosphere.  This magnetosphere is known to flare outward and away from the Sun, like giant wings upon which our planet soars against the powerful and unrelenting currents of Solar Wind, eternally and irresistibly drawn toward its origin in the Sun but never quite able to come any closer to it.  Rather, the Sun comes to the Earth and to all the planets, engulfing them in its radiant light and solar winds.  In fact, if we take into consideration the entire outreach of the Sun’s rays, the planets are all contained within the Sun completely engulfed in its colossal magnetic force field as condensed particles of solar plasma.

(Earth is surrounded by a system of magnetic fields, called the magnetosphere. The magnetosphere shields our home planet from harmful solar and cosmic particle radiation, but it can change shape in response to incoming space weather from the Sun.)

This is also true of each one of us.   Our physical bodies have been described as “frozen light,” and are but a condensation of about a teaspoon of mineral ash expanded by air and water at the center of a rather large biosphere, which is said to extend some forty feet above, below and all around the physical body.   That biosphere is but the lower half of a larger force-field, symbolized by the figure 8.  The top half represents the invisible domain of spirit in the heaven and the lower represents the visible reflection in the earth of the perfect design of man in the heaven.  The two are joined together manifesting the oneness of heaven and earth.  This joining together may also be seen as a “double ring” marriage between the Beloved Lord or Lady with his or her triune human capacity for incarnation, which only death of the body can part them.

The Torus Energy Biosphere

The upper spiritual half continually radiates the love of the Beloved to and through the lower physical half on the right side and draws upon it for response to the radiation up through the left side, ever lifting the body upward and keeping it upright and mobile.  Your body does not stand up solely on its feet.  It is, rather, suspended by a “skyhook” on a silver chord of pneumaplasm that connects it with the angel who dwells in the heavenly realm of spirit, the angel I am and we each one are. There is a compulsion in physical flesh to be drawn upward and inward toward the positive center of Being, just as the earth and all the planets are drawn toward the sun. I sense this focal point connecting the upper half with the lower to be located just above the head.

Access to this point is through the heart, the fourth level of our sacred anatomy connecting the three above and the three below.  We move in the direction of our heart’s response. When the heart ponders the presence of the Beloved within long and longingly, sending unceasing, rich and passionate currents of love response upward to this One I AM, the body itself begins to feel the ebb and flow of these ascending and descending currents of energy.

Perhaps I can attempt to describe the feeling in my heart toward this focal point of radiance above my head—of which I have become keenly aware during meditation and “self-attunement” as a spiritual practice—as clearly one of  being drawn and repelled at the same time.

On several occasions I have had the urge to ascend upward and somehow nestle inside the irresistibly warm and enfolding orb of this light, but could never seem to come any closer to it.

Then, on one occasion, while it seemed as if I was finally about to disappear into this point of no apparent magnitude but definite position—where my heart had already ascended in utter ecstasy—this orb of condensed light suddenly descended and dispersed itself into and through my outer form, as a mighty rush of wind, filling my whole body both within and round about with light.

The MerKaBa

(This is the actual process and dynamic of ascension: the descension and full incarnation of the angel into the body temple, an experience that seems like an ascension. It is actually the descent of spirit down into the body temple transmuting it into a temple of light, symbolized by the six-pointed Star of David, also known as the MerKaBa.)

The sheer rush of it caused my vocal chords to explode with the most awesomely haunting and penetrating sound I have ever heard, let along sung, and yet my lungs were not even engaged in this forceful release of whatever it was—the wind of spirit, I suppose.  It came from above my head as a real, palpable substance, and then seemingly exploded its vibrational essences through my vocal chords, giving them little if any choice but to release this sacred, transforming and transmuting sacred sound.

In the instant this sound was released my whole outer being seemed to suddenly shift to a higher vibratory level and became completely engulfed inside a radiant sphere of substance that seemed to be made of pure light. I found myself suddenly in another dimension as though my body had ascended to the next vibratory level above the one in which we now function in these earth bodies. The strangest thing about this was that it seemed as though this sphere had been there all along and I had not noticed it. I had known about it but I had not experienced it until that moment when it revealed itself as this vibrational shift occurred and the atmosphere around my body became filled with the substance of Love, intensifying the force field. Then I became aware of it, suspended, as my body was, inside of it.  It seemed as though my feet were not touching the ground and I had the most powerful déja vu experience of my entire life. “This is where I belong,” I recall being assured in my heart. “This is Home.  This is who I am, this magnificent and powerful spirit enveloping and animating this human form.”  In the wake of that ecstatic moment was a deafening silence.

I did not want to leave that silent moment.  And I never shall leave it in consciousness for as long as I shall live, and I return to it often. I have had a couple of similar experiences since then—significantly enough while singing solo during worship services and therein focusing a creative current—but never quite as powerful as this first time.

I later came to understand that the first experience was that of a vibrational dam of resistance in my heart breaking, releasing a rush of current. After that initial surge of release, the experience became one of a natural and easy flow of spirit.  I recall how I had a challenge keeping my feet on the floor as I began to sing.  I had to deliberately look into the eyes of someone in the gathering—(another angel of sound)—in order to stay grounded.  I also recall feeling that this was the easiest and most natural experience I had ever known.

This focal point of connection truly is, without a doubt in my mind and heart, our ordained place to live, and we must—we can and we will—all return to it one day.  It is definitely available for experience when the conditions are just right, and therein is the key.  We must be willing to create, or occasion, the right conditions in which this magical alchemy of ascension may occur, which only the spirit and substance of love can provide sent upward in utter abandon to one’s Lord.

The spiritual practice of Attunement is one way of creating such space. This is the source of inspiration behind this writing.  This is the work, I believe, we have all come here to do—our Father’s business—and it will not be complete until we return to this vibrational place together as One Body of many members in agreement and accord with the One Archangelic Spirit whose body it is.

Veiled Angelic Presence

Our Home among the stars

We are angels incarnate, come down from Heaven and cloaked in garments of flesh and bone taken up from the humus soil of the Earth to shine the light of love in the spirit of truth to steward the birth and creations of life.

Recently, a group of us in different parts of the globe gathered in the upper room of consciousness for an hour to extend a stable hand into an unstable world.  We did this every day for three days.  In this upper room we are adorned in garments of light, lovingly present to one another and intimately known as kindred spirits, here to do our Father’s bidding.  Other smaller groupings of angels gather in “The Field” poet Rumi speaks of every week to hold the world in loving, healing hands, administering a radiant current of unconditional love.

These kinds of angelic gatherings are becoming more and more frequent in our world as more and more awakened souls retreat from involvement in worldly affairs to make themselves available to heavenly affairs, standing with feet firmly planted in the physical world, angels in veiled presence, extending a firm and confident collective hand holding an old world changing form as it surrenders the substance of its dismantling structures upward, giving form to a New World.

This is an historical event on planet Earth, and we are all privileged to be here at this time to play our individual and collective parts in the ascension process of a planet that is very special and precious to us and to our Lord and King.

Flower Light

In the day and time appointed, we will unveil our angelic presence in an apocalypse of Light, a revelation already in progress. Until that day and time, we remain cloaked in these blessed human garments.  In that day all of the natural world will shine with light in the colors of the rainbow and darkness will be no more.

I resound with Handel’s proclamation in his immortal oratorio Messiah, based on Psalm 24:

Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in . . . .  Who is the King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory.”

Back in the day I wrote and sang several songs, as many were doing.  This song pops into mind as I write this post:

THE HAPPY SONG OF LIFE  (5/20/91)

I see your face in the flow’rs that grace the path you place beneath my feet.

I see your face in the starlit sky that hovers high above my head tonight.

I see your face, yet the beauty lies within these eyes that see.

I hear your voice in the rippling sound of water rushing by as I draw near.

I hear your voice in the quiet space the stars embrace, their music fills my ear.

I hear your voice, yet the music sounds within the heart of me.

REFRAIN:  The heavens play your music

While the Earth resounds the tone.

Your presence fills all the spaces

In my heart as in the sky.

So I’ll dance and sing the happy song of Life.

I feel your breath in the wind that blows upon my face and rustles through the trees.

I feel your breath in the storms that rage then quietly go — their passion fills me so.

I feel your breath as it ebbs and flows with every breath I take.

I know you’re here as I open to my world my very senses tell me so.

I know you’re here in the stillness of my heart and mind, your presence fills me so.

I know you’re here, and your spirit is the very life of me.  (Refrain)

FINAL REFRAIN:  The heavens play your music While the Earth resounds the Tone.
Let us join the celebration In our hearts as in the skies,

As we dance and sing the happy song of life.

I welcome any thoughts you may wish to share. Until my next post,

Be love.  Be loved

Transmutation of Planet Earth, page 2: Beyond Transformation

Earth and Moon

“Whoever is near me is near the fire. Whoever is far from me is far from the Kingdom.” —Jesus, from The Gospel of Thomas

Transmutation is by the unified radiation of love.  In this post I will push the envelope a bit to contemplate further the process of transmutation and ascension.  We have completed the process of transformation of consciousness sufficiently to move on to what’s next. I will share a presentation by contemporary spiritual teacher Lord Martin Exeter (1909-1988), whom I was honored and privileged to know as my mentor in transformation—words that may bring to remembrance the commission we signed up for as angels before incarnating on Earth. I will share a part here and another part next weekend.  I started sharing this consideration in a blog post back in June.  If you haven’t yet read that excerpt, it will help in understanding this one, as it flows from the other. He was speaking about true angelic stature, and then moved into a consideration of the transmutation of the total earth, the earth of our planet as well as that of our physical body.

As Lord Exeter points out toward the end of his presentation, the mind is incapable of comprehending how this process plays out.  However, as he emphasizes, it is something that is occurring with which we are associated, and as angels it is necessary that we become increasingly aware of it, as we have a responsibility to participate in the process in a meaningful way.  In other words, we can’t just blow it off as something the mind simply cannot comprehend.

As we know, there is a Creative Process, and we—Man, male and female, made in the image and likeness of God—are created with capacities that equip us to participate in creation.  How can we participate in creation unless we know what is actually going on within the context of the ascending and descending cycles of the creative process. We can’t as long as we are distracted by and preoccupied with the problems in our mind-made world.  From the Creator’s standpoint, these problems are insignificant.  They are simply the outworking of cycles set in motion by self-centered, self-active humans who are bent on consuming the earth and her resources expending minimal effort replenishing them.

The world we have created is not much different from the world that was destroyed by the Great Deluge of Noah’s day.  We have multiplied flesh upon the face of the earth and polluted our world beyond the point of return to healthfulness.  And now we are “at war” with a virus that is changing our way of life and threatening our economy and our very existence, taking out the inflicted on an hourly basis.  From the standpoint of an over-crowded planet, this may be Mother Nature’s way of reducing the population, albeit by a very small fraction relatively speaking.  From one viewpoint, it may be a “harvesting” of souls—reminiscent of what was foretold in the “RA Material” that both Edgar Casey, and today David Wilcock, have delved into and published research on—(a brief review of which I will include later in this series).

Jacob’s “ladder” reaching up to heaven from the earth is busy with angels ascending back Home with others descending to don infant forms created by our runaway species.  Abortion may well be a Godsend, allowed because of the “hardness of men’s hearts,” the same reason divorce and remarrying among the Israelites was permitted by Moses.

Who is to say abortion is not a divine intervention to put a rein on the number of people populating this relatively small planet?  Religious groups who object to abortion may well be going against the Creator’s efforts to stem the tide of Earth’s population explosion, and the flow of angels descending to incarnate, thousands of them finding their earthly destinations terminated and having to return to the realms of light.

How many of us ever think about this, the dilemma we may be creating here on earth for the Creators responsible for maintaining a balance in this world between occupancy and sustainability without imposing on our freedom of will and choice?  In an orderly Universe where design and control are essential patterns in the creative process, do we not imagine that there are just so many angels assigned to this planet simply due to its size?  Seven-billion seems to be about right, as we started being over-crowded and an exhausting drain on our natural resources shortly after passing that mark just a few decades ago.  Even seven-billion self-centered humans unconscious of their angelic presence are too many.

And we squabble with one another over racial discrimination and economic disparity in the midst of the impending collapse of our uncivilized world, dubiously grateful for a common viral enemy uniting us, though not for long as people rush to get back to “normal “ and “business as usual,” neither of which appear likely.

When will we as a race of human beings begin seeing what’s occurring on Earth from the Creator’s viewpoint above Creation?  See what’s actually going on from a heavenly perspective?  It’s finished.  Game over.  Time to stop playing children’s games and get back to the real mission for which we as divine beings, angels of light and love each one, signed on, part of which relates to the process of transmutation and ascension already occurring and has been from day one, only it’s wanting to move on to a higher and finer vibratory level.  It needs our conscious participation.

This is what Lord Martin Exeter offered to the awakening world some forty-one years ago and addresses in this excerpt: a view from above—or from within, depending on one’s viewpoint.  Take the time, be still, and let the current moving through his words be received into your heart, where alone true understanding is possible.  It’s in our hearts where we are being given understanding of these things so that we can participate in the creative process in a meaningful way.  Listen with a still and open mind and heart.

“Transmutation as it Relates to the Total Planet”

So there is this largeness in the representation of God in one’s own experience but smallness in representing the people to God. There is always humility before God. This obviously is representing the right attitude of the people toward God: you are humble before God, you are very conscious of your insignificance in God. But the fact of insignificance in God, because God is so limitless, in no way denies your stature in the world. We have that stature, we are responsible for it. This is related to the upward view and the downward view. There is another way this is sometimes considered—the inward view and the outward view. Now we can see how this inward view, when people look in, there is a tendency for them to think that they are looking toward something rather small. And when we look out it’s this vastness—we live in a big world, and that big world goes on and on and on in a vast universe. We think of the largeness therefore as being external and the smallness internal, which, from our previous considerations, you can see is just the reverse of the fact. The smallness is external, the largeness is internal.

(Right-click on the image and open in a new window for a larger view—or spread image with fingers.)

Let’s start with the smallness of the physical level of things. This is the smallest part of the whole. When looking into the universe, the physical substance in the universe fills a minute fraction of the total space. In other words the physical substance is the smallest aspect of the universe. Let us look at this little circle here as representing this planet, the earth, numbered 1. Relative to the total circle, the earth at the center is very small. We have seen that the substance of love in its pure essence fills and encompasses the whole dimensional world. At the moment we are looking at it from the standpoint of the planet earth; or we could look at it at the same time from the standpoint of our own physical bodies, represented by that little core numbered 1. The outermost circle represents the undifferentiated substance of love that is present everywhere from the circumference to the center. Every level illustrated by the circles that I have drawn is back of that first level. All of the levels therefore are present relative to that little circle at the center—that is the place where the substance is richest—all the levels are there. That is the only place where all the levels actually are. Each level permeates the level below it and extends beyond it, and this is illustrated here. So do not let us think of the seventh level, the substance of love, as merely being a little strip around here. It isn’t—it’s right from here to the center. It’s all‑inclusive.

We have noted that the level of the womb, numbered 6, could be said—if we are considering the creative process—to be the residue which was of such a nature that it couldn’t remain in the pure essence of the substance of love. In the creative process, fire is used as a symbol of what occurs. When a fire burns, ash remains; there is a residue remaining. As the fire burns in the pure substance of love, there is that which naturally falls into the next lower vibratory level, so that each subsequent level, as the fires burn, is the ash relative to the one higher, until we come finally down to the earth itself, which is the residue of everything that has happened in the creative process. We can see something moving, coming down from God in the creative process, but it isn’t a one‑way street. There is the working of the creative fires and the residue which results therefrom. But when the whole thing has been done and these various layers of residue are there, is the creative process going to quit? What would be the point? You just have a lump of something. It doesn’t work merely in one direction, even from the very start. There is what is represented by Jacob’s ladder, something ascending and descending. It’s all going on at the same time. There is a provision for ascension, so that the ash may not remain as ash.

We see something of this from the standpoint of the earth, the planet. Clearly there is a means here on the surface of the earth by which a transmutation is taking place. The mineral substance is being lifted up into what are considered to be animate forms of various sorts. There is an ascending process occurring. Substance is being lifted, the ash of the earth is being lifted into other configurations. As it is lifted the nature of the flesh of the earth, which was before seemingly an inanimate mineral, now becomes something else, much more resilient and flexible, and the forms into which it is lifted become progressively more complex. Here is some evidence, at the initial level of transmutation, of what may be called ascension, the means by which substance is being resurrected so that it need not remain ash. This cycle of ascension is going on and we have a responsibility in this area.

One can see, after reading Lord Exeter’s words, what is required of us if we are going to take on this responsibility.  For one thing, an elevation of our consciousness to a level well above where it was forty-one years ago when he opened up this consideration; and, most important, being present and conscious as angels.  I will continue along these lines in my next post.  As always, I welcome comments from my readers and enjoy sharing others’ thoughts along these lines.  Until then,

Be love.  Be loved

Crucibles for Transmutation and Ascension, page 1

All Creation seeks to return to the Creator.

How consciously aware are you that the eggs and bacon, or yogurt and fruit, you had for breakfast this morning are being transformed and transmuted into flesh and bone and lifted up to a higher vibratory level, seeking a path back to the Creator? A rather lofty thought to begin one’s day . . . and why not?

Well, at least some of our food’s essences ascend.  What can’t ascend falls back down as ash in order to participate further in Creation. The principle at work here is all things seek to return to their origin.  All of Creation seeks to return to the Creator of heaven and earth.  Our planet itself is a crucible for transmutation and ascension with its destination bent towards the Sun, its source of origin—becoming a sun itself.  Our moon is attracted towards its earthly origin, perhaps to become an habitable planet one day.  The elemental world of Creation just seems to want to find its way back to its origin.

According to Walter Russell, who re-invented the Periodic Table of Elements, even the elemental world is exhibiting a continual evolutionary transformation and transmutation, ascending and descending from one vibratory level to the next.

The elements of matter are an orderly and periodic accumulation and redistribution of energy. . . .  Each element is greater in its mass than its predecessor because of the generative power of electricity which acts as a brake against high axial speed and diverts it into accumulating mass.

The very elements that make up our world, then, are illusory and transitory. Iron, for instance, was once manganese, and copper was once gold based on constantly changing frequencies as the ascending spiral of invisible energy arranges and rearranges atoms and molecules in a cymatic shape-shifting creating process. The Periodic Table of Elements itself is but a snapshot of a constantly changing ascending and descending vortex of creating energy. Fascinating, isn’t it!

Stay with me here as I offer you an opportunity to let the windmill of your mind be turned by the wind of Walter Russel’s spirit turning his own mind while delivering his brilliant truth as a scientist whose thinking is far outside the box of conventional science that resists upgrades to its sacred dogmas.  Walter Russell—described by one author as “the man who knew the secrets of the Universe,”—is to elemental science and physics what Immanuel Velikovsky was to earth science and astronomy.  Try not to “think” with your mind as you read this but simply let the current in Russell’s words flow through your mind and find its way into your heart where true thinking and understanding take place.

From THE UNIVERSAL ONE

THE ELEMENTS OF MATTER

The elements of matter are but varying aggregations of corpuscular light units gathered together in systems familiarly known as atoms.  Atomic systems differ from solar and stellar systems solely in dimension.  In substance, structure and appearance they are exactly similar.

It has heretofore been stated that all effects of motion are repetitive.  Mass is an effect of motion and mass is repetitive, with no change whatsoever in its repetition save dimension.  A “bigger” atom such as a solar system is not different from an elemental atom of the same tone in any way but size.  Dimension is purely relative. The law for little mass is the same law as for big mass.

The elements are supposed to be many different substances, each of which is known by a different name.  Each element is supposed to be that one substance and only that.

An atom of mercury or sodium is supposed to be an atom of mercury or sodium which always has been and always will be that and nothing else.

The very foundation stone of modern physics states unequivocally in its explanation of the principles of energy conservation: “Not one particle of matter, however small, may be created or destroyed. All the king’s horses and all the king’s men cannot destroy a pin head.”

Matter constantly progresses through the cycle of disappearance and reappearance.  Every pulsation of thinking Mind brings particles into appearance and relegates others into disappearance.  Matter is evolving and devolving as all other forms of life are evolving and devolving.

A sodium particle is not always a sodium particle. It changes its dimensions in an orderly and periodic manner until it has run the gamut of all the elements of every octave, and returned to its own octave.  A radium article was once a light unit of hydrogen and will be so again.  More than this, an atom of any element actually contains within itself all of the other elements.

An atom of gold is a gold atom in dimension only.  It is not even preponderantly of the substance of gold.  It is everything else in the universe. Everything that is, is of everything else that is.  Nothing is of itself alone.

Consider for a moment an atom of manganese or an atom of iron, both of which are very similar in structure.  Instead of thinking of it as an inconceivable little thing, for the purpose of comparison imagine it magnified until it is as big as this solar system.

One would not think of this vast solar system as an atom of any one of the elements, for one knows that all of the elements are contained within it.  Yet this solar system is either a manganese or an iron atom.  As nearly as the relater can determine without precise mathematical computation and while awaiting calculation of other dimensions it is one or the other of these elements.

Its plane and extension of ecliptic, its color as a tonal system, its tonal syllable in the octave scale, its endothermic relativity as a charging system, its tonal density, temperature and other dimensions, place it within a practical certainty as one of these two elements.

Later, when calculations have been made in accordance with the relater’s formula, the relative age of this system, its exact tonal orbit, its potential position, plane, ecliptic expansion and extension will be exactly known.

This first volume will not, however, be encumbered with mathematics.

The basic principles of motion under which the One living Being functions in His thinking are simple, and simply must they be written down.  The day of the mathematician will come in the adaptation of those principles.

This solar system, being just one huge atom of iron or manganese, let us say, and to our knowledge containing all of the elements of the entire ten octave cycle in their proper proportions, can it not now be clearly seen that the concept of the elements as separate and distinct substances of exact homogeneity throughout their structures, is untenable in this universe of repetitiveness in all of its effects of motion?

Cannot it then be seen that it is not the substance itself which determines its effect as an element but merely its position, and its dimensions, in its octave constant?

Cannot it also be clearly seen that the substance of the element for which it has been named is not even preponderant in its own element?

This solar system, which is true to plane as iron or manganese, is not preponderantly iron or manganese in its composition. It could not be. It contains vastly larger proportions of many of the other elements and yet some cosmic giant might gather up a handful of such systems as ours, which to him would be a solid, and analyze them in his laboratory as iron or manganese atoms.

Therefore let old concepts of many separate substances be discarded and replaced with the true concept of but the One universal substance of many apparent dimensions, known to man in the language of inner thinking, the language of light.

There is but one cosmic substance.  This One substance appears to be divided into many substances, known as the elements of matter.

The One universal substance first divides itself into the appearance of two opposite states of motion which register as positive and negative elements.

Then two more opposite elements appear. Then two more opposite elements of increasing potential and harder crystallization appear.

The cosmic pendulum then forms one element which registers itself as neither one opposite nor the other but is equally of each; a bisexual element of maximum opposition in all periodicities of motion.

These seven apparently different substances are but different states of motion of the One substance. They are the seven tones of an octave, and there are ten octaves of seven tones each.

In the last four octaves are many mid-tones, each one registering its own state of motion. Man calls those various states of motion of the one substance by many names, and they appear to be many substances. The apparent difference between the many is due solely to difference of motion and not to substance.

Many states of motion are possible, but there are not two substances in the universe. All states of motion are measurable and are under the absolute control of Mind.  As man is Mind, man can, with dawning knowledge of causes, change any one state of motion into any other state of motion, and by so doing transmute any one substance into any other.

The granite rock may become gold, or radium, at the will of man.

THE CRUCIBLE YOU ARE

I love letting my structured thinking become more plastic and fluid so as to meld with Russell’s free-thinking mind.  And where do we human beings fit and function in this ongoing cycle of elemental transmutation and ascension?  That’s where I want to go in this series, and you are welcome to go with me and perhaps see things that I don’t and share what you see.

Have you ever thought of yourself as a crucible for transmutation, for instance?  Crucibles are containers that generate or refocus and channel energy.  With sufficient intensification, creative energy ignites into an ascending flame of transmuting fire—in human beings, angelic fire.  I have personally experienced such a conflagration in and throughout my body with such intensity that I felt my body would catch fire and go up in flames.  It didn’t, of course . . . go up that is. It’s still with me, for now anyway, and until such time as I release it back to return to its earthly origin.  I do expect to transmute some of it to a higher and finer essence and take it with me back Home.  I believe that’s part of our role as incarnate angels: to bring some of the essences of creation—tithes if you will—back to the Creator and giver of life.

Our work as angels incarnate includes transmuting physical substance with the transforming fire of love so that it can ascend to higher vibratory levels. Our body’s digestive and hormonal chemistry and physiology are designed and directed to this end and purpose.  We spend our days and nights transmuting seemingly lifeless raw material into living flesh, and living flesh into mental and emotional levels of energy, and still higher into spiritual essences.  In a word, we live and have our being within the ascending Flame of Love.

Is there further work to be undertaken, then, by us angels incarnate in the larger cycle of the Creative Process to facilitate and move along the complete transmutation of the elements that make up the planet so that the earth itself and its inhabitants can move gracefully in the ascending and unifying Flame of Love? I believe there is.

I invite you to take an inspirational journey with me through the sacred terrain of the physical body as seen by the angels who incarnate on earth to live and experience their divinity in the flesh, bone and blood of the human temple. This blog journey will take us into a rather profound and prophetic consideration of our destiny as Earthlings on a planet that is shifting frequency in order to adapt to the Fourth Density it has already entered, rocking the boat, so to speak, of human existence.  Hold onto your seats—or let go to the inevitability of radical shifts in our experience of reality. Our species is undergoing a complete vibrational upgrade.

As always, I welcome thoughts and comments from my readers. I will continue in this series next weekend when I will reveal in poetic detail how these biblical temples reflect the design inherent in our physical bodies. Until then,

Be love. Be loved.

Role of the Thyroid in Shifting Frequency

“If flesh came into being because of spirit, it is wonderful.  If spirit came into being because of the body, it is exceedingly wonderful.  I am amazed that this great wealth has appeared in this poverty.”                                                                                           —Jesus, from The Gospel of Thomas

Continuing in this series on The Spiritual Significance of the Thyroid Gland, this excerpt from SACRED ANATOMY is the final post of this series. These meditations on our sacred energy anatomy may appear couched in archaic thought-forms and words. They are, after all, words and currents of the heart. I would ask you to keep this in mind as you read and process them in your heart, where true understanding is known and available.

Just as a recap, there are seven endocrine glands, seven colors in the rainbow spectrum of light, and seven “lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God,” as described by John in The Book of Revelation in the Bible. Each endocrine gland provides an energetic center for the activity of Spirit in the body temple, and through the body temple in the world we each create and steward.  The fifth differentiated spirit of God, the Spirit of Life, works in and through the sacred center of the Thyroid Gland. I will excerpt the entire passage from Revelation here for context and perspective, as well as inspiration. John describes his experience being “in the spirit on the Lord’s day.”

“And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; and in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;  And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

“And he had in his right hand seven stars; and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edge sword; and His countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.” (Rev. 1: 12-16)

Then later on John relates how a door was opened in heaven and he saw this vision:

“And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.   And he that sat was to look upon like jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.  And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

“And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.”    (Rev 4:2-6)

Changing Vibratory Frequency

As considered earlier, it is the Spirit of Life focused at this level of the Thyroid that creates the hormonal crystals which convey to the body cells their vibratory frequencies.  Any change in their rate of oscillation, then, would be the domain of the Spirit of Life. These first three centers of sacred energy obviously play key roles in the transformation and transmutation process, although all seven endocrine centers are involved.

As there is attunement with the Spirit of Love in one’s heart — one has come to the point in one’s spiritual growth where one knows utter love for and abandon to the will of the One within, nothing wavering or withheld — the fire of the transmuting Love descends from out of heaven within and consumes the body temple in an ascending flame. The body is lifted up to a higher frequency of union with the Beloved, even the very Lord that I am and that each one of us is as incarnate God beings.  The angel thus fully incarnates and takes charge of his or her renewed body temple, now encapsulated in a seamless garment of radiance, down to the foot.  Through this garment nothing can enter that would do harm to or defile the temple.

Occasionally, after completing an attunement session with someone, I have placed my hands on either side of the recipient’s throat Chakra to feel the flow of life pouring out from this powerful gateway. The current is so strong that it often pushes my hands upward and outward.  I can actually feel the shape of what I would call “wings” opening out to encompass the body temple, and I remember words from the Book of Malachi (4:2):  “But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings . . . .”

In such moments as these I am ever so aware of the presence of the angel in the midst, even at the door, ready to emerge any moment from behind our wall and arise with healing in His wings.  These words, then, come immediately into my heart: “The Lord is in His holy temple; let all the earth keep silence before him.”  And earlier on in the same chapter are found these words: “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.”(Habakkuk 2:14,20)

Radiance is the nature of Life.  Uranda offers a meditation on each of the seven spirits in a little booklet entitled Seven Steps to the Temple of Light.  Of Life he writes:

Radiance is the wellspring of Life, and it relates to the Temple of Light.  Radiance is the Shining of the Wonderful One, and Radiance always is; yet no man can know that Radiance until he has let the Wonderful One have His Way.

Radiance is the ever-expanding Essence of the Wonderful One made manifest in the body of man.  Radiance is the Presence made visible in the world of physical things, that I AM THAT I AM may be known of men.

Radiance is the Essence and Spirit of Selfless Service.  Such Service serves not for a reward, nor does it seek results, for it knows that fruition comes as a natural result of Radiation.  The Law is, and cannot be otherwise.  That which is, is without seeking, trying or striving, for it is.  That which abides in that which is, is that in which it abides so long as it abides therein.  To abide in constant Realization of the Presence, fully assured that the Presence of the Wonderful One is that which is, is to be the Radiance of the Presence. As the One is ever serving through the Radiance, giving the Life that brings full fruition, the Blessed One who has Realized the Presence of the Wonderful One is fused into the Radiance and thereby becomes a “servant of the Lord,” even a Channel for the Radiance of the Wonderful One within. . . .

. . . Radiance shines forth from the Blessed One who lets the Wonderful One act through him in all that is done, for then it is that the outer self acts not of itself, but is an extension of the Perfect and Eternal Activity of the Wonderful One.   Responding thus to the Radiance, the Blessed One is blended into the Radiance, and is thereby uplifted into the final union with the Wonderful One — and this is Life Eternal.  Let Love Radiate.

All of this is accomplished by the Spirit of Love working in and through the hormonal chemistry produced in these endocrine glands, with primary roles played by the Pineal, Pituitary and Thyroid glands, with the added assistance of the Hypothalamus, as we have already considered, which serves as an interface at the floor of the brain for coordination between the endocrine glands and the central nervous system, providing us with vibrational information crucial to our creativity and balanced function on the physical plane of this material world.

These special three endocrine glands, in coordination with the sense organs, the brain and central nervous system, comprise the core aspects of our sacred anatomy.   We shall now leave the upper part of the temple and proceed into the body of the temple to explore together the remaining four endocrine glands and their function in what I will call “service in the temple.”  The service these lower four seals provide facilitates the process by which substance may ascend into the temple and be prepared for transmutation.

With the next post, I will begin a series of meditations on the Spiritual Significance of the Thymus Gland and the Spirit of Purification. I invite you to share any thoughts or inspirations that may have come to you during these meditations.  Until my next post,

Be love. Be loved.
